Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPC oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. HRD Supervisor

Minimum Requirement:
• Male/Female, with max. Age 35 years old
• Min. S1 Management/Human Resources/Psychology/Law
• Min. 5 years experience in HR Generalist
• Able to work independently or team and can work under pressure
• Good leadership, communication and high interpersonal skill
• Able to develop, manage, coordinate and administer multiple of human resources programs & activities and office administration
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

2. Procurement Assistant Manager

Minimum Requirement: 
• Max. Age 35 years old
• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree, Engineering (Electrical/electronic), Engineering (industrial), Engineering (mechanical) or Equivalent. 
• At least 5 years of working experience in pusrchasing/ procurement area
• Must fluent in English both spoken and written
• Good in negotiation skill and communication skill

3. Senior Project Control

Minimum Requirement: 
• Max. Age 35 years old
• Candidate must process at least a Bachelors Degree, Engineering (civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or Equivalent. 
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in EPC Project
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office, Project Software) 
• Have ability to manage the project, cost control, and time management
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skill
• Must fluent in English both spoken and written

4. Senior Planner

Minimum Requirement: 
• S1 Degree, from industrial Engineering/Management/Planning Major
• Max. 35 years old
• Have experience as a leader or supervisor min. 5 years
• Strong customer care, high sense of operation excellence, ability to manage change, problem solving
• Willing to learn and work with timeline
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office, Auto Cad) 
• Fluent in English both spoken and written

5. GA Manager

Minimum Requirement: 
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree/Post Graduated Degree, Law, Bussiness Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalen
• Max. age 40 years old
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Very good communication, coordination, delegation, and strong personality. 
• Must fluent in English both spoken and written

6. Estimator Manager

Minimum Requirement: 
• Max. 40 years old
• Analyzing Information, Developing Budget, Vendor Relantionships, Repoting Skills, Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skill, Quality Focus. 
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree Constuction Management, Engineering, Technology prefereed (have experience technical training will be advantage) 
• Minimum 5-10 experience at the same position
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to manage project independetly
• Good leadership, communicative and good analytical
• Good Relantionship, Teamwork and hard worker
• Must fluent in English both spoken and written

7. Proposal Manager

Minimum Requirement: 
• Max. 40 years old
• Min. 10 experience at the same position, preferable having experience in oil & gas industry or EPCI Company
• Able to prepare proposal administration
• Able to prepare tender document requirement (Bind Bond, Performance Bond, Supporting Documents Administration, commercial and technical aspect) 
• Excellent analytical, skillful, highly initiative person, dynamic, good interpersonal skill
• Excellent in filling and Documentation
• Excellent Administration Skill
• Computer Literate is a must
• Good English for both conversation & correspondence is a must

8. Net Programmer

Minimum Requirement: 
• Male/Female with Max age 35 years old
• S1 Information Technology
• Have min. 2 years experience in the same position
• Having Knowledge Programming .Net , Crystal Report, SQL, OOP
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
