11. LAND ACQUISITION (Job Code: LA)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in Sociology / Law / Community Relations.
b. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
c. Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah will be an advantage.
d. Possess good communication skills in written and spoken in interaction with the landlord or other team members and local government.
e. Good negotiation skill will be highly valued.
f. Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.

Responsibilities:
a. Acquire and deal with the landlord in our job site.
b. Analyze and identify the possibility of potential problems in order to reduce the risk of law in the land acquisition activity.
12. MINE ENVIRONMENTAL (Job Code: ME)
Qualifications :
a. Bachelor degree in Environment / Forestry / Agronomy or any related discipline.
b. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
c. Having AMDAL A or B Course.
d. Good Knowledge to create RKTTL.
e. Having knowledge environmental strategic, policies & procedures and support their implementation.
f. Good knowledge in reclamation and environment protection.
g. Having basic knowledge of plantation system.
h. Good knowledge in waste treatment management.
i. Good knowledge in all the environment regulations and its implementation.
j. Good knowledge in all the environment reports needed in mining field.
k. Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
l. Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah are preferred.
m. Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities :
a. Analyze and identify the possibility of potential environment problems to reduce the risk production activity.
b. Manage all the environment activities.
c. Make sure all of environmental program are implemented.
13. SUPPLY CHAIN & QUALITY CONTROL (Job Code: SCQC)
Qualifications:
a. Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining, Geology.
b. Minimum 5 years experiences in coal logistic and quality control.
c. Strong network contacts & relations.
d. Detersive source information.
e. Strong computer skills.
f. Good knowledge in coal geology.
g. Good knowledge in coal sampling technique and procedure (pit and stockpile samples and disturbed or undisturbed samples).
h. Good knowledge in coal quality control and quality assurance management.
i. Good knowledge in stockpile management and mine geology engineering.
j. Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc.
k. Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
l. Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah are preferred.
m. Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for all aspects of coal logistic activity including organization and sourcing
b. Good knowledge of coal quality and sources
c. Develop specific supplier solutions based on strong financing, structuring, logistic and risk mitigation capabilities.
d. Prepare coal samples to analyze.
e. Managed routine coal sampling and guidance services for front line people.
f. Managed and supervise all the procedure needed to prevent parting and other impurities materials in pit.
g. Managed and supervise all the procedure needed in stockpile activities based on stockpile.
h. Assist mine geologist and all mine operation in pit.
i. Assist mine mapping and exploration activities if needed.
j. Monitor production activity to have good quality coal.
14. JUNIOR MINE ENGINEER (Job Code: JME)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor / Master degree in Geology / Mining Engineering, or related discipline.
b. Minimum 5 years experiences in coal mining exploration.
c. Hold a POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate is a plus.
d. Experience in mapping & sample technical program.
e. Good communication and technical reporting in English.
f. Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc.
g. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
h. Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis.
i. Good communication, leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
j. Willing to be located in our site at Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Will preparing all the data for engineering cost control.
b. Manage Short term and long term operation plans.
c. Made design pit and waste dump.
15. SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER (Job Code: SCE)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree graduate Civil Engineers
b. Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
c. Experience of supervision of civil works and buildings and other infrastructure, especially in the work of the project coal terminal facility or a coal processing plant, including roads, jetty, bridge, and river.
d. Having good knowledge how to read and interpret correctly the images of technical designs and specifications of the work of a project, testing soil, concrete, foundation stake in the ground and in the river, construction materials and equipment to be implemented in the completion of the project work.
e. Possess BOQ and execution time for the completion of a project
f. Having a basic knowledge of civil, geotechnical and soil mechanics, slope stability, water management and control of technical calculations that can be implemented in the project work.
g. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
h. Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
i. Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually.
j. To be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Coordinate with contractors or executing civil works associated with the work plan from the beginning to the completion of the work.
b. Full control (day to day) on civil works and ensure the completion of work in accordance with design drawings, specifications, budget, schedule completion and safe.
c. With the knowledge of the Superintendent, give instructions directly to the contractor or implementing civil works, in connection with the design changes, the performance of the contractor, the addition of jobs, etc.
d. Inspection and testing of the completion of the civil work items, for approval and then submitted or published reports job mismatches (Non-Conforming Letter) to then do the repair by the Contractor.
e. Joint examination for work progress of the contractor at the end of month or at the end of completion of the work.
f. Creating reports and diaries as well as fill out the check - list according to standards of the Company, in connection with all civil works and reported to the Project Construction Superintendent.
16. GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF (Job Code: GAST)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in related discipline from reputable university.
b. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position from mining company.
c. Having good administration management, good interpersonal skills.
d. Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, power point etc.).
e. Willing to be located at site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities :
a. Manage GA activities in job site.
b. Manage GA daily administration in job site.
17. LOGISTIC (Job Code: LOG)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree in related discipline.
b. Minimum 2 years experience in coal logistic in stockpile.
c. Good communication, negotiation skill, and reporting system.
d. Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented.
e. Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah are preferred.
f. Will be located at site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Control, manage and supervise coal logistic arrival from site stockpile to trucking stockpile.
b. Control, manage and supervise coal moving from stockpile to loading train.
c. Control and monitor overall coal transport process to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirements and as per standard procedures.
d. Administer all documents and report all in and out coal from stockpile.
e. Monitor and control stockpile space to receive coal from site.
f. Coordination with Distamben to create SKAB, etc.
g. Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship.
18. HUMAN RESOURCE (Job Code: HR)
Qualifications:
a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1).
b. Having min. 5 years experience as HR Staff.
c. Understand Labor Law, HR procedure and policy.
d. Understand payroll, 21 income tax, psychological test and Jamsostek.
e. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
f. Fluent in English.
g. Proficient in MS. Office application.
h. Able to work independently and or as a team.
i. To be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
a. Handling HR administration.
b. Recruitment process and psychological test.
c. Industrial relation matters.
d. HR related duties.
19. SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION (Job Code: SSA)
Qualifications:
a. Female, maximum 25 years old.
b. Bachelor degree in Engineering / Accounting / Marketing / Public Relation
c. Have 1 year experience in the same position will be advantage
d. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
e. Good knowledge in circulate document sales process.
f. Good communication & negotiation skills
g. Fluent in English both spoken & written.
h. Ms. Office literate
i. Will be located in Jakarta, willing to travelling to our job site as needed
Responsibilities:
a. Receiving and processing any sales accordance with the procedure
b. Create & monitoring selling contract
c. Coordinate with coal transporter & logistic for coal delivery
d. Monitoring sales process from site to buyers.
