Will be assisting management and Chairman with minutes of meetings, schedules, events, clients, special projects and coordinating work program with other departments.
S1 graduate or higher from reputable University, majoring in Secretary or similar faculties;Having minimum of 3 years working experience as Personal Assistant include experience with Initial Public Offering (IPO);FEMALE, 25 - 35 years old;Provide personal assistance and secretarial support to the Chairman;Manage and diaries online, co-ordinate and set up meetings;Attractive, Communication and excellent interpersonal skill;Good manner, helpful, neat and has great office etiquette;Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office);Enjoys making new acquaintances and wide networking;Honest and well presented;High level of the integrity, team worker and possessing good interpersonal skills;Strong personality with high level of energy, flexible and initiative;Willing to travel in Indonesia and around the World.

D3/S1 graduate, background in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar faculties Male/Female , SINGLE, 22 - 30 years old;Innovative, communicative, with a good personality, and excellent negotiation skills;Enjoys making new acquaintances and wide networking;Excellent in making business proposals, preparing presentation materials and sales presentations;Good looking and well presented;Commission intensive;Minimum 1 year experience in similar position;Willing to travel to offshore-platforms & remote locations in Indonesia & abroad;Fluent in English, both oral & written.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (CIKARANG HEADQUARTER)
Will be perform administrative and handling the Maintenance division.
S1 graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or Management;FEMALE, 23 – 30 years old;Minimum 2 years experience in similar position;Having knowledge about Maintenance System, Maintenance Report and Administration;Good in administration and attentive to detail;Understand about procedure and process Maintenance;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports;Fluent in English, both oral & written;Computer literate is a must (software : MS.
