PT. Golden Energy Mines, Tbk. (GEMS) is one of the fastest growing Coal Mining Company in Indonesia. Currently we operate in three areas: South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and South Sumatera. The Company has resources as much as 1.93 billion tons of thermal coal and coal reserves of about 849 million tons; which provides promising prospects for growth in operations and financial performance in the future for a long period.

Currently, the Company sells coal to the Indonesian domestic market and export market in meeting customer needs which mainly consists of power plants, paper mills, cement and coal trading companies that purchase coal for resale. Export sales in 2012 was recorded dominate 58% of total sales. Exports made to various customers mainly China, India, and Thailand. Most of coal sales company based on contract sales agreements of coal, with coal sales prices are negotiated and adjusted every year or shorter period of time based on coal quality and specification with reference to coal prices prevailing in the market.

The Company also operates coal trading business, where external coal purchases are carried out spot from various sources were for resale. Looking ahead, the trading business is intended also for the purpose of mixing the coal quality to get quality coal in accordance with the specific needs of customers who come from various target different market segments, both within and outside the country. Our purpose is to be the leading mining company in Indonesia by creating added value to customers & stakeholders.

Talent Pool - Finance & Accounting (FA)

Job Description
PT Golden Energy Mines is implementing proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool in 2015 - to reach out to prospective candidates for future opportunities. We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Finance & Accounting
*Verify and maintain recapitulation of daily finance transaction
* Prepare cheque/giro and payment mechanism
* Perform advance closing and ensure that realization of advance inline with budget
* Verify tax aspect in daily transaction
* Maintain monthly payment & monthly report to tax office (including prepare SSP & SPT)
* Maintain daily accounting journal and prepare monthly financial statement before deadline

Requirements
* Education minimum Bachelor Degree of Economy (Accounting)
* At least 1 years exsperience in Finance & Accounting (Tax preferable)
* Detail oriented and sistematic
* Certification of Brevet A, Brevet B

IT Network Infrastructure Specialist (ITN)
(Jakarta )

Job Description
1. Developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure (Windows/Linux), data communications, and telecommunications systems.
2. Deploy and implement network security controls as outlined be the Information Security, policy, standards and guidelines
3. Coordinate the analysis and troubleshooting of performance and availability of all systems and networks across the organization
4. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards across the systems and network teams

Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): IT Security, Microsoft Office, Leadership, Visio.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experiences in mining companies preferred
* Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Job Description
1. Developing, improving, and maintaining web based applicants including corporate intranet portl, website, and some integration projects
2. Builds from front-end HTML and CSS to the midlle tier and back-end PHP code to support front design and programming
3. Developers who have a proven track record of multiple web application build and CMS project
* Advance knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache & Linux with ability to write HTML, CSS & JS Code
* Experience working with APLS, integrating with 3rd party such as Facebook or Google

Repair & Maintanance Team Leader

Job Description
1. Melakukan pengawasan, perawatan dan perbaikan terhadap seluruh area kerja Plant Conveyor
2. Berkoordinasi dengan Crushing Plant sampai Jetty untuk setiap kegiatan crushing dan loading tongkang
3. Membuat laporan harian Maintanance Conveyor
4. Memberikan laporan kepada supervisor untuk setiap penggantian dan penyediaan stock ataupun spare part kebutuhan material Electrical Conveyor

Requirements
* Min. S1 Teknik Elektro atau Teknik Mesin, IPK min 3,00
* Memiliki pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang electrical maintanance
* Mengetahui dan memahami electrical power, mengetahui dan system program scada
* Mengetahui dan memahami system electrical bik untuk building maupun plant conveyor
* Mengetahui dan memahami syestem electrical untuk control room baik di MCC maupun control room
* Menguasai troubleshooting electrical
* Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah Kalimantan Selatan
