PDMS Designer ( Structural/ Piping/ E & I )

Client : Oil & Gas Services Company
Location : Batam
Status : Contract

1. Responsibilities: To design and layout including the following: 
• 3D Structural/Piping & Equipment/Electrical and Instrumentation modelling using PDMS/PDS/AutoCAD. 
• (Structural):3D modeling for tertiary steel
• (Piping):Piping general arrangements, Isometrics, Piping MTOs, Piping supports, special details. Routing of pipe and cable tray and production of piping deliverables, Proposals layouts and equipment design/drafting
• (E&I):Cable tray field routing, electrical and instrument support
• Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD/Micro station/PDMS. 
• Checking shop drawing produced from 3D model against piping specifications and P&IDs. 
• As built data collection, Tie-in data collection.

2. Knowledge / Experience (Skills): 
Experience in industrial plant and oil gas industry (including routing, support design, MTO) from specifications using relevant software
Proven work experience in project execution in Oil and Gas Industry
AutoCAD, PDMS or PDS, relevant 3D Software
Basic: Word, Excel, Outlook
