COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
Execute and maintain CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting CSR Coordinator to ensure the sustainability of company’s licence to operate.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably in Public Relation or Communication
• Min. 2 years working experiences in related field
• Deep understanding of community initiative subject
• A self driven person and result oriented.
• Good command in English both verbal & written.
Responsibilities:
• Mapping the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with stakeholders needs.
• Execute develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles as well as organise several annual and special networking events and informal ceremonies involving the beneficiaries to ensure that CSR programs has been socialized and communicated well.
• Coordinate and liase with Project Management in delivering corporate social programs to ensure corporate social programs run smoothly.
• Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship.

COST CONTROL
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
Establish administrative controls and the key to achieving budget goals.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard. The WBS will be reviewed and approved by Project Services Manager and Project Manager.
2. Responsible to have and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion, using the right data collected from all departments at site and off site.
3. Responsible to prepare, review and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines.
4. Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met.
5. Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known.
6. Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract
7. Responsible to check that the cost codes on each MR are correct also check that the remaining budget for the cost code is sufficient to cover proposal purchase, ascertaining PO has been cover proposed costs are considered to be committed and refer to the budget.

9. Extracts Incurred Costs (Actuals and Accruals) from the group Accounting Systems

EARTHWORK FOREMAN
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
To lead and supervise all earthwork jobs for maintenance and new works all area in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma degree, preferably from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. Min. 3 years professional experience and certified Earthwork Company preferable
3. Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action if required
4. Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favouritism
5. Ability to communicate effectively with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to the Project
6. Able to communicate verbally in English
7. Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
8. Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
9. Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets
Responsibilities:
1. Attend Pre shift handover meeting and take a note to prioritizing work base on MSR list
2. Pro actively to have a positive feedback & questions during handover shift meeting
3. Daily walk patrol to maintain housekeeping & Safety issues finding
4. Enforce to riggers to consistently checking lifting tools and ensure it is has valid color code, ID, SWL, and proper certification.
5. Rejecting any lifting equipments which do not comply with offshore standard requirements.
6. Arrange manpower and determine proper equipment for the work purpose.
7. Provide JHA and Risk Assessment for non routine operation and conduct PTO for the task being executed when required.
8. Ensure all of control stated in the JHA and/or Risk Assessment is implemented and right to stop the job if identified is unsafe.
9. Choose on the most efficient, safest and cost effective method of moving, loading, and unloading materials as per WI/Procedures.
10. Providing the rigger/operator prior to starting the job with appropriate PPE.
11. Ensure all rigger, operator and signalman have been traineed and certified on equipment being used.
12. Ensure all person involved in the job has been received socialization of Appropriate JHA and SOP prior to work executed.
13. Accurately record all equipment and labour hours.
14. Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment.
15. To assist supervisor to supervise & monitor all lifting and transport activities.
16. Ensure all operators complete pre-start check sheet, closely monitor these sheets.
17. Work with supervisor to arrange operator / rigger manpower.
18. Lead on attendance and time keeping.
19. Distribute office information to operator / rigger.
20. Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
21. Ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability.
22. Ensure equipment is not operated with a known defect that is or could be detrimental to safe operation.

EARTHWORK SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
Monitor and control Earthworks resources (people and equipment) in field operation in term of support construction manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company’s project safety and environmental policy.
Requirements:
1. Good understanding & implementation of earthwoks methods
2. Creative thinking and ability to manage the work systems
3. Min. senior high school
4. Min. 5 years experiences as Electrical & Instrument Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor, control and supervise labor in a day to day basis, direct subcontract, and all non-labor resources in order to ensure project completed on schedule, conform with the standard of quality specified.
2. Provide leadership and direction to all Earthworks operations team including monitor their performance in order to maintain and enhance team performance.
3. Monitor and control the implementation of Earthworks plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings.
4. Understanding the basics of the project budget, monitor and control the Earthworks budget to ensure that costs do not exceed budget.
5. Initiates, develops and improve the implementation of construction methodology and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
6. Review client specifications and drawings to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the work.
7. Support and assist the Project Safety Superintendent in actively promoting a safety culture and awareness in order to enhance safety awareness among personnel and prevent LTI.

PROJECT CONTROL COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
Direct, control and coordinate the project management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems to ensure that all project management activities are well manage, conform with budget and company’s regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree in any diciplines
2. Min. 10 years experiences as cost controler, scheduller, project control
3. Fluent with project control programs such as PRISM, WBS, etc.
4. Strong leadership.
5. Analytical thinking.
Responsibilities:
1. Direct and monitor the Supervise Project Cost Engineer & Planner in the development of Project Budgets, Schedule and Estimates to ensure all project activities are well delivered, on schedule and conform with company’s procedures.
2. Monitor and coordinate the creation / modification of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements in order to ensure budget conformity.
3. Monitor and analyse project schedule progress and performance in order to identifies developing problem areas.
4. Review and analyse critical path and restrains to determine the effect of change to the schedule.
5. Provide advise to top management of risks that may affect project profit, cost, schedules and client relations in order to develop and deliver the company’s further plan.
6. Coordinate and liase with construction project controls personnel in developing Project Controls Information (construction schedules, cost) in order to integrate data into the overall project cost & schedule reports.
7. Develop and maintain of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports (include labour productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves reports on either direct or indirect engineering/construction activities) in order to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress.

PROJECT ENGINEER - CIVIL
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
Control and monitor the execution of a Project (or section of a Project) including the liaison and control between Engineering/Procurement/Construction to ensure that all materials and services that are purchased, fabricated, and constructed are delivered on time and in strict accordance with the approved project specifications and accepted industry codes, as well as providing specific solutions to constructability or interface (clash) issues during the construction phase.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of performing a Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral Sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
2. Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines
3. Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities
4. Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
5. Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc)

Responsibilities:
1. Be fully conversant with the contents of the Project Safety Management Plans and the Company policies on safety. Ensure that Safety topics are discussed with all Vendors/Subcontractors/Fabricators prior to award and be vigilant in enforcing the agreed standards.
2. Be fully conversant with all Project Management Plans and all Company procedures. Enforce the use of the procedures and immediately identify any non compliances with the Project Manager.
3. Ensure all technical specifications and industry codes are strictly enforced by all Vendors and subcontractors.
4. Manage and efficiently close out all Technical Queries that are raised by all partners including Vendors, Subcontractors, and Construction personnel. Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ’s.
5. Promote a Teamwork environment to get all members of the Team providing input to each situation. Take ownership of solutions and promote a positive reward culture.
6. Develop a Team to handle all Project Engineering activities. Prepare Position Descriptions for the team members and lead them to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and with efficiency.
7. Manage the interface between Procurement and Engineering to ensure that Technical Bid Evaluations are prepared on a timely basis. Liaise with Vendors (via consultation with the Procurement Manager) as necessary to ensure that all technical aspects are dealt with prior to the award of work to Vendors and subcontractors. Attend the Kick-off meeting for all major orders.
8. Monitor the Project schedule and the schedule of Vendors/Fabricators and advise the Project Manager when issues are evident or likely to be reported incorrectly.
9. Liaise closely with the Construction Manager and be involved with all constructability reviews during Project start-up.
10. Liaise with the Quality Manager to ensure all Vendors are adhering to the approved Project specifications and codes. Raise issues as they arise and assist with the close-out of NCR’s.
11. Be commercially aware. Review the scope of work documents for all subcontracts and procured items to ensure that variations will be minimised. Liaise with the Project Services Manager for all issues surrounding the assessment of Variations by the project partners.
PROJECT PLANNER
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)
To be fully accountable and responsible for planning and scheduling of the entire project scope to ensure that a) works are effectively sequenced and resourced, b) that upsets / opportunities are identified early so effective actions can be implemented, and c) provides support to claims preparation and review.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of performing a Planners role in projects in multidisciplinary EPC projects encompassing a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines
• Required to work onsite (and have experience in) in extreme remote areas with limited facilities

Carry out QA/QC function including develop and maintain Project Management System, coordinate and conduct subcontractor inspection, vendor inspection and sites inspection.
Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in any majors, preferably in engineering
2. Min 5 (five) years experience of related experience
3. Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
4. Broad understanding of all Engineering & Construction disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Piping, Structural, Mechanical, etc.)

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferable in civil engineering
2. Min. 3 years experiences as a quantity surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner
