Currently our client is looking for Application Development Maintenance Team for Oil & Gas Project.

| Onsite Technical Support And Maintenance Team
1. Provide second level (operational support) and third level support (incidents and change requests) to business users, including documentation and unit testing
2. Administer custom applications support calls from initial diagnosis through resolution
3. Support of ad hoc data request from custom applications, including analysis to suggest permanent reporting solution if necessary
4. Provide assistance to other IT teams in fulfilling business needs (e.g. provide database views for 1. dashboard requirement for analytics team)
5. Manage custom applications health Include development of future systems, consolidation of systems, integration of systems for improved data sharing, and/or the expansion of the existing systems
6. Perform testing on custom application, including but not limited to, unit testing, system testing and regression testing
7. Advice and assist business users in user acceptance testing, system testing and regression testing 8. Provide change documentation for system changes and maintenance of system architectural documentation
