PT Ocean Metal Indo is a national private company with main business in Energy and Coal Industry in Indonesia. We are looking for dynamic and creative professional human resources, with good track records, to join and grow with us for below positions:
1. SENIOR FINANCE (Job Code: SFN)
Qualifications:
a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in accounting.
b. Min. 8 years of accountings experiences.
c. Good knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures.
d. Proficient in MS. office application.
e. Excellent English is a must.
f. Having good communication skill.
g. Have pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, fast learner, work detail, energetic, self motivated and result oriented.
h. Good understanding of Indonesian tax.
i. Able to work individual or as a team.
j. To be located at Head Quarter in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
a. Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that company’s finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
b. Receive and verify invoice and requisitions for goods and services.
c. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
d. Prepare, verify and process invoices and coding payment document.
e. Record all cheque.
f. Keeping all financial data properly.
g. Prepare and submit financial report, cash flow and balance sheet.
h. Prepares payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements and reconciling accounts.
i. Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.
j. Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
2. SENIOR PROCUREMENT (Job Code: SPM)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in Engineering / Accounting.
b. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company; international company will be a plus.
c. Good knowledge about material (electrical, furniture, civil, etc.)
d. Good knowledge about material prices.
e. Excellent skill to dealing with vendors
f. Fluent in English both spoken & written.
g. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
h. To be located at Head Quarter in Jakarta, willing to travelling to our job site as needed.
Responsibilities:
a. Making Procurement Plan based on project needs
b. Collect database of vendors.
c. Tender Preparation, Evaluation and Monitor Purchase Implementation
d. Monitoring purchasing & procurement process to ensure Timely and Quality Delivery
3. CORPORATE PLANNING (Job Code: CPM)
Qualifications :
a. Bachelor or Masters Degree in a relevant field. Training or qualification in the field of Economics, Business, Public Policy, Engineering or equivalent would be a strong advantage.
b. At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate planning/development or business analytics.
c. Relevant experience in project management including plan development, team management, delivery and deployment.
d. Excellent analytical, written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
e. Ability to work independently.
f. Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders.
g. Understanding of and experience in the Continuing Education and Training sector would be an advantage.
h. To be located at Head Quarter in Jakarta.
Responsibilites :
a. Implement company’s work-plan development process and support the Finance, Procurement & Corporate Planning in administrating the work-plan process for company annually.
b. Set appropriate performance and service standards and develop appropriate KPIs at the corporate and departmental levels to track key performance areas for the company.
c. Develop and implement relevant performance management and reporting systems (e.g. management dashboard) and business analytics processes to track corporate performance and strategy implementation.
d. Evaluate performance and highlight areas of attention to top management in a timely manner. Recommend and monitor appropriate remedial actions to ensure organizational performance standards and service quality are maintained.
e. Identify and drive relevant organizational development programs and initiatives to drive organizational excellence.
f. Create strong working relationships with other departments and relevant divisions and liaise with them on corporate planning matters as appropriate.
4. SPECIFIC PRODUCTS MARKETING (Job Code: SPM)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in any discipline. Mining, metallurgy, and petroleum background are preferred.
b. Good knowledge about Anthracite and Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI).
c. Good knowledge of smelter or metal and mineral (Mechanical planning: Iron, Steel, Nickel and Alumunium section).
d. Having experience in Marketing Product Development (Metal, Mineral and Mining).
e. 3 years experience in Business Development.
f. Strong networking & relations with good communication skill.
g. Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
h. Able to work individual or as a team.
i. Willing to be located in Jakarta and travelling to our customers.
Responsibilities:
a. Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients.
b. Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan.
c. Identify and evaluate spesifict new profitable business opportunities.
d. To maintane an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client.
5. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (Job Code: CDV)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree from social science or communication science, public relation or any major with related background with minimum 5 years experience in community development program, community consultation and communication, community issues handlings and or social economic research and study.
b. Good interpersonal skill, influencing skill to deal with all level in the community.
c. Deep knowledge in CSR and Community Development programs is a must.
d. Good presentation skills to sell the ideas are an advantage.
e. Good managerial skill.
f. Strong Integrity
g. Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Maintains communication with the communities around operations areas.
b. Maintains a good and harmonious relationship with communities by supporting their welfare through active community development programs.
c. Performs proactive act in learning communities needs to develop and formulate donations or sponsorships to communities and organizations.
6. MINE MANAGER (Job Code: MM)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor or Master degree in Mining Engineering.
b. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
c. Minimum 7 years experiences in the mining operations & 5 years in the same position.
d. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
e. Hold a POU and K3 Umum Certificate.
f. Strong commitment to site safety.
g. Strong leadership is a must.
h. Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Lead job site and synergy with all employee, contractors, Distamben and social job site environment.
b. Monitoring & reporting all mining operation, such as production, safety, environment.
7. SURVEYOR (Job Code: SVY)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree from Geodesy / Mining engineer.
b. Min. 5 years experience as surveyor coal mining.
c. Hold a Coal Survey Competency Certificate & POP Certification would be advantage.
d. Understand about technical of mining survey.
e. Understand about specification of survey tools & equipment.
f. Able to operate program software, such as Surpace / Minescape.
g. Has good analytical thinking, goal oriented, and hard worker.
h. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in an organization.
i. Excellent interpersonal and project management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity).
j. Will be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Create planning survey regarding to activity of mine plan & activity.
b. Ensure all survey activity done based on plan, timeline & procedure.
c. Ensure joint calculation OB and coal volume appropriately done.
d. Analize & solve problem regarding survey result.
e. Coordinate to related department and client regarding survey planning & activity.
f. Applied HSE at work.
8. GENERAL AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR (Job Code: GASV)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in related discipline from reputable university.
b. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
c. Excellent understanding about general affairs matters such as monitoring rent, repairing vehicle and accommodation.
d. Have strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, organizational and positive attitude.
e. Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, power point & visio).
f. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
g. Willing to be located at site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities :
a. Monitor and coordinate all GA activities in job site.
b. Handle all GA daily administration in job site.
c. Manage strong commitment on implementation of Company’s regulation.
9. ACCOUNTANT (Job Code: ACC)
Qualifications:
a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in accounting or economic.
b. Min. 5 years of accountings experiences.
c. Good knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures.
d. Proficient in MS. office application.
e. Excellent English is a must.

d. Filling finance documents.
e. Input all finance transaction to computer system
10. PROCUREMENT (Job Code: PCM)
Qualifications:
