I. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN-1 (EX-HAZARDOUS AREA CLASSIFIED INSTRUMENT)
Qualification :
1. Minimum Vocational High School graduate in Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical or High School Equivalent.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance and trouble shooting in instrument junction boxes and enclosures with hazardous area classification and IP rating for O&G operations and/or petrochemical plant
3. Skillful in troubleshooting and finding the root cause particularly EX devices water/moist ingress, grounding, and earthing.
4. Skillful in using logic diagram, loop drawing, cause and effect, electrical wiring diagram in troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo), knowledgeable of MS suite.
6. Have valid training certificate of Hazardous Area Classification and ingress protection instrument rating.
7. Have valid training certificate of Grounding and Shielding.
8. Hold EX certificate.
9. Capable to perform problem solving against process EX equipment malfunction and at least 5 years directly involve on hands in field maintenance that towards to the problem solving quality.
10. Capable to adaptation with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on process analyzer equipments.
11. Have capability for corrective maintenance of a comprehensive workshop facility, be able to handle and operate all instrument testing.
12. Familiar with industrial code and standards such as NFPA, IEC, API
II. MOTOR TECHNICIAN
Qualification :
1. Candidate must be a national personnel.
2. Minimum at least Senior High School educated and 5 years experienced in handling maintenance activity of the blower of fin-fan cooler, agitator and motor.
3. Shall be fully qualified and experienced in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, minor and major repairs, sparepart handling the blower of fin-fan cooler.
4. Shall have good skill in communication in English both oral and written.
5. Shall be familiar with tools and consumables required in performing site maintenance blower of fin-fan cooler.
