11. Senior Material Engineer Technical Evaluation – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with minimum post-qualification experience of 12 years.
• Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Petrochemical and Engineering industry. Shall have good practical skills; hands-on experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or maintenance filed.
• Design, engineering, technical evaluation experience and all round expertise of respective discipline.
• Well-versed and Thorough knowledge in relevant international standards API, ASME, ISA, NEMA, IEEE, IEC, NFPA, BASEEFA, ATEX, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, BS and related codes & statutory regulations.
• Proficient in technical bid analysis, evaluation concepts and related project management techniques.
• Extensive working exposure in company specification, codes & standards and statutory regulations.
• Exposure in multidisciplinary project procurement and contract formulation, preferably for EPIC and LSTK contract.
• Exposure in review, finalizing and approval of procurement and construction drawings for Equipment, Piping, P&ID and Plot plans.
• Exposure in developing equipment material requisition and description with experience in cataloguing techniques and structures with and objective to standardization and Varity reduction.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills with the ability to proactively in problem solving.
• Must work independently to achieve schedule and targets.
• Good problem solving skills, technical communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of appropriate ERP software and MS office.
• Good communication and presentation skills

12. Senior Foreman Site Control – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• 2 years Diploma or equivalent.
• 7 years experience in oil / gas materials environment.
• Good Level of English (Written & Spoken)
• Computer literate
• Valid Driving License.
• Good knowledge of Oil / Gas Industry materials specifications, codes & standards.
• Safety & Environmental and hazardous awareness.

13. Senior Contracts Engineer

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• BSc in Engineering Discipline or Quantity Surveying. A postgraduate qualification in Contract Management or Project Management desirable.
• 5 years multi disciplinary experience, including 3 years in an oil & gas industry or with major industrial structures in the preparation/evaluation/negotiation of tenders/contracts of medium scale projects with complexity and diversity.
• Assist Sponsoring/ End User departments in preparation of pre qualification documents, invitations and evaluation criteria for short listing potential bidders.
• Prepare in consultation with SD / End User Departments Tender Plan submissions along with Tender strategy based on the nature of Scope of Work/Services.

14. Senior Vendor Inspection and Pre-qualification

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :Degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance.
• Post graduate qualification desirable.
• ICRA approved ISO Lead Auditor with five years auditing experience of Quality Management Systems desirable.
• Membership of international Quality Institutes desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in vender inspection and pre-qualification, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

15. Senior Performance Analyst Contractor

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Degree in Supply Chain or Business & Finance.
• Post graduate qualification desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a contractual business environment

16. Senior Performance Analyst – Supplier

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Degree in Supply Chain or Business & Finance.
• Post graduate qualification desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a business and finance analytical position, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
