We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

CIVIL SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Site)

Execute, monitor and control the construction activities of the project in order to ensure that it is completed on time and to the total satisfaction of the client whilst achieving tender profit margins and meeting the safety and quality expectations of the company.

Requirement:
1. Willing to Work extended hours to ensure project completion on time. 
2. Min. 5 years previous working experience in constructions project in a supervisory or similar capacity. 
3. Computer literate. including working knowledge of drawings systems
4. Knowledge of building codes. 
5. Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and documents. 
6. Ability to maintain accurate and details records
7. Organizational, and supervisory skills
8. Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
1. Review inspection reports, drawing, and plans. 
2. Design complex structures and reviews the designs of other engineers to assure specified engineering requirements
3. Inspects and evaluates location survey data to assure that conditions, existing structures and underground facilities on the site are fully disclosed and accounted for in drawings and resulting plans. 
4. Reviews calculations for projects, clearance, drainage requirements, span length, stresses and reinforcement demands
5. Analyzes data, comparing against specified and computed values, and suggesting changes and improvements where needed. 
6. Provide assistance to budget personnel in preparing cost estimates. 
7. Investigates casualties or failure of structures. Documents findings and recommends solutions to problems and/ or procedures to prevent re-occurance. 
8. Follow and implement HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements. 
9. Acts as liaison with clients assuring satisfaction with progress and quality. 
10. Informs higher management of business opportunities and problems which may impact on the company’s business
11. Analyzes assigned tasks to determine estimates of man-hours and material needed for completion. 
12. Provides technical support and technical guidance to associate engineers and personnel. 
13. Recommend type and material for structures.

CLIENT RELATION
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Identify target customer and pursue business opportunity from external client that aligns with company’s short-term and long-term business goals.

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree from Business Management, or relevant major from reputable university. 
2. Minimum 4 years working experiences in Oil & Gas upstream business. 
3. Strong network in Oil & Gas upstream business and its support services. 
4. Good Analytical Thinking. 
5. Good Communication Skill. 
6. Fluent in Bahasa & English. 
7. Can be relied upon company confidential information.

Responsibilities:
1. Capture business opportunities, lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients. 
2. Ensure to maintain a good relationship between company and existing client. 
3. Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients. 
4. Present for review by the BD Manager the Client Proposal documentation prior to review by management. 
5. When requested, carry out peer review of Client Proposal compiled by other Proposal Offices, checking for completeness and accuracy. 
6. In conjunction with BD Manager responsible for continually maintaining and updating the data base of company statistics, work history, company capability information, company association and licenses. 
7. Ensure reproduction of Proposal documentation is accurate.

ENVIROMENTAL SR. SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: East Kalimantan)

To manage the environmental function to achieve the HSE objectives in accordance with Petrosea’s and client’s procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree from Environmental Engineer or others or relevant major from reputable university. 
2. Minimum 6 years experiences in Environmental Management. 
3. Willingness to work extended hours in the case of an emergency and willing to work outside office hour. 
4. Certified internal auditor ISO 1400. 
5. Having Strong presentation skill and strong in computer. 
6. Fluent in Bahasa & English.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for creating and maintaining overall safe environments and HSE focus. 
2. Prepare, implement and maintain Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans as part of HSE Management Plan. 
3. Perform routine scheduled environmental Inspections and Audits of HSE Compliance according to Petrosea procedures. 
4. Socialize and campaign environmental standard and procedure to encourage all staff works in environmental friendly. 
5. Preparing regular environmental report such as RKL/RPL report, hazardous waste report, waste water discharge report, etc. 
6. Ensure all environment monitoring schedule implemented properly. 
7. Identify any environmental issues in area of area responsibility (regular audit schedule).

ESTIMATOR
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Responsible for accurately calculating the total costs associated with a project or the development of a new product that will help the company assess the feasibility of moving forward with the proposed project.

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree from Business Management, or relevant major from reputable university. 
2. Minimum 4 years working experiences as an estimator, business solution, or similar field. 
3. Strong capability in financial modelling and capital budgeting. 
4. Good Analytical Thinking. 
5. Good Communication Skill. 
6. Fluent in Bahasa & English. 
7. Can be relied upon company confidential information.

Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to provide a service. 
2. Evaluating bid specifications, ensuring that company know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. 
3. Work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets 
4. Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor requirements, and other factors 
5. Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates 
6. Evaluate a project’s cost effectiveness or profitability to be able to recommend ways to make a more cost effective or profitable service
7. Prepare estimates for clients and other business managers

MECHANICAL / PIPING SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)

Monitor and supervise site mechanical activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.

Requirements:
1. Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
2. Min. Diploma degree with 5 years experiences in engineering area
3. Good analytical and supervisory skills

5. Possess broad knowledge in mechanical system

Responsibilities:
1. Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices. 
2. Develop and follow JSA’s for all tasks. 
3. Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the MOS short term detailed execution plans. 
4. Prepare and submit the regular report required by project to ensure report is submitted in timely manner. 
5. Supervising activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner. 
6. Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed. 
7. Monitor supervisor schedule implementation to ensure all scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules. 
8. Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action. 
9. Develop and determine work procedure, work load balance , and also coordinate work unit with other unit. 
10. Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

PROCESS ENGINEER
(Assignment: East Kalimantan)

In charged with creating, implementing, and managing business processes and review, analyse and control the issues of business process, maintain and monitor Petrosea Quality Mangement System.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent. 
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
3. Have experience in QC/QA (especially handling User Requirement). 
4. Able to read the Drawing Part. 
5. Having Strong presentation skill and strong in computer. 
6. Fluent in Bahasa & English.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the policy is fully implemented ,jointly with stakeholders to review and reinvent procedures/business process ,Work Instruction Guide Line ,check list and Forms. 
2. Jointly with stakeholders to find out the gap between clients /Total procedures & POSB Procedures and initiate the Bridging documents. 
3. Continuity Improvement, Using the Method PDCA /QA/QC to Monitor ,Improve, Audit and Correction action. 
4. Provide suggestions about the workflows in term of providing a better defined workflows & feed clear roles, responsibility and accountability down the line at all levels to ensure that process related documents Work Instructions. 
5. Establish, monitor and review all procedures and documentation regarding to non-conformance findings to ensure that all procedures are in line with Quality Management System. 
6. Involved in Internal Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Audits at defied intervals and the maintenance of the QHSE System in the company proactively in order to enhance control effectiveness, efficient QHSE operating practices and internal customer satisfaction, based on continuation basis as part of new systems implementations or management system-enabled business changes. 
7. Rresponds, develops and implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, standards of conduct in order to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct

QA/QC ENGINEER
(Assignment: Kalimantan)

Carry out QA/QC function including develop and maintain Project Management System, coordinate and conduct subcontractor inspection, vendor inspection and sites inspection.

Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in any majors, preferably in engineering
2. Min 5 (five) years experience of related experience
3. Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System. 
4. Broad understanding of all Engineering & Construction disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Piping, Structural, Mechanical, etc.) 
5. Good communication in both English and Bahasa (verbal and written) 
6. Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements 
7. Required to work overtime on a regular basis

Responsibilities:
1. Understand, follow and continually improve Project Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other Quality documentation
2. Plan and monitor the implementation of E&C projects inspections and tests required
3. Assist Project Quality Manager or Project Manager in the implementation of internal quality audit program to the projects and functions to ensure the quality adherence. 
4. Monitor and advise on the performance of the projects quality management system, produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators in order to meet KPIs. 
5. Issue quality report for internal and external purpose in order to ensure accurate and reliable report in timely manner
6. Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)

Manages and ensure all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferable in civil engineering
2. Min. 3 years experiences as a quantity surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner
3. Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
4. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements 
5. Good communication & negotiation skill, budget handling skill
6. Willing to be placed in all project

Responsibilities:
1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties (ex: architect or client) 
2. Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks, performing risk, value management and cost control
3. Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
4. Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
5. Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy to resolve disputes between clients, designers and building contractors
6. Analyzing outcomes and create detailed progress reports
7. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements

RIGGING & LIFTING SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: East Kalimantan)

Run the Petrosea Offshore Supply Base operational daily activities in accordance with the requirements of company procedure. Advice, coaching all personnel involved on non-routine, critical and complex lifting operation (Heavy Lift).

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Engineering major. 
2. Min.7 years professional experience in Rigging and Lifting (Heavy lift). 
3. Certified ASNT. 
4. Having experience as Crane Inspector. 
5. Understand HSE principle in all aspects shore base operation. 
6. Fluent in Bahasa & English. 
7. Computer literate (Ms. Office, SAP and Auto cad.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing lifting plan, hazards assessment, site inspection and involved on non-routine, critical and complex lifting operation (heavy lift) 
2. Provide guidance, advice and make decision to maintain lifting gear and lifting equipment include CCU to subordinates, subcontractors and customers/ clients (if requested) 
3. Controlling/ monitoring the lifting gear and lifting equipment include CCU using by Customer/ Clients. 
4. Ensure work equipment’s is stored, is composed and well organized in their respective places
5. Continually review, develop and improvement by modification to operating procedure/ work instructions
6. Effectively communicate with relevant parties, including the client associates to execute lifting operation
7. Provide guidance, advice and make decision to maintain lifting gear and lifting equipment include CCU to subordinates, subcontractors and customers/ clients (if requested)

WASTE FACILITY SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: East Kalimantan)

Developing environmental strategies that ensure corporate sustainable development leading the implementation of environmental policies and practices, coordinating all aspects of resource use, pollution reduction, waste management, environmental health, risk assessment and employee involvement, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, developing pollution control, pollution prevention and recycling programmes, auditing and reporting on environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree from Chemical engineering or others or relevant major from reputable university. 
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in same field.

1. Responsible all waste management system including to identify and resolve Environmental problems, Identifying applicable environmental regulations and risks and to ensure compliance and conformance ISO14001:2004 Policies and Management System. 
2. Maintain records for environmental compliance; set up and trace hazardous control programs. Collect and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of air, soil, and water. 
3. Maintains current awareness on changing environmental regulations; identifies and sets up programs to modify existing conditions. 
4. Maintains records of environmental compliance through first-hand inspections and from information gathered by departmental employees, requiring ability to put data together in an effective way for comparison, study and reporting Reviews and researches legal changes and developments regarding environmental permits; develops long range environmental plans. 
5. Estimate and evaluate spills and the cost of clean-up requiring knowledge of various chemicals and materials used, their effect on the environment, the proper method of cleanup and ability to determine what the methods of cleanup will cost including labor and material.
