Job Description:
We are now seeking a Channel Specialist to join our team in Jakarta who will be responsible to implement the agreed sales channel strategy in specified market in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations. You will also plan and execute channel initiatives and continuously monitor channel performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Channel Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Contribute in achieving key targets for the channel in the specified market and create detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up
• Contribute in budget negotiations and negotiate frame agreements, and create portfolio offers and proposals for channel partners in line with channel partner growth plan
• Identify and evaluate channel partners together with the Channel Sales Manager and regularly report progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales and execute those activities that require channel/segment partner participation
• Implements the planned communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment
• Support in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers
• Support in evaluation/certification and training of channel partners

Job Description:
We are now seeking a Site Manager in Jakarta location to join our team in Power Grids division who would plan project activities and demonstrate successful project delivery.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Plan and coordinate project on-site activities with Project Manager including necessary local resources, equipment and milestones.
• Responsible for receiving the assigned site area from the Project Manager till handing over to the end customer on completion day
• Coordinate all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Serve as a project representative by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers as well as other local organizations.
• Ensure up-to-date construction Health and Safety plan is in place in respect of each work package, compliant with the ABB H and S plan.
• Ensure correct handling, storage and installation of ABB-delivered equipment, coordinate on-site storage as well as shipment logistics to secure timely site delivery of equipment and material
• Control project cost for the project site work, monitor actual spend against forecasts and estimate final cost for the same.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with proven knowledge and experience to successful delivery of EHV substation projects in both Greenfield and Brownfield environment including civil works.
• 10 years of experience in successful implementation of safe working systems, effective site quality and subcontractor management, proficient with MS Office and project.

Job Description:
We are now seeking a Finance Controller to join our team in Tangerang who will be responsible to translate strategy into business plans and establish measurable targets. You will also oversee the business planning, forecasting process and evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions and recommend actions.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Monitor financial results vs prior periods, budget, analyze variances and communicate both positive and negative results to the business management.
• Develop and monitor financial and non-financial KPIs in order to effectively measure the performance of the business.
• Establish, oversee process and tools necessary for transparent and accurate financial data, ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards.
• Identify, communicate commercial, financial risks and opportunities from business propositions.
• Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations and ensure compliance with corporate and country standards.
• Work with the local management team to identify areas where investment is required
Requirement:
Key requirements include:
• University degree or higher in Finance or Accounting with ACCA or equivalent Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and controlling including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, accounting and costing in ERP environment
• Knowledge of IDGAAP and USGAAP and experience with ICoFR
• Good computer skills (SAP, excel, etc)
