E & I Engineer

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Reports to the Project Manager
• Supervise in the design office, designer draftsman, site supervisor and other construction staff assigned to installation work.
• Perform site survey visits and prepare work package comprising– scope of work, applicable standards and specifications, drawings/sketches, planning for basic studies and detailed engineering.
• Ensure that HSE regulations applicable to Electrical, instrumentation & control systems are known and adhered to. Ensure to respect the environment during execution of works.
• Co-ordinate all electrical & instrument equipment, testing, calibration and maintenance activities.
• Prepare Key Drawings like One line Diagram, P&ID, Layout Drawing, Hook Up Drawing are ready for construction activities.
• Prepare & issue job status report to ensure progress in accordance with project schedule.
• Conduct testing, calibration, commissioning and supervise installation of all Eletrical equipment and field instrument (such as Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, etc )
• Attend progress meetings with clients and discuss technical aspects as necessary in executing projects.
• Conduct material take-off and compare as per approved bill of material of all metering skid requirements.
• Verify all equipment and Electric & instrumentation weatherproof and corrosion resistant as per specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of the team

II. QUALIFICATION
• Degree in Instrumentation & Controls or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry

Project Coordinator

I. RESPONSIBILITY

II. DUTIES
• Obtain Project Brief from Sales Manager, including final quotation accepted by Client and Margin Analysis Report Spreadsheet (MARS) prepared by Sales Manager

III. AUTHORITY

System Engineering

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Prepare & issue job status report to ensure progress in accordance with project schedule.
• Attend progress meetings with clients and discuss technical aspects as necessary in executing projects.
• Formulate Inspection & Test Plan per project system requirements and local governing body regulation and submit to Project Manager for approval.
• Supervise full system test for custody transfer metering.
• Verify instrument loop testing for custody transfer metering.
• Supervise full flow metering test for custody transfer metering.

• Ensure HSE aspects are applied in his/her job

II. QUALIFICATION
• Degree in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry

Project Manager

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Reports to the Technical Director;
• Manages the Engineering Department;
• Ensures efficiency and productivity of work processes implemented in the Department;
• Ensures timely delivery of project according to committed schedule in contract with clients;
• Manages the project budget allocated to each project and ensure no overruns;
• Attend progress meetings with clients and discuss technical aspects necessary in executing projects;
• Assess vendor performance yearly to ensure high level of competency in meeting product technical requirements, quality compliance and cost competitiveness;
• Approves engineering design documents submitted by vendors, subcontractors, Engineering Department;
• Approves material take-off list per approved bill of material for all metering skid requirements.
• Assesses the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions taken by the Customer Service Department;
• Recommends measures to address customer feedbacks and product non-conformances;
• Ensures proper control of project documentation;
• Identifies quality related training for reports in the Department;
• Prepare project planning, construction and manpower schedule on major project. Prepare work on site for site supervisor.

II. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing construction & metering relating projects;
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in Oil & Gas industry;

Proposal Engineer

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Support Sales Manager on sales enquiries and tender submissions, including follow up with client on status;
• Handle tender registrations, proposal preparations and submissions;
• Generate technical proposal, costing and commercial proposal for customer inquiry;
• Sourcing to find best solution of sub-suppliers;
• Monitor tender announcements and inform Sales Managers;
• Handle vendor registrations with client’s procurement/engineering department.

II. QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Physic Engineering;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in similar capacity;
• Strong in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point as minimum).

Sales Engineer

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Managing Accounts / Customers designated area in order to achieve the agreed business plan.
• Understand and solution oriented to advise Customer about represented products and system as part of marketing strategy.
• Maintaining loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits
• Achieve Sales Target as member of the Sales Team.
• Obey HSE regulation regarding with job description
• Ensure HSE aspects are applied in his/her job

II. QUALIFICATION
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Female, Maximum 28 years old.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written) is a MUST.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in similar industries (Oil/Gas / Petrochemical) is a MUST.
• Good Attitude, hard working and team player.
• Posses own car and valid driving license is an advantageous, but not a compulsory.

Sales Manager

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Reports to the Marketing Director;
• Responsible for profit & loss of project proposal and component sales;
• Meet annual sales target set by Company by soliciting for new business, growing existing business and identifying new business and market for Company to penetrate into.
• Manage key accounts in Oil & Gas such as PERTAMINA (EP,UP,UPMS), EPC, Oil and Gas company, Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), including General Industries.
• Identify and develop new account, new market for Company’s representative products such as gas and liquid metering systems, regulatory and electronic equipment, fiscal and non-fiscal meters such as ultrasonic, turbine, rotary and diaphragm meters, including gas chromatographs and analyzer, flow computers and supervisory software.
• Handle and manage all bidding at PERTAMINA, Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), EPC, Oil and Gas company, including General Industries.
• Followup on aftersales enquiry from client and handle feedback from customers.
• Ensure timely collection of payment from client according to terms of payment for project and component sales;
• Obey HSE regulation regarding with job description
• Ensure HSE aspects are applied in his/her job

II. QUALIFICATION
• Degree in any discipline of Engineering
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing position in Oil & Gas industry, preferably in similar capacity
