11. Instrument Technician – 1 (PSV/PRV)
The Instrument Technician shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Candidate must be a national PERSONNEL
2. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/mechanical/electrical or High School Equivalent
3. Minimum 6 Years of experience in Maintenance and trouble shooting of various PRVs/PSVs for O&G operations and/or Petrochemical plant
4. Skillful and hands on experience in inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repairing PRVs according to MIGAS, DISNAKER regulation and API 527 and 576, using PRV/PSV test bench and finding root cause
5. Skillful in using PRV/PSV calibration and setting tools
6. Knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo), Knowledgeable of MS suite
7. Holds valid certificate of PRV/PSV mechanism either from curriculum or special training
8. Holds valid certificate of instrument calibration either from curriculum or special training
9. Holds valid MIGAS or DISNAKER certification
10. Familiar to operate PRV/PSV test brench,
11. Shall understand to read P&ID and equipment drawing
12. Shall understand and knowledge HSE matter
13. Good interpersonal and communication skills
14. Good English both oral and writen
15. Be able to WORK independently and as a team as well
16. Familiar with industrial code and standards such as ANSI, API
12. Instrument Technician - 1 (Actuated Valve/Control Valve)
The Instrument Technician shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Candidate must be a national PERSONNEL
2. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/mechanical/electrical or High School Equivalent
3. Minimum 6 Years of experience in Maintenance and trouble shooting of Actuated Valves and its Accessories (actuator, positioner, position transmitter, limit switch, solenoid valve) for O&G operations and/or Petrochemical plant
4. Skillful and hands on experience in inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repairing Actuated Valves using bench and finding root cause
5. Skillful in using Actuated Valves calibration tools
6. Knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo), Knowledgeable of MS suite
7. Holds valid training certificate of Actuated Valves mechanism (Body, Actuator, Positioner, Accessories) either from curriculum or special training
8. Holds valid training certificate of Valve testing and instrument calibration either from curriculum or special training
9. Familiar to operate valve test bench
10. Shall understand to read P&ID and equipment drawing
11. Shall understand and knowledge HSE matter
12. Good interpersonal and communication skills
13. Good English both oral and writen
14. Be able to WORK independently and as a team as well
13. Instrument Technician - 1 (Manual/Mechanical Valve)
The Instrument Technician shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Candidate must be a national PERSONNEL
2. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/mechanical/electrical or High School Equivalent
3. Minimum 6 Years of experience in Maintenance of Manual Valve for O&G operations and/or Petrochemical plant
4. Skillful and hands on experience in inspection, greasing and testing, troubleshooting, repairig Manual Valves using Test Bench and finding root cause
5. Knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo), Knowledgeable of MS suite
6. Holds valid training certificate of Valves mechanism either from curriculum or special training
7. Familiar to operate valve test bench
8. Shall understand to read P&ID and equipment drawing
9. Shall understand and knowledge HSE matter
10. Good interpersonal and communication skills
11. Good English both oral and written
14. Instrument Technician – 1 (EX – Hazardous Area classified instrument)
The Instrument Technician shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/mechanical/electrical or High School Equivalent
2. Minimum 6 Years of experience in Maintenance and trouble shooting in instrument junction boxes and enclosures with hazardous area classfication and IP rating for O&G operations and/or Petrochemical plant
3. Skillful in trobleshooting and finding the root cause particulary EX devices water/moist ingress, grounding, and earthing
4. Skillful in using logic diagram, Loop Drawing, Cause and Effect, Electrical wiring diagram in troubleshooting
5. Knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo), Knowledgeable of MS suite
6. Have valid training certificate of Hazardous classfication and ingress protection instrument rating
7. Have valid training certificate of Grounding and shielding
8. Knowledge of English, knowledge of PC operation will be preferable
9. Capable to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the most model of offshore/onshore oil and gas process EX equipment’s as whole integrated instrumentation and electrical equipment
10. Hold EX certificate
11. Capable to perform problem solving against process EX equipment malfunction and at least 5 years directly involve on hands in field maintenance that towards to the problem solving quality
12. Capable to adaptation with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on process Analyzer equipment’s
13. Have capability for corrective maintenance of a comprehensive Workshop facility, be able to handle and operate all instrument testing
14. Familiar with industrial code and standards such as NFPA, IEC, API
15. Familiar with CMMS
15. High Voltage Specialist
High Voltage Specialist shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Bachelor with 5 years’ experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10 years electrical WORK experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry
2. Minimum 4 years as electrical foreman or HV specialist in the field or Workshop
3. Have certificate of Electrical Safety (Ahli K3 listrik) from Depnaker or equivalent
4. Have certificate of Relay/Switchgear training
5. HV Switching qualification is required along with experience in cofidently performing HV Switching
6. Has a good knowledge of AREVA, Schneider, ABB switcgear or MCC
7. Skillful on calibrating and modifying MICOM Relay
8. Knowledgeable in Motor , Transformer, Switchgear, Rectificier, UPS, VFD
9. Good knowledge on reading eletrical drawing such as schematic diagram, one line diagram and symbols
10. Experience on HV voltage (33kV, 11kV and 6.9kV)
11. Good knowledge using electrical tools such as DLRO, IR Test, Multi-meters and clamp meters including HIPOT test, Partial discharge test, Oil test and DGA test
12. Strong fault finding skills and particularly with regards to High Voltage protection systems is a must
13. Experience in computer literacy such as Microsoft Office Systems, SAP, MAXIMO maintenace & materials module is preferred
14. In line with the focus on safe pratices within this role , the successful candidate will need to have a working knowledge of PLC and DCS Control Systems
15. Good safety behavior and track record, effective leadership at the field
16. Familiar with Hazardous Area Classification and installation
17. Have capability for corrective maintenace of a comprehensive Workshop facility, be able to handle and operate all electrical testing
18. Good knowledge of production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry and of installation, repair, testing and maintenance of a wide range of electrical system
19. Good communication skills in English language
20. Have good leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvments for the benefit of COMPANY’S operations
21. Have good communication skill for both English and Indonesia, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly and understand Safe System of WORK in Oil/Gas or Petrochemical Industry

16. Maximo Completer
Maximo Completer shall have minimum qualification as follows :
1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably mechanical, electricaland instrumentation with three(3) year experience or equivalent High School with five (5) year experience in planning, scheduling maintenance activities and field technicianfor offshore/onshore oil & gas production facilities or petrochemical
2. Skillful in relevant planning & scheduling computer programs such as MS Project, Primavera, Maximo, SAP
3. Good understanding of maintenance requirements in terms of resources
4. Able to use the computer system to maximum advantage by generating schedules, regular reports and analyses
5. Have fluent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
