Coal Processing Plant Manager Requirements: • Minimum 40 years old • Preferably Bachelor Degree in Machine Engineering • Having 15 years experience in Coal Processing and 2 years experience as Coal Processing Manager • Having a Pengawas Operasional Madya certificate, preferably Pengawas Operasional Utama • Minimum have a AK3U certificate • Good analytical and logical thinking, strong leadership, high driven, self motivated, proactive, good intrapersonal and communication skill • Willing to be placed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Coal Processing Plant Superintendent Requirements: • Minimum 35 years old • Preferably bachelor degree in mechanical engineering • Having 10 years experience in Coal Processing and 2 years experience as Superintendent • Having a Pengawas Operasional Madya certificate • Minimum have a AK3U certificate • Good analytical and logical thinking, strong leadership, high driven, self motivated, proactive, good intrapersonal and communication skill • Willing to be placed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan HSE Manager Requirements: • Minimum 40 years old • Bachelor degree in Public Health/ environmental engineering/ forestry or related background • Having 15 years experience in coal mining and 2 years experience as Manager • Having a Pengawas Operasional Madya certificate, preferably Pengawas Operasional Utama • Minimum have a AK3U certificate • Have experience with HSE Management Systems & implementation at an operational level • Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections, audit SMKP, HSE Report and other related • Knowing about environment regulation, Understand about emergency rescue system • Good analytical and logical thinking, strong leadership, high driven, self motivated, proactive, good intrapersonal and communication skill • Willing to be placed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Safety Superintendent Requirements: • Minimum 35 years old • Bachelor degree in Public Health major Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent • Having 10 years experience in coal mining • At least 2 years working experience as Safety Superintendent • Must have AK3U certificate • Good analytical and logical thinking, strong leadership, high driven, self motivated, proactive, good intrapersonal and communication skill • Detail oriented and strong personality in integrity and honesty • Required certificate POM, audit SMKP and other related • Understand about emergency rescue system • Willing to be placed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Environment Superintendent Requirements: • Minimum 35 years old • Bachelor degree in environmental engineering/ forestry or related background • Having 10 years experience in coal mining and 2 years experience as superintendent • Having a Pengawas Operasional Madya certificate • Minimum have a AK3U certificate • Have experience with HSE Management Systems & implementation at an operational level • Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections • Knowing about environment regulation • Good Having a Pengawas Operasional Madya certificate • Minimum have a AK3U certificate • Good analytical and logical thinking, strong leadership, high driven, self motivated, proactive, good intrapersonal and communication skill • Willing to be placed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Mine Production Supervisor Requirements: • Minimum 30 years old • Minimum graduate in senior high school • Having 5 years experience in coal mining and 2 years as supervisor (Preferably ex operator heavy equipment) • Having a Pengawas Operasional Pertama certificate • Minimum have a AK3U certificate • Able to manage mine foreman • Having good negotiation, analytical skill, decision making, problem solving, and discipline • Willing to be placed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Road & Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: • Minimum 30 years old • Minimum graduate from senior high school • Having 5 years experience in coal mining and 2 years experience as supervisor (Preferably ex operator heavy equipment) • Having a Pengawas Operasional Pertama certificate • Must be have AK3U certificate • Having good negotiation, analytical skill, decision making, problem solving, and discipline • Willing to be placed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan General Affairs Supervisor Requirements: • Min. 30 years old • Min. graduate from senior high school • Having min. 5 years experience in coal mining and 2 years experience as supervisor • Must be have AK3U certificate • Having a high level of discipline, team work and strong working in under pressure • Having good negotiation, analytical skill, decision making, and
