Commissioning Discipline Engineer (Electrial, Mechanical, Instrument Process, Controls)
• Shall be a holder of B.Sc in Engineering in respective field and shall have a minimum 6 years of experience in actual commissioning work for respective discipline.
• Shall have the knowledge in generating commissioning scope of work with respective to individual disciplines including relevant testing procedure and corresponding documentation and shall be familiar with Company recognised technical standards/specifications such as API, IP, STM, ANSI, DEP, SES/PTS.
Construction Superintendent
• Must possess at least a recognised engineering Diploma or equivalent professional qualification with at least 10 years working experience in offshore construction/maintenance work of which 8 years in supervisory position such as a Supervisor or Superintendent or a higher level over multi-disciplinary work, Or

Document Controller

Draughtsman

Electrical / Instrument Inspector
• Shall possess a recognized diploma or equivalent in electrical or instrument engineering.

• Shall be a registered Safety Health Officer with a valid “Green Book” with DOSH certification.
Instrument / Electrical Team Leader / Supervisor
• At least 8 years of experience in the offshore oil and industry in area of construction, commissioning and maintenance with respect to instrument and electrical related work.
• Shall have experience and knowledge in loop checking, troubleshooting, installation, hook-up for instrumentation and electrical equipment.

N2He Leak Test Engineer

• Demonstrable knowledge in N2He leak testing, nitrogen purging, pressure testing, pipe freezing, drying and pigging activities.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, organize, execute and close out job activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Painting Inspector

Planning/Scheduling Engineer

Plasma Cutting Technician

Positive Habitat Supervisor

• Must have adequate experience in project management.
• Experience in onshore and offshore construction is essential.
• Should have the ability to manage interfaces between various project phases including engineering design, procurement, fabrication / construction, load out & sea fastening and hook-up & commissioning.
• Should also have the ability to organize and direct construction management activities so as to meet the schedule, quality and safety requirements of the projects.
Project Manager

QAQC Coordinator

QAQC Engineer

• Experience in the co ordinations and presentation of detailed technical reports comprising of technical drawings, photographs and QC reports.

Cold Cut Technician

Commissioning Discipline Engineer (Electrial, Mechanical, Instrument Process, Controls)
• Shall be a holder of B.Sc in Engineering in respective field and shall have a minimum 6 years of experience in actual commissioning work for respective discipline.
• Shall have the knowledge in generating commissioning scope of work with respective to individual disciplines including relevant testing procedure and corresponding documentation and shall be familiar with Company recognised technical standards/specifications such as API, IP, STM, ANSI, DEP, SES/PTS.
Construction Superintendent
• Must possess at least a recognised engineering Diploma or equivalent professional qualification with at least 10 years working experience in offshore construction/maintenance work of which 8 years in supervisory position such as a Supervisor or Superintendent or a higher level over multi-disciplinary work, Or
• Must possess SPM or MCE or SPVM certificate holder with 12 years working experience in the offshore O&G industry of which at least 8 years are in the supervisory position.
• Shall be the overall CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE responsible for both the marine and structural maintenance operations of the vessel.
• Shall be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Costing and Estimating Engineer
• Minimum recognized tertiary education in technical discipline with more than 6 years working experience in the O&G industry, holding similar position for the last 2 years in major oil & gas projects.
Document Controller
• Shall possess a recognised trade apprenticeship or minimum STPM holder.
• Shall have 5 years of experience in O&G DCC fieldd. Shall be skill in Microsoft offices applications.
Draughtsman
• Shall possess an internationally recognised diploma/certificate in engineering or similar qualification and shall have at least 5 years relevant draughting experience in multi- disciplinary trade i.e. mechanical/piping, E & I and structural including materials-take-off.
Electrical / Instrument Inspector
• Shall possess a recognized diploma or equivalent in electrical or instrument engineering.
• Shall possess valid trade specific certification as detailed in HSE Compulsory Courses.
• Shall have at least 5 years of inspection or construction experiences in O&G Industries or construction industries. Of which, 2 years shall be engaged as an electrical/instrument inspector in offshore hook-up and commissioning activities.
Electrician
- Minimum qualifications Electrical & Instrument Level 1 or 2 or equivalent as certified licensed electrician from any Technical School.

Electrician
• Skilled, time served electrician with knowledge of safe practices of installation of electrical equipment and lighting systems used in the offshore construction industry.
• Minimum qualifications to CGLI (City & Guilds) Advanced Craft Certificate or equivalent as certified licensed electrician.
Expeditor
• A minimum of Form Five education with at least 3 years experience in O&G industry operations.
Fabrication Superintendent
• Possess a recognised engineering Diploma or equivalent professional qualification preferably in an appropriate engineering discipline with at least 5 years working experience in fabrication related role of which at least 3 years in a supervisory position in O&G industry, Or
• Must have a SPM or MCE or SPVM certificate with 8 years working experience in fabrication related role in the O&G industry of which at least 6 years are in the supervisory position.
• Shall be familiar with all the fabrication related procedures and guidelines.
• Shall be computer literate and has strong knowledge on materials inventory/control system.
• Shall also possess a working knowledge of material take off and should be able to perform materials take off from piping, structural, E&I drawings.
Field Superintendent

• Minimum period of 5 years in construction industry including 1 year of offshore O&G construction industry in a supervisory position.
• Shall have attended appropriate local development courses as required by the COMPANY.
• Must have a minimum diploma qualification or equivalent professional qualification or equivalent, recognised by the COMPANY such as NIOSH, DIPSM(UK), CSO(USA)
HSE Engineer
• Minimum B.Sc/B.E (S1) in Engineering and more than 5 years of experience in HSE engineering, fabrication and construction of offshore O&G facilities is required.
• Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience and sufficient training in industrial health and occupational safety or at least five 3 years of work experience as a certified safety professional in a similar environment.
• Shall be a registered Safety Health Officer with a valid “Green Book” with DOSH certification.
Instrument / Electrical Team Leader / Supervisor
• At least 8 years of experience in the offshore oil and industry in area of construction, commissioning and maintenance with respect to instrument and electrical related work.
• Shall have experience and knowledge in loop checking, troubleshooting, installation, hook-up for instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Shall have at least 8 years of experience as a team leader and supervisory position.
• Shall be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Instrument / Electrical Technician
• Should be skilled and have 8 years post training experience in their trade. Candidates should have experience in basic aspect of instrumentation namely formation/loop checking, etc.
• Knowledge in and City & Guilds certificates holder preferred.
Instrument Technician
- At latest five (5) years offshore working experience in the installation, hook-up, calibration, function testing of pneumatic on electronic instrumentation.
- Shall possess trade certificates to City and Guilds final standard or equivalent.
Lead HUC Engineer
• Minimum recognized tertiary education in appropriate discipline with more than 10 years working experience in the O&G industry, holding similar position for the last 5 years in major oil & gas projects.
Logistic Coordinator
• A minimum of Form Five education with at least 3 years experience in O&G industry logistic operations.
LV and HV Cable Jointer and Terminator
• Shall be certified to join MV and HV cables.
• Shall have at least 5 years experience with the MV / HV cable jointing and termination WORK.
• Shall be certified as PTW applicant.
Materials Coordinator
• Minimum Form 5 (SPM or equivalent) academic standard OR Form 3 (PMR or equivalent) standard might be given special consideration if supported by sound experience or relevant training.
• Two (2) years working experience in materials and store management
• Two (2) years experience in the O&G industry
• Be computer literate and be able to use computer for communication and recording of material inventory/control system, ordering of materials using company’s online SAP and Merlin systems, and using SAP system for Shipping and Logistics management.
• Good command of English

Mechanical Inspector

N2He Leak Test Engineer
• Minimum recognized tertiary education in technical discipline with more than 6years working experience in the O&G industry, holding similar position for the last 2 years in major oil & gas projects.
• Demonstrable knowledge in N2He leak testing, nitrogen purging, pressure testing, pipe freezing, drying and pigging activities.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, organize, execute and close out job activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Strong knowledge and awareness in industrial HSE practices and well versed in applicable codes, standards, practices and classification rules and regulation.
Painting Inspector
• Shall possess a NACE Level II or British Gas Grade 2 or IMM Level II painting inspection certification.
• Shall possess valid trade specific certification as detailed in HSE Compulsory Courses.

Planning/Scheduling Engineer

• Diploma (D3) holder in Engineering with minimum twelve (12) years of working experience as a planner/scheduler in offshore O&G projects is required, with at least two (2) similar projects as a planner/scheduler.
Plasma Cutting Technician
• Shall have at least 3 years hands-on experience in operation of Plasma Cutting equipment.
• Shall be certified as PTW applicant.
Positive Habitat Supervisor
• Shall possess valid trade specific certification as detailed in HSE Compulsory Courses.
• Shall have at least 5 years working experience in O&G Industries.
• Shall have at least 3 years working experience on the particular model of habitat modules at offshore sites which include 1 year supervisory role.
• Shall possess PTW applicant and Local Exhaust Ventilation training.
Positive Habitat Technician

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree with minimum 3-4 years related experience in procurement.

Project Engineer
• Shall be responsible in assisting Project Manager in managing the overall WORK. Minimum B.Sc./B.E (Si) in Engineering and more than six (6) years of experience in offshore O&G facilities with at least two (2) similar offshore O&G facilities as a Project Engineer, OR
• Diploma (D3) in Science/Engineering and more than ten (10) years of experience in offshore O&G facilities with at least two (2) similar offshore O&G facilities as a Project Engineer.
• Must have adequate experience in project management.
• Experience in onshore and offshore construction is essential.
• Should have the ability to manage interfaces between various project phases including engineering design, procurement, fabrication / construction, load out & sea fastening and hook-up & commissioning.
• Should also have the ability to organize and direct construction management activities so as to meet the schedule, quality and safety requirements of the projects.
Project Manager
• Must possess a recognised Engineering Degree or Diploma or equivalent professional qualification with at least 12 years working experience in the O&G industry with not less than 8 years in major offshore construction/maintenance/ painting in brownfield environment or in similar position.
• Must have a proven record in Safety and Personnel Management and either Project/Construction or Maintenance Management.
QAQC Coordinator
• Shall possess a valid CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification.
• Shall possess a PCN Level II certification in Radiographic interpretation.
• Shall have a minimum of 5 years inspection experience in the O&G Industries.
QAQC Engineer
• Shall possess a recognised degree in Engineering OR minimum of HNC or equivalent with 3-5 years inspection experience in the O&G Industries, of which 2 years in maintenance of QMS in accordance to ISO 9001.
• Experience in the co ordinations and presentation of detailed technical reports comprising of technical drawings, photographs and QC reports.
• Shall be trained as Assessor for Quality Management System accordance with ISO 9001 and shall have good knowledge in construction methodology and hazards.
• Experience in offshore construction would be an advantage.
• Ability to work with SAP systems, standard Microsoft packages would be an advantage.
• Possess numerical skills and technical/drafting experience.
• Working knowledge of structural drawings and piping isometrics.

Rigger/General Helper
- Minimum 2-3 years offshore working experience.
- Must possess valid Offshore Sea Survival Course with Emergency Breathing System (EBS).
- Must possess valid PCSB medical check up report including drug abuse test.
- Must be minimum 21 years old and not more than 40 years old.
- Must have valid rigging / slinging certification.
Rigger/General Helper
• Skilled and time served with at least 2-3 years as riggers working offshore.
• Must possess a recognised Rigging/Slinging Certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge and training in “Rigging and Slinging” will be an added advantage.
Rigging & Scaffolding Team Leader / Supervisor
• 8 years of experience in the construction industry in rigging and scaffolding of which 3 years has been spent as a Team Leader. Knowledge of Safety practices of heavy lift, rigging and scaffolding to B.S or equivalent is essential.
• Qualification to CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) approved Scaffolder or equivalent.
• Shall possess certificates confirming a recognised rigging Course and Scaffolding Basic Part I and II and Scaffolding Inspection Course.

RT/MPI/DPI Technician

UT Technician

• Shall have at least 5 years inspection experiences in O&G Industries.
• Of which, 2 years shall be engaged as Ultrasonic Technician.
Welder
- Shall quality to AWS D1.1 (6GR), API 1104 (6G) and ASME IX (6G) for SMAW and GTAW for all grades of Carbon Steel and Low Temp. Carbon Steel.
- Must have valid PCSB PTW.
Welder / Fitter (Carbon Steel)
• Must be qualified on carbon steel pipe of all diameters and wall thicknesses as well as structural steel, all shapes and positions to include TKY joints.
• Must be coded to ANSI/ASME 9, SES13.2, API 1104, ANSI B31.3 and AWS D1.1 and SES 11.1. in a 6GR position.
• Shall have minimum 5 years experience in offshore O&G industry fabrication environment of which 3 years is in the multi - skill capacity.

• Shall be qualified to AWS D11 (6GR), API1104 (6G) and ASME IX (6G) for both SMAW and GTAW to the following class of materials: All grades of Carbon Steel, Low Temp Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel including but not limited to 6Moly, SS316, SS304 and duplex, copper nickel and Inconel / Incoloy 825.
