PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Responsible to perform following Engineering Tasks in the field of Automation:Complete Engineering Designs, System Engineering, Testing and Commissioning of Process Control Systems of different vendors.Prepare the Proposals for Process Control System (PCS).Should be well versed with Logic and Graphics development related to PCS.Site Commissioning, Loop test activities related to Process Control System.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation.Min 7 to 8 years work experience as Process Control Systems Engineer in Oil and Petrochemical Construction Industry.Experience in project co-ordination with client, engineering and procurement departments.Preferably with overseas experience and willing to travelPossess knowledge in Siemens (S7-300, 400, 1200, 1500,) and Allen Bradley (Micrologix, Compactlogix and Control logix) PLC systems, Yokogawa Centum Vp system is essential.Good knowledge in Panel engineering (Process control system integration) would be an added advantage

QAQC INSPECTOR (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

Interpret construction and technical drawings.inspection at vendors shop facilities and work-sites, on fabricated pipes, steel structure, blasting, painting works, galvanizing or other installation works per ASME and ANSI codes, including verification of tests at their premises.Check for weld joint preparations, fit-up alignment, dimensional tolerances, and visual check on weld.Liase with NDT sub-contractors for radiography test, etc.Prepare and compile inspection reports, non-conformance reports and other quality control.Monitor welders' performance and the welding procedures to check for compliance. Implement and monitor proper storage, handling and usage of welding equipment and welding filter rods.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or accredited certifications for various discipline of InspectionCertified Welding Inspector 3.1, either AWS or CSWIPMinimum 3-5 years in Inspection and Quality Control for Oil & gas industry.Experience in Inspection, Quality Control, testing and commissioning works of Construction for Power, Oil and Chemical PlantsGood working knowledge in all local and international codes for standards on the related fieldGood command in English for both verbally and in writing

ELECTRICAL FITTER

Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years Work Experience as Electrical Fitter or Electrician in Oil & Petrochemical Construction Industry.Experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Installation WorksPreferably with Overseas ExperienceExperience in the Installation of the following as a minimum:Cable Ladder Support FabricationCable Ladder / Tray / Conduit InstallationFabrication of Panels SupportsCable Glanding & Termination WorksAble to Read Fabrication & Construction DrawingsPerform Wiring Checks, Continuity Check and assist in Substation Equipment TestingGood Command in EnglishGood team member and take instruction from their Foreman or Supervisor

INSTRUMENT FITTER

Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 Years Work Experience as instrument Fitter in Oil & Petrochemical Construction Industry.Experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Installation WorksPreferably with Overseas ExperienceExperience in the Installation of the following as a minimum:Instrument Installation & Instrument Tubing InstallationCable Ladder Support FabricationCable Ladder / Tray / Conduit InstallationFabrication of Panel and Instrument SupportsInstrumentation cable Glanding & Termination WorksAble to Read Fabrication & Construction DrawingsCable Continuity Check & Loop CheckingGood Command in EnglishGood team member and take instruction from their Foreman or Supervisor

DESIGN ENGINEERING (Electrical)

Responsibilities:

Designs and updates instrumentation system layouts, installation drawings, etc.Drafts engineering documents for government submission and for construction.Carries out basic and detailed engineering design including calculations/analysis as per project requirements.Coordinate and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interface check and design changes.Attend site check/verification.Performs electrical calculations on cable sizing, lighting, illumination level, cable ladder, tray sizing etc

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, Engineering (Electrical)At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionWell-versed in all local and international codes and standards on the related fieldGood hand-on experience on applications such as AutoCad, Microsoft Office, design software, etc.

PLANNING ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed plan from high level plan for Electrical and Instrumentation WorksTo define the critical activities, taking into consideration the Master Project Schedule, as well as labour, material and equipment availabilities throughout the length of the project.Plan and forecast work schedule of weekly, monthly work and set as well as monitor productivity to be achieved.Maintain the Baseline Schedule, update the current schedule periodically and analyse the effect of any proposed changes and any additional activities in the project, using Primavera P6.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical and instrumentation3 to 5 years Project Planning experience in Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries.Experience in Primavera P6 is essential

PROJECT ENGINEERING (Electrical / Instrumentation)

Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in areas such as contract management, cost control, schedule monitoring and co-ordination, engineering and design reviews, risk assessments and procurement related issues of projectsCoordination with inter related departments to meet the progress and budget,Prepare of material take-off and cost preparation for tendersCo-ordinate with the Site Construction team for installation, testing and commissioning works as well as inspection and test plans

Requirements:

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or InstrumentationMinimum 5 Years Work Experience as Electrical & Instrument Project Engineer in Oil & Petrochemical Construction IndustryPreferably with Overseas Experience and willing to travel

SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Consistently meet overall area sales goals and regular sales targetsIdentify new customers and new business opportunitiesWork closely with marketing team to develop on-going sales and marketing plans and related activities to achieve/exceed the budget.Oversee the daily operation of the sales team.Forecasts order volume for the assigned scope of responsibility to facilitate the SalesMeet quarterly as well as yearly sales goals and provide monthly forecasts

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical and Mechanical.Have cooperate sales experience and good sales track record.At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales for MNC company in Oil and Gas industry.Strong sales presentations skills, ability to influence and impact an audience. Willing to travel.

SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Consistently meet overall area sales goals and regular sales targets.make regular sales calls on existing major accounts and establish contract with new accounts.Coordinating Sales Projects.Develop product knowledge, competitor's products and market awareness.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in sales for oil & gas or similar industry.Good sales track record in related industry.
