JESCO, a producer of seamless pipe in Saudi Arabia is giving you the opportunity to fill the following position :

1. MECHANICAL FOREMAN

Core Responsibilties:Ensure that all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with company safety procedure and plant operational requirements.Lead a team of technicians, to have a good trouble shooting skill and carry out all schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance, and daily check as instruction.Attend all mechanical equipment’s’ breakdown job and corrective maintenance job within time.Prepare/overhaul all required spares in house and keep ready for shifts.Maintain critical spares on site for shifts and to inform supervisor if spare go below reserve stock.Monitor any repeated breakdown and bring to the supervisor notifications.Effective be able to test, fault find and rectify the problem on mechanical plant equipment’s.

Requirements:

1. BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience in heavy industry especially steel/seamless pipe.

2. Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 10 years’ experience in heavy industry especially steel/seamless pipe.

3. Reading, writing, speaking English is a must.

4. The knowledge and experience required is that gained through previous experience working in the steel industry with exposure in mechanical environment.

5. Able to read, write and understand mechanical instruction/Bill of Materials/manuals/mechanical drawings.

6. Fair knowledge in MS Excel/Word.

2. WORKSHOP MACHINIST

Core Responsibilties:

Machining and manufacturing of jobs and parts from raw material required for maintenance and repair of equipment’s.Selection of tools for all machining operations according to jobs. Selection of feed and speed according to the job requirements.Using the computerized maintenance system, request for spare parts from warehouse and maintain records of all job orders completed.Ensure that all machining work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures.Operation for other related machines and minor maintenance of too, room machine as secondary assignment.Able to receive, read and understand drawings and job instructions from intermediate superior.Able to use measuring instrument and gauges.Able to estimate raw material required for part.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience for Diploma in Mechanical.

2. Minimum 8 years’ experience for Technical/Industrial High School.

3. Reading, writing, speaking English is a must.

4. Able to read, write and understand machining drawings and job instruction by Supervisor.

5. The knowledge and experience required is that gained through previous experience for manufacturing the jobs following various machining operations as per drawing by shortest route and use of measuring instruments and gauges in general purpose tool room or machine shop for heavy industry with exposure preferably in mechanical environment.
