The Engineering & Construction (E&C) International Division is a global provider of turnkey EPCIC services. We have a skilled team which provides expertise around the world, from Malaysian domestic business to international projects in countries such as Mexico, India, Brazil, Australia, Russia, China, Vietnam, and Thailand.

With the support of an in-house engineering team and fabrication yard we provide Engineering Services, from Subsea and floating systems engineering and project management services, Transportation & Installation (T&I) of heavy lift installation of offshore structures and laying of pipeline.

We are also involved in the installation of subsea equipment, umbilicals, flexible flowlines, risers, floaters and Deepwater installation, Light Well Intervention / Inspection, repair and maintenance, major inspection, repair and maintenance of platforms, pipelines, FPSO, FSO, Installation, repair and inspection of subsea facilities, other subsea services, offshore diving and underwater related services including ROVs, facilities maintenance and support vessels and offshore decommissioning services.

E&C Malaysia

We provide end-to-end EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning) projects across Malaysia. Our work comprises lump sum turnkey contracts involving project delivery of “fit for the purpose”, cost effective facilities from “concept to commissioning” with all risk to contractor. Integrated project management, risk management and effective life cycle design, cost optimisation, contract management and managing stakeholders across the project makes the EPCIC projects more challenging than the traditional projects.

Engineering

The Engineering segment offers multi-discipline engineering services, covering front end engineering design, detailed design engineering, project engineering management, procurement technical support and commissioning technical support for new onshore plants and plant revamps, new offshore wellhead platforms, and offshore platforms brownfield modifications.
It also cover design of skidded / modularized process systems and engineered equipment for onshore plants and offshore platforms.

Procurement

Procurement at ECM is a key element in the execution of any project which includes of sourcing new suppliers, buying, expediting orders, inspecting the manufacturing of equipment and bulk material as well as organizing delivery and logistics. Each project team has the ownership of its budget and delivery and is supported by the internal expertise.
