11. Hull Structural Supervisor
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Support FPU detail engineering coordinator in distributing prioritizing the workload related to Hull and living quarter
• Coordinate Engineering activity in Contractor office during EPCI Detail Engineering phase
• Supervise and coordinate the Company Engineering team at Contractor office
• To ensure the design of the Hull and Living Quarter in-line with Company specification, standard and code
• Review Structural material selection and specification
• HSES awareness in all duties and activities / compliance enforcement with general HSES rules
• Follow up daily contractor construction activities, scheduled and unscheduled.
• Verify construction works are in compliance with project drawings, specifications and applicable international/local codes and standards
• Carry out MC inspections and fill relevant MCCR for structures and welds.
• To check, revise and approve dimensional controls carried out by contractor.
• Evaluate technical performance for Contractor, reporting to site superintendent about contractor/ subcontractor behaviour, identifying the elements that can adversely affect the planned discipline achievements, advising site manager about on-going criticalities.
• Verify the physical progress of the activities of Contractor in relation to structure prefabrication, assembly and erection and top side modules integration on hull.
• Maintain Contractor and class relations and attend meetings, in support of site superintendent.
• Evaluate / handle Quality observation reports (QOR) and Technical Queries together with ENI engineers and quality team.
• In agreement with ENI Site HSE officer and superintendent, stop further work when major/critical HSE deviations are detected.
Qualifications & Experience:

12. Subsea Installation Specialist
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for subsea structure systems, ensuring overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices and overall system performance;
• Site inspection and Interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues;
• Ensuring Delivery of the subsea structure systems in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements;
• Review of Contractors’ subsea structure systems design and preparation of comment sheets;
• Expediting of technical interfaces;
• Daily site inspection and interfacing with Contractor;
• Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the subsea structure systems (FAT/EFAT/SIT);
• Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up;
• Daily reporting to Offshore Work Package Lead;
• Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the RFI contractor and SPS Contractor relevant to subsea structure systems;

14. CONSTRUCTION TOP SIDE SURFACE PREPARATION AND COATING INSPECTOR
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Follow up daily contractor construction activities, scheduled and unscheduled.
• Attend QC inspections called by contractor, representing ENI function at the Contractor’s locations in painting/coating activities, within the project.
• Carry out MC inspections and fill relevant MCCR for surface protectionand other coating activities .
• Evaluate technical performance for Contractor, reporting to site superintendent about contractor/ subcontractor behaviour, identifying the elements that can adversely affect the planned discipline achievements, advising site manager about on-going criticalities.
• Verify the physical progress of the activities of Contractor in relation to painting and coating scope of work
• Maintain Contractor and class relations and attend meetings, in support of site superintendent.
• Evaluate / handle Quality observation reports (QOR) and Technical Queries together with ENI engineers and quality team.
• Assist Contractor for technical requests.
• Towards the Contractor initiate and follow up required preventive and corrective actions as a result of audits, qualifications, verifications and examinations.

• Fully familiar with corrosion phenomena and relevant protective technologies applicable in off shore field.

15. Tie-In Manifold Specialist
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Timeliness and accuracy of fabrication control information provided, including: cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification
• Supervising the fabrication site
• Alerting the project development team in case of fabrication major problems
• Dealing with contractors to solve minor problems and assure fabrication completion according to schedule, specifications and budget

16. Umbilical Installation Specialist
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Yard visit and Interfacing with the Contractor on all installation related issues;
• Ensuring installation of subsea umbilical in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.
• Review of installation Contractors’ subsea umbilical installation related design, documents and drawings, installation analysis and preparation of comment sheets
• Expediting of technical interfaces between installation contractors with other parties.
• Daily reporting to RFI Work Package Leader
• Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the subsea umbilical performed by installation Contractor (Transpooling activity at site, installation, pre-commissioning, Commissioning and start-up)
• Participate in offshore installation and liaise with both Umbilical supplier’s technician on-board and the installation contractor to ensure installation contractor is following the installation guidelines provided by umbilical supplier and also following approved installation procedure prepared by installation contractor.
• Daily reporting to RFI Work Package Lead including reporting of progress as required by Company.
• Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the installation Contractor relevant to subsea umbilical and distribution.

17. Umbilical Supervisor - Umbilical Site Representative
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Site inspection and Interfacing with the SPS Contractor on HSE, Quality and Delivery issues
• Interfacing with the Umbilical Engineer and Installation Contractor;
• Ensuring Delivery of the subsea umbilical system in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.
• To review the Installation Contractor’s design documentation and drawing/layouts, reports, installation analysis, pre-commissioning procedures ensuring that Project objectives, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;
• To review relevant subsea Contractor’s documents and drawings and provide installation related inputs;
• Expediting of relevant technical interfaces
• Daily reporting to Umbilical Engineer and SPS Package Leader
• Witnessing the Umbilical FAT and EFAT.
• Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up at yard and offshore;
• Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the InstallationContractor relevant to subsea umbilical, distribution.
• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Installation Contractors (e.g. layout, technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices;
• Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea umbilical system ;
• Monitoring and reporting manufacturing progress to the SPS Work Package Leader and Umbilical Engineer;
• Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with RFI & FPU) are correctly managed by Contractor;
• Support to offshore installation, pre-commissioning and production start-up/commission.
• Participate with installation Contractor for mobilization, load-out at site, onshore support, preparations for the campaign, transpooling, testing activities, laying, pre-commissioning and start-up/ commissioning of umbilical and distribution system;
• Participate in offshore installation and liaise with both Umbilical supplier’s technician on-board and the installation contractor to ensure installation contractor is following the installation guidelines provided by umbilical supplier and also following approved installation procedure prepared by installation Contractor
