Jakarta based company with more than 33 years of experience in providing services to oil and gas industry and Geothermal in Indonesia. We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our projects

1. Electrical and Instrumentation Planner

The Electrical and Instrumentation Planner shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Minimun Diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably electrical or instrumentation or physics engineering
2. Minimum ten (10 ) years’ experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities for offshore/onshore oil & gas production facilities or petrochemical
3. Minimum five (5) years’ experience as Electrical or instrumentation technician in oil & gas operations and/or petrochemical industry as the field experience to support estimation
4. Skillful in relevant planning & scheduling computer programs such as MS Project, Primavera, Maximo, SAP
5. Have valid training certificates of Maximo, SAP, MS Project, Primavera-Level 1-2
6. Have track record in estimating WORK plan, manhour required to complete task based on good analytical thinking
7. Good knowledge on sparepart, such as specification, availability, vendor
8. Good understanding of maintenance requirements in terms of resources, infrastructure, spare part, etc.
9. Able to use the computer system to maximum advantage by generating schedules, regular report and analyses
10. Have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills


2. Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Maximum age : 33 – 42 years
2. Minimum diploma in Electrical engineering
3. Minimum 10 years electrical WORK experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry
4. Minimum 4 years as electrical foreman in the field or workshop
5. Skillful in troubleshooting, repairing, route cause analysis and maintenance activities on electrical equipment/system
6. Have certificate of Electrical Safety (Ahli K3 listrik) from DEPNAKER or equivalent
7. Knowledgeable in Motor, Transformer, Switchgear, Rectfier, UPS, VFD
8. Good safety behavior and track record, effective leadership at the field
9. Good knowledge in Hazardous Area installation and classification
10. Have a strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of COMPANY’S operations
11. Have capability to manage a group technicians, good communication skill for both English and Indonesia, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly and understand Safe System of WORK in Oil/Gas or Petrochemical Industry
12. Have working knowledge in the use of computer programs application such as Microsoft excel, word, power point knowledge of SAP, MAXIMO maintenance & materials module is preferred
13. Have capability for corrective maintenance of a comprehensive Workshop facility, be able to handle and operate all electrical testing and just in case COMPANY required the electrical Workshop Foreman can be assign to other location inside plant
14. Good knowledge of production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry and of installation, repair, testing and maintenance of a wide range of electrical system
15. Good communication skills in English language
16. Good knowledge on reading electrical drawing such as schematic diagram, one line diagram and symbols
17. Experienced on HV voltage (33Kv, 11kV and 6.9Kv)
18. Good knowledge using electrical tools such as DLRO, IR Test, Multimeters and clamp meters incluiding HIPOT test, Partial discharge test, Oil test and DGA test
19. Good leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in finding solutions and making improvments


3. Instrument Foreman

Instrument Foreman shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Minimum diploma in Instrumentation or Eletronics Engineering
2. Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in Operation Maintenance activities – Instrument craft for oil & gas operations and/or Petrochemical Indutry
3. Minimum ten (10) years’ hands on maintenance experience as Instrumentation technician and foreman in the field or Workshop
4. Foreman who is assignes in S&L area need to have Working knowledge in custody transfer measurements calibration and metrology certification
5. Skillful in troubleshooting, repairing, problem solving, route cause analysis and maintenance activities on process instrumentation and control systems according to following area of assignment :
i. General : Control Valves, on-off Actuated Valves, DCS/ESD/PLC components & Field Instrumentations, Bentley Nevada (vibration system), Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems, Workshop Equipment, Protective system & equipment (SIS, Loading Arm control, etc)
ii. Gas Chromatograph, Analyzers, LAB Equipment, F&G
iii. PRV, Manual Valves
6. Capable to deliver problem solving and solutions’ option for the repeatable problem.
7. Hands-on knowledgeable experience in calibrating pressure and temperature instruments and owns specific skills in LNG cryogenic temperature sensor calibration
8. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in finding solutions and making improvements
9. Hands on experience with CMMS (Maximo, etc)
10. Good knowledge in Hazardous Area installation and classification


4. Electrical HVAC Foreman

Electrical & HVAC Foreman shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. High school or Diploma with 5 years of related experience including supervisory or lead experience and considerable experience in the operation, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and related systems or any equivalent combination of training and experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials and tools in the field of air conditioning, refrigeration, lighting and related systems
4. Considerable knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, and systems installation
5. Ability to plan and supervise the WORK of skilled WORKers.
6. Ability to read and interpret plans, sketches, drawings, and blue prints of machinery and mechanical electrical equipment
7. Ability to estimate labor and material costs and to assist in planning projects
8. Ability to maintain labor and material records and prepare reports
9. Skill in diagnosing mechanical defects in air conditioning, refrigeration, and related equipment and systems
10. Thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the WORK
11. Ability to communicate and coordinate with superiors, subordinates, and vendors


5. Workshop Instrument Foreman

Workshop Instrument Foreman shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Candidate must be a national PERSONNEL
2. Minimum S-1 in instrumentation or electronic engineering with 5 years , or D-3 in engineering with 8 year experience in managing repair Workshop for control valves, mechanical valves, instrumentations
3. Have a good experience and knowledge in repair of oil & gas or petrochemical equipment and machine such as control valve, PSV, PRV including the pneumatic and electric accessories, mechanical valve, hydraulic/pneumatic system
4. Have a good knowledge in measurement system and PSV test bench
5. Have a good knowledge in tool and material management
6. Understand machining and welding process
7. Be able to read and interpet technical drawing or other technical document such as Shop Manual, P&ID and equipment drawing
8. Be able to communicate and write in English
9. Understand ISO 9001:2000, quality management system is preferable
10. Be able to operate Computer with MS Office
11. Familiar with CMMS


6. Electrical Technician – 1

The Electrical Technician – 1 shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Maximum ages : 28 – 35 Years
2. Minimum vocational High School graduate in electrical or High School equivalent
3. Minimum 6 years’ experience in electrical maintenance, installation, commissioning in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
4. Good knowledge in Hazardous Area installation and classification
5. Have conduct formal training on Hazardous Area Classification and Installation
6. Skillful using logic and electrical wiring diagram in troubleshooting
7. Good knowledge in Motor, Transformer, Switchgear, MCC, Rectfier, UPS and VFD
8. Knowledge of maintenance management system (Maximo), knowledgeable of MS suite
9. Ability to WORK unsurpervised
10. Ability to WORK alone under pressure
11. Good knowledge using electrical tools such as DLRO, IR Test, Multimeter and clamp meters including HIPOT test, Partial discharge test, Oil test and DGA test
12. Have good understanding to read electrical drawing such as schematic and single line drawing


7. Electrical HVAC Technician – 1

Electrical & HVAC Technician – 1 shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Maximum age : 28-35 years
2. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in mechanical/electrical or High School Equivalent
3. Minimum 6 years’ experience in electrical maintenance, installation, commissioning in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
4. Familiar with Hazardous Area Classfication and Installation
5. Skillful using logic and electrical wiring diagram in trouble shooting
6. Good knowledge in Lightning, Air Conditioner, Kitchen Apparatus, Motor, Transformer, Switchgear, MCC, Electrical panel, Desalination Plant, Reverse Osmosis, Escalator, Rectifier, UPS & VFD
7. Knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo), knowledge of MS suite
8. Ability to WORK unsupervised
9. Ability to WORK alone under pressure
10. Good knowledge using electrical tools such as DLRO, IR Test, Multimeter, Lux Meter, and clamp meters including HIPOT test, Partial discharge test, Oil test and DGA test
11. Have good understanding to read electrical drawing such as schematic and single line drawing


8. Instrument Technician – 1 (General)

The Instrument Technician shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/electronics or High School Equivalent
2. Minimum 6 years’ of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting in field instrumentation for Oil & Gas operations and/or Petrochemical plant
3. Instrument Technician (general) assigned to S&L area required to be skillful in calibration of custody transfer flow meter e.g condensate
4. Skillful in using instrument calibration tools
5. Skillful in finding troubleshooting and finding the root cause
6. Skillful in pneumatic and hydraulic systems
7. Skillful in using logic diagram, Loop Drawing, Cause and Effect, Electrical wiring diagram in troubleshooting
8. Skillful calibrating field instrumentation, preparing calibration report and check list
9. Knowledge of maintenance management systems, Knowledgeable of MS suite
10. Knowledge of English. Knowledge of PC operation will be preferable
11. Capable to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the most model of offshore/onshore oil & gas process instrumentation equipment’s as whole integrated control system instruments
12. Capable using various digital and computerized calibration tools
13. Capable to perform problem solving against process instrumentation equipment malfunction and at least 5 years directly involve on hands in field maintenance that towards to the problem solving quality
14. Capable to adaptation with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on process instrumentation equipment’s
15. Have capability for corrective maintenance of a comprehensive Workshop facility, be able to handle and operate all instrument testing such as control, on/off valve devices and familiar with international standards related to it’ assembling and testing
16. Familiar with CMMS
17. Have valid certificate of Swagelok Tubing and Fitting Installation,
18. Have valid certificate of instrument calibration either from curriculum or special training



9. Instrument Technician – 1 (Fire & Gas)

The Instrument Technician shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Minimum 6 years of experience in Maintenance and trouble shooting in fire, gas, smoke, and heat detectors i.e CCTV/ optical flame detector, open path & point gas, smoke, and heat detectors for Oil and Gas operations and/or Petrochemical plant
2. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/mechanical/electrical or High School Equivalent
3. Skillful in using fire, gas, smoke, and heat detector calibration tools
4. Skillful in finding troubleshooting and finding the root cause
5. Skillful in using logis diagram, Loop Drawing, Cause and Effect, Electrical wiring diagram in troubleshooting
6. Skillful in testing and calibrating fire, gas, smoke, and heat detectors , preparing calibration report and check list
7. Knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo), Knowledgeable of MS suite
8. Ability to WORK unsupervised
9. Ability to WORK alone under pressure
10. Knowledge of English. Knowledge of PC operation will be preferable
11. Capable to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the most model of offshore/onshore oil & gas process instrumentation equipment’s as whole integrated control system and various laboratory instruments
12. Capable using digital and computerized calibration tools
13. Capable to perform problem solving against process instrumentation equipment malfunction and at least 5 years directly involve on hands in field maintenance that towards to the problem solving quality
14. Capable to adaptation with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on process instrumentation equipment’s
15. Have capability for corrective maintenance of a comprehensive Workshop facility, be able to handle and operate all instrument testing
16. Familiar with industrial code and standards such as NFPA, IEC, API


10. Instrument Technician – 1 (Analyzer)

The Instrument Technician shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Minimum 6 years of experience in Maintenace and trouble shooting in multi component analyzer and single component analyzer i.e GC, CEMS,Ph, Conductivity analyzer for O&G operations and/or Petrochemical plant
2. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/mechanical/electrical or High School Equivalent
3. Skillful in using and handling carrier gas and calibration gas for SC
4. Skillful in finding troubleshooting and finding the root cause
5. Skillful in using logic diagram, Loop Drawing, Cause and Effect, Electrical wiring diagram in troubleshooting
6. Skillful in testing and calibrating analyzer preparing calibration report and check list
7. Knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo), Knowledgeable of MS suite
8. Ability to WORK unsupervised
9. Ability to WORK alone under pressure
10. Knowledge of English. Knowledge of PC operation will be preferable
11. Capable to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the most model of offshore/onshore oil & gas process Analyzer equipment’s as whole intergrated control system and various labority Instrument
12. Capable using digital and computerized calibration tools
13. Capable to perform problem solving against process Analyzer equipment malfunction and at least 5 years directly involve on hands in field maintenance that towards to the problem solving quality
14. Capable to adaptation with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on process Analyzer equipment’s
15. Have capability for corrective maintenance of a comprehensive Workshop facility, be able to handle and operate all instrument testing
16. Familiar with industrial code and standards such as ANSI, IEC, API
17. Familiar with CMMS
18. Have valid certificate of Swagelok Tubing and Fitting Installation,
19. Have valid certificate of instrument calibration either from curriculum or special training
