d. Creating contract drafting for new or extend personnel
e. Preparing invoice (reimbursement medical, salary) 
f. Counting employee’s overtime (time-sheet) 
g. Updating and filing all about insurance (such as employees in & out, excess claim) 
h. Input & Count data for Jamsostek & BPJS (new hire) 
i. Report Monthly Data Management of Human Resource
j. Prepare schedule for interview and make an Invitation to candidates
