The Role
Set up and maintain a control framework to ensure that all procurement activities are effectively managed
Review and develop the Procurement Strategy covering each of the key business areas
Set up a process of review for all Contracts, Supplies and Suppliers ensuring that maximum value for money benefits are achieved through supplier rationalisation, developing an Approved Supplier list
Build and develop good relationships with key suppliers to ensure best value for money and customer satisfaction with services provided
Ensure that the central Contract Register is maintained, together with master contracts
Manage the engagement of procurement consultancy where specialist services are required or existing resources cannot meet requirements
Prepare a quarterly report to the Executive Team, Board and Audit & Risk Committee providing a review of procurement activities and achievements.
The Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration / Finance or any related discipline from a recognized University.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in a related job function.
Familiarity with procurement processes in the Oil & Gas industry.
Relevant Experience
High level understanding/knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to Logistics/material handling
Material control experience
High level experience with computerized materials management systems
High level of understanding and awareness/ sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues
Very effective communication skills (written, oral and computer)

Senior Offshore Safety Officer Production / HSE Closing date:30 Nov 2015
The Job
Plans, co-ordinates and supervises the day-to-day activities of the Offshore Safety Officer.
Coordinate offshore safety program in accordance with Company/Industry standards.
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and procedures.
Quality assurance regarding all safety and environmental procedures and policies for the installation.
Proactively conduct audits for compliance with established procedures related to continuous improvement.
Coordinate all offshore emergency drills and exercises.
Coordinate all accident and incident investigations and monitoring of implementation of remedial actions.
Ensure consistency in application of safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Foster offshore awareness of safety and environmental impact on platform risk.
Coordinate industrial hygiene activities.
Planning, coordination and communication of related activities across the offshore team.
Plan and facilitate offshore HSE training.
Core member of offshore emergency command team.
The Requirement
Educational Qualifications
Degree in Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering, NEBOSH or equivalent.
Minimum 20 years related experience in the oil/petrochemical industry, preferably with FPSO Operations experience
Thorough knowledge of company loss management, environmental, health and safety procedures.
Relevant Experience
Experience in implementing an effective loss control program.
Thorough knowledge of installation layout with emphasis on environmental monitoring, safety, evacuation and life-saving equipment.
Proven planning and cost management awareness.
Experience with personnel training and competence assurance.
Thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as well as industry and regulatory codes relating to the function.

Technical Superintendent Production / Technical Closing date:31 Dec 2015
The Job
Coordinate engineering investigations and design as needed to support Operations facility. Including individual design work, contractor selection and supervision, small project management and design review.
Ensure work is prioritized, resourced, managed, and completed in accordance with Facility needs. Work is to be carried out in a consistent and professional manner from clear work definition, task scoping, through to formal commissioning and handover.
Establish standards for Electrical/Mechanical engineering and maintenance with an emphasis on best practice and cost effectiveness.
Ensure all technical staff have a working knowledge of the systems on-board each facility in order to facilitate maintenance and fault finding activities.
Organize shut downs for specified equipment shutdowns/PM’s and equipment overhauls.
Ensure all works are conducted in accordance with Company and relevant third party standards.
Ensure adequate records are maintained in MOC files and in Computerized Maintenance Management System, with timely close out of work involving record updates, inclusion of new equipment operation/instructions/drawings within the Facility Maintenance Manual Systems.
Responsible for coordination between Facility Staff, Onshore Personnel and Contractors for MOC works that is related installation and maintenance activities with an emphasis on optimizing the use of external materials and resources.
Organize supervision of Contractors who are performing Electrical/mechanical and structural design studies where necessary, to achieve the required work.
Ensure Electrical/Mechanical engineering functions are adhering to the respective code and Company Operational standards, mechanical installation, rotating equipment, structural design and project engineering functions.
Prepare and review Management System and Computerized Maintenance Management System work instructions and procedures relevant to all engineering systems.
Project manages allocated portions of annual and other facility maintenance shutdowns.
Act as Technical representative to select and engage contractors to progress ECR and maintenance works on allocated Facilities and equipment.
Provide guidance & direction to technical team members onshore & offshore.
Participate as supporting member of the Emergency Response Group.
The Person
Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Minimum of ten years relevant Industrial experience, at least three of which should be Oil and Gas specific.
Understanding of relevant legislative requirements with respect to the piping and mechanical design inclusive of commissioning requirements.
Must have a high standard of computer literacy.
Fully fluent in both written and spoken English able to make detailed and comprehensive reports
Previous experience within the hydrocarbons industry and FPSO’s is required, with a working knowledge of hydrocarbon operations, safety systems and permit to work procedures essential.
Technical skills with a broad range of machine knowledge including gas turbine drivers, centrifugal compressors, piping knowledge, mechanical systems and basic structural design.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work with diverse groups of people ranging from technical staff, contractors and on site operational staff with an understanding of cross culture diversity.
Previous site supervision and commissioning skills in the field including troubleshooting.
Proficient in English both oral and written.
