PORT ENGINEER
(PORT-ENG-TSW)

Responsibilities
• Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet to minimize loss of revenue and cost of repairs. Reviews repair request and compares request with previous work accomplished on ship concerned and similar vessels to determine that expenditures are economically sound. 
• Prepares recommendations for work and initiates procurement of materials. 
• Inspect machinery, equipment or spaces outlined in work request, draws up job specifications, and obtains bids from contractors or shipyards to perform repairs. 
• Maintains contact with contractors or shipyards to perform repairs. 
• Investigates machinery casualties to determine cause and advises ships officers in operation to prevent recurrence of casualty or maloperation. 
• Maintains records of engineering cost for each vessel, such as repairs, supplies and personnel. 
• Cooperates with regulatory bodies to ensure that requirements for alterations, repair, or modifications are kept at minimum cost consistent with safety. 
• May represent ferry system interest in ferry and terminal construction and maintenance activities and in union contract negotiations.

Requirements
• Male, maximum age 40 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3 )Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering/Marine Engineering or related studies
• Preferable have experiences as same position (Port Engineering) in Shipping minimum 5 years
• Good Command in English both oral and written
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skill & able to work Underpressure
• Will be placed in Banjarmasin

MANAGER CREWING
(CREW-TSW)

Job Description :
• Responsible for recruitment process
• Making crew schedule Sign-On / Off and prepared the replacemant. 
• Making Familiarization in Office or before joining Ship for International Safety Management Code (ISM-Code). 
• Always monitoring implementation drills in the vessel according ISM-Code MANUAL such as Fire drill, Advance Fire Fighting, Abandon Drill, Emergency Steering Gear, etc. 
• Update HR Listing and database
• Proceed the PKL, Sijil and Sign On/Off Crew
• Filling and manage HR and crew database in Office System
• Submit MCU (Medical Check Up) to charterer and get approval for entering employment in shipping company
• Prepared every month and control for change crew in Indonesia port or abroad and coordination with agent or third party if any crews change crew
• Monitoring & keeping conduct report for HR and crew performance
• Travel arrangement for crew and who will sign in/off.

Requirements :
• Formal education minimal diploma III Port Management/Merchant Marine Academy
• Minimum 3years experience in crewing manning (shipping) 
• Ecellent understanding of regulation KM 70 Tahun 2013, SCWT 1995
• Understanding in handling HRD and crew vessel
• Strong knowledge & skills in Microsoft office software
• Experience in the same field & with good contacts will be preferred

STAFF ACCOUNTING
( Account-RS )

Responsibility:
• Responsibility in timely reporting
• Prepare monthly, quartely, annual financial reports
• Checks and controls of the data supporting financial transactions (A/R & A/P, budget & expenditure, etc) 
• Doing compilation/analysis of the budget
• To verify tax invoice

Requirement:
• Male/Female, 23-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking, minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Understanding PSAK and accounting systems
• Having experience with Invoice, Taxation, Journal Vouchers, Accounts Payable, and Costing
• Strong knowledge in Taxation Regulation & Process
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal and good management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity) 
• Having good knowledge & experience in TBK company (value-added) 
• Will be placed at Head Office-Jakarta
