JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Our client is one of a multinational Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturer is seeking qualified, committed and vibrant individuals to joint their team, for the following positions:

1. Plant Superintendent

Qualification: Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum / Operating experience of DCS & PLC dynamic control systems and Cryogenics / ability to understand P&ID-PFD-ISO-Wiring schematics / leadership skills
Experience: min 6 years in similar jobs
Responsibilities: Overall coordination of all the operational activities together with the maintenance Planner, Control Room and Field Operations Specialists / to monitor at all times gas supplying and production volumes and conditions / to coordinate regular operations, start-ups and shut downs (emergency, programmed)

2. Production Operation Superintendent

Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent
Experience: 3 years minimum as a production supervisor of a sour gas production facility larger than 150 MSCFPD and condensate production of 20,000 Bbls p/d
Responsibilities: Manage production targets / Manage product loading / Ensure equipment is started and operated in a safe manner and according to procedures / Directs, coordinates, and manages overall operations of the production process of the plant / Takes initiative and fulfills duties consistent with company standards, policies, and controllable expense budget / Hands on operation of the production operations

3. Power Generation Superintendent

Qualification: Technical degree or equivalent / I&E and controls specialist / PLC troubleshooting
Experience: 5 years minimum as a production supervisor of turbine generating plants using solar gas turbines
Responsibilities: Manage production targets and operational budget / Directs, coordinates, and manages operations of the power plant / Takes initiative and fulfills duties consistent with company standards, policies, and controllable expense budget / Develop and maintain operating and maintenance procedures, MOC, failure analysis, RCA and operational best practices / Hands on trouble shooting, maintenance and repairs / Strategic operations and maintenance planning, short and long term

4. Operation Supervisor

Qualification: Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum
Experience: 6 years minimum in similar jobs
Responsibilities: Overall coordination of all the operational activities together with the Plant Superintendent, Assistant Operations Supervisor, Control Room and Field Operations Specialists / To monitor at all times gas supplying and production volumes and conditions / To liaise with gas supplier and product storage (FSO-BOT) / To coordinate regular operations, start-ups and shut downs (emergency, programmed)

5. Assistant Operation Supervisor

Qualification: Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum
Experience: 4 years minimum in similar jobs
Responsibilities: To assist the Operations Supervisor in the overall coordination of all the operational activities together with the Control Room and Field Operations Specialists / To monitor at all times gas supplying and production volumes and conditions / Interact with gas supplier and product storage / Liaise with maintenance team regarding predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance / Supervise and take part of the plant housekeeping, maintaining the plant in the best possible conditions of Safety, Order and Cleaning

6. Mechanical Leads

Qualification: Technical degree or equivalent / Maintenance Management experience / Possess thorough knowledge of gas compression, sour gas process and treating, SRU, mechanical refrigeration and condensate stabilization
Experience: 3 years minimum as a mechanical lead of sour gas production facility larger than 150 MSCFPD and condensate production of 20,000 Bbls p/d
Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate mechanical teams, works planning and execution / Takes initiative and fulfills duties consistent with company standards, policies, and controllable expense budget / Support development and maintain operating and maintenance procedures, MOC, failure analysis, RCA and operational best practices / Hands on trouble shooting, maintenance and repairs, vibration and performance analysis and testing / Support preparation and planning of mechanical maintenance and day to day activities and works scheduling / Very knowledgeable and able to work hands on and lead personnel with maintenance, major repairs and overhauls to rotating equipment, gas engines, compressors, pumps / Good Working knowledge and extensive experience of Gas compression and engines up to 5,000 HP, dehydration, and Gas processing / Train, mentor and coach employees

7. Mechanical Team Leader

Qualification: Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Civil / Excellent knowledge on rotating and static equipment and Cat, White & Waukesha Engines or Ariel and White Compressors, Gemini or GE
Experience: 6 years minimum in similar jobs
Responsibilities: To supervise and control the good developing of the mechanical maintenance activities / Planning, control and supervision of the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the mechanical equipment of the plant / Assist the operations team in the operations and troubleshooting of the designated areas.

8. Senior Mechanics

9. Mechanic - Maintenance

Qualification: Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Civil
Experience: 2 years minimum in similar jobs
Responsibilities: Execution of the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the mechanical equipment of the plant / Assist the operations team in the operations and troubleshooting of the designated areas

10. Mechanic - Operation

Qualification: Technical degree or equivalent / Maintenance Management experience / Possess thorough knowledge of gas compression, sour gas process and treating, SRU, mechanical refrigeration and condensate stabilization.
Experience: 2 years minimum as a senior mechanic of sour gas production facility larger than 150 MSCFPD and condensate production of 20,000 Bbls p/d
Responsibilities: Support development and maintain operating and maintenance procedures, MOC, failure analysis, RCA and operational best practices / Trouble shooting, maintenance and repairs, vibration and performance analysis and testing / Support preparation and planning of mechanical maintenance and day to day activities and works scheduling / Very knowledgeable with maintenance, major repairs and overhauls to rotating equipment, gas engines, compressors, pumps / Manage tooling and equipment
