Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.
OFFICER TRANSPORTATION
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, Monitor and maintain movement and schedule of any transportation for supporting operations/project.
• Strong supporting the Company-man in scheduling, organizing & optimizing vessel movement & RW movement.
• Implement Transportation Procedure and Fuel Management procedure.
• Monitor & control Land Transport movement for supporting support materials flow Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Overall Transport & Fuel Performance Report)
• Collaborate with all stakeholder for alignment.
• Ensure all physical material/asset on board are secured.
• Monitor and control fuel (supply, handling, storage & inventory control, transportation, transfer and usage).
• Crew Change Handling & Movement.
• Assists to prepare drafts Service Order in relation to the transportation and oversees its performance for contract compliance.
• Implement Fuel management.
• Collect, proceed, make statistics and interpret data of cargo movement and crew change movement and other related matter for monitoring, controlling, analysis (such as productivity, utilisation, fuel efficiency, security) and improving purpose.
• Maintain KPI Transportation.
• Ensure Transportation management compliance with HCML’s HSE regulation and standard operating procedure.
• Special assignment.
• Transportation admin and reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Overall Transport & Fuel Performance Report).
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 3 years experience on transportation management in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Understanding Offshore/Marine Operation.
• Concern with cost effective manner and work efficiency.
• Computer Literacy.
• System oriented.
• Self-motivated, quick learning, Good interpersonal skill, supervisory skill, leadership, analysis skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative, achievement oriented, ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and HSE concern.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Surabaya
OFFICER LOGISTICS PLANNING & CONTROL
Responsibilities:
• Follow Logistics Management System manual.
• Monitor Logistics Performance (delivery, quality of service, catalogue, discrepancy, cost etc.)
• Support in contract development of Logistics Service or issue Service Order.
• Support in Logistics System & procedure development.
• Support in set up and arrange program of Logistics performance improvement.
• Support in Maintaining KPI Logistics Management.
• Ensure Warehouse activities compliance with HCML’s HSE regulation and standard operating procedure.
• Ensure Logistics Service supplied by 3rd party as per contract requirement.
• Documenting all logistics process by using standard methods, formats and tools.
• Managing related information flow.
• Logistics Planning admin and reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant job in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Having good knowledge, Inventory, Warehouse, Shorebase Management/Logistics and HSE knowledge at workplace.
• Familiar with PTK 007 and other related regulation & procedure in Indonesia Oil & Gas Industry.
• Concern with cost effective manner and work efficiency.
• Familiar working with ERP System or quick learning.
• Knowledge about Logistics services required by the Oil & Gas company.
• Familiar with MS Office and can rapidly learn any other application program when need.
• Self-motivated, Good interpersonal skill, supervisory skill, leadership, analysis skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative, achievement oriented, ability to work under pressure; sense of responsibility and HSE concern.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

SR. ATTORNEY
Responsibilities: 
Assist Manager in handling various legal department’s activities related to commercial contract negotiations, disputes resolutions and daily Oil & Gas procurement processes.
Requirements: 
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Law.
• Minimum 5 years experiences, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Having experience in Commercial Contract Law, Disputes Resolutions, Corporate Law and Oil & Gas procurement.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Jakarta
