PT Ocean Metal Indo is a national private company with main business in Energy and Coal Industry in Indonesia. We are looking for dynamic and creative professional human resources, with good track records, to join and grow with us for below positions:


Qualifications :
a. Bachelor or Masters Degree in a relevant field. Training or qualification in the field of Economics, Business, Public Policy, Engineering or equivalent would be a strong advantage. 
b. At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate planning/development or business analytics. 
c. Relevant experience in project management including plan development, team management, delivery and deployment. 
d. Excellent analytical, written, verbal communication and presentation skills. 
e. Ability to work independently. 
f. Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders. 
g. Understanding of and experience in the Continuing Education and Training sector would be an advantage.

Responsibilites :
a. Implement company’s work-plan development process and support the Finance, Procurement & Corporate Planning in administrating the work-plan process for company annually. 
b. Set appropriate performance and service standards and develop appropriate KPIs at the corporate and departmental levels to track key performance areas for the company. 
c. Develop and implement relevant performance management and reporting systems (e.g. management dashboard) and business analytics processes to track corporate performance and strategy implementation. 
d. Evaluate performance and highlight areas of attention to top management in a timely manner. Recommend and monitor appropriate remedial actions to ensure organizational performance standards and service quality are maintained. 
e. Identify and drive relevant organizational development programs and initiatives to drive organizational excellence. 
f. Create strong working relationships with other departments and relevant divisions and liaise with them on corporate planning matters as appropriate.


a. Bachelor / Master degree in Geology / Mining Engineering, or related discipline
b. Minimum 5 years experiences in coal mining exploration
c. Hold a POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate
d. Experience in mapping & sample technical program
e. Good communication and technical reporting in English
f. Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc. 
g. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
h. Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis
i. Good communication, leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills
j. Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site

a. Will preparing all the data for engineering cost control 
b. Manage Short term and long term operation plans
c. Made design pit and waste dump


a. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering / Business. 
b. Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience and/or equivalent industry training experience. 
c. Good Interpersonal skills to interview supply chain stakeholders and resourcefulness to gather information necessary for content creation. 
d. Excellent English reading and writing skills are essential; additional languages considered an asset. 
e. Critical Thinker with ability to gather information, analyse, draw logical conclusions, and present technical findings in clarity in both Words and Powerpoint. 
f. A strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint is required. 
g. Must be able to travel and have a willingness to work on occasion in the field locations.

a. Developing technical content in professional and logical manner. 
b. Gather information, process information intelligently, create technical contents in Words and Powerpoint
c. Contacting client Subject Matter Experts to obtain and clarify technical information; 
d. Working within a team environment, using strong interpersonal skills while enabling seamless interaction with internal departments, supply chain and client representatives. 
e. Generating requests for information from the client representative or Subject Matter Expert. 
f. Implementing in-house and client edits, while maintaining project standards. 
g. Potentially leading and supporting a team of in-country technical writers.


a. Bachelor Degree graduate Civil Engineers
b. Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
c. Experience of supervision of civil works and buildings and other infrastructure, especially in the work of the project coal terminal facility or a coal processing plant, including roads, jetty, bridge, and river. 
d. Having good knowledge how to read and interpret correctly the images of technical designs and specifications of the work of a project, testing soil, concrete, foundation stake in the ground and in the river, construction materials and equipment to be implemented in the completion of the project work. 
e. Possess BOQ and execution time for the completion of a project
f. Having a basic knowledge of civil, geotechnical and soil mechanics, slope stability, water management and control of technical calculations that can be implemented in the project work. 
g. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
h. Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
i. Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

a. Coordinate with contractors or executing civil works associated with the work plan from the beginning to the completion of the work. 
b. Full control (day to day) on civil works and ensure the completion of work in accordance with design drawings, specifications, budget, schedule completion and safe
c. With the knowledge of the Superintendent, give instructions directly to the contractor or implementing civil works, in connection with the design changes, the performance of the contractor, the addition of jobs, etc. 
d. Inspection and testing of the completion of the civil work items, for approval and then submitted or published reports job mismatches (Non-Conforming Letter) to then do the repair by the Contractor. 
e. Joint examination for work progress of the contractor at the end of month or at the end of completion of the work. 
f. Creating reports and diaries as well as fill out the check - list according to standards of the Company, in connection with all civil works and reported to the Project Construction Superintendent.


a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1). 
b. Having min. 5 years experience as HR Staff. 
c. Understand Labor Law, HR procedure and policy. 
d. Understand payroll, 21 income tax, psychological test and Jamsostek. 
e. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
f. Fluent in English. 
g. Proficient in MS. Office application. 
h. Able to work independently and or as a team.

a. Handling HR administration. 
b. Recruitment process and psychological test. 
c. Industrial relation matters. 
d. HR related duties.


a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in accounting. 
b. Min. 3 years of accountings experiences. 
c. Good knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures. 
d. Proficient in MS. office application. 
e. Excellent English is a must. 
f. Having good communication skill. 
g. Have pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, fast learner, work detail, energetic, self motivated and result oriented. 
h. Good understanding of Indonesian tax. 
i. Able to work individual or as a team.

a. Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that company’s finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. 
b. Receive and verify invoice and requisitions for goods and services. 
c. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. 
d. Prepare, verify and process invoices and coding payment document. 
e. Record all cheque. 
f. Keeping all financial data properly. 
g. Prepare and submit financial report, cash flow and balance sheet. 
h. Prepares payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements and reconciling accounts. 
i. Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes. 
j. Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.

7. MARKETING (Job Code: MKT)

a. Bachelor degree in any discipline. Good GPA
b. 3 years experience in coal trading and marketing; fresh graduates are welcome. 
c. Strong networking & relations. 
d. Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage. 
e. Strong computer skills especially in Ms. Office & Internet. 
f. Willing to be located in Jakarta and travelling to our customers.

a. Responsible for all aspects of coal marketing activity including organization and sourcing. 
b. Good knowledge of coal quality and sources. 
c. Develop specific supplier solutions based on strong financing, structuring, logistic and risk mitigation capabilities.


a. Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering. 
b. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills. 
c. Minimum 7 years experiences in the mining operations & 5 years in the same position. 
d. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices. 
e. Hold a POU and K3 Umum Certificate. 
f. Strong commitment to site safety. 
g. Strong leadership is a must. 
h. Willing to be located at Central Kalimantan.

a. Lead job site and synergy with all employee, contractors, Distamben and social job site environment. 
b. Monitoring & reporting all mining operation, such as production, safety, environment, 
c. Coordinate with head office all procurement, financial and human resources operations. 
d. Coordination with government, Distamben, BLH, etc
e. Good collaboration with stakeholders at job site.


a. Bachelor degree in Engineering / Accounting. 
b. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company; international company will be a plus. 
c. Good knowledge about material (electrical, furniture, civil, etc.) 
d. Good knowledge about material prices. 
e. Excellent skill to dealing with vendors
f. Fluent in English both spoken & written. 
g. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. 
h. Will be located in Jakarta, willing to travelling to our job site as needed

a. Receiving and processing any purchase requisition accordance with the procedure
b. Making & collect database vendor. 
c. Monitoring purchasing & procurement process until it’s closing


a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, good GPA
b. Has at least 7 years experiences at legal matters, especially in corporate matters; from international company will be a plus
c. Preferable has sound knowledge in laws and regulations related to coal mining and environment, Indonesia and international commercial laws
d. Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
e. Good legal networking

a. Managing all legal affairs of the company
b. Providing legal advices of the company bussiness activities
c. Updating latest laws and regulations especially related to coal mining and environment including it s legal implications to the bussines
d. Handling company’s legal documents/ permits / licenses
