PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL (PT KPC)

01. SENIOR SPECIALIST – CONTRACTS
(Fixed Term position)

• S1 (Bachelor) in Engineering with 5 years experiences in Engineering or Supply Chain with minimum 2 years related experiences in Contract.
• Good communication in Indonesian and English.
• Negotiation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings.
• Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
• Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial, labour law and safety activities.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management and technical knowledge related to the services.
• Process mapping and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of mining process, equipment maintenance services, and related activities will be an advantage.

02. COORDINATOR – CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) 
(Fixed Term position)

• Graduate preferably from legal or engineering background with more than five (5) years’ experience.
• Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial, labor law and safety activities.
• Process mapping and facilitation skills.
• Understanding contract and contractor management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

03. SUPERVISOR - PURCHASING
(Fixed Term position)

• S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 year experience or Diploma 3 with at least 6 year experience.
• Excellent communication in both English and Indonesia.
• Analytical & problem solving skill.
• Knowledge on purchasing, cataloguing, and contract.
• Preferably knowledge on Ellipse system and Corvu operation.
• Knowledge on import regulation and international procurement.

04. ENGINEER - MINING
(Fixed Term position)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Extensive experience and proven skills in mine planning tools and field experience, or in associated high level long term planning roles. As a guide, three (3) years plus experience should be used.
• Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
• Having experience in using MINEX software.
