🔎Senior Offshore Safety Officer

The Job
Plans, co-ordinates and supervises the day-to-day activities of the Offshore Safety Officer.
Coordinate offshore safety program in accordance with Company/Industry standards.
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and procedures.
Quality assurance regarding all safety and environmental procedures and policies for the installation.
Proactively conduct audits for compliance with established procedures related to continuous improvement.
Coordinate all offshore emergency drills and exercises.
Coordinate all accident and incident investigations and monitoring of implementation of remedial actions.
Ensure consistency in application of safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Foster offshore awareness of safety and environmental impact on platform risk.
Coordinate industrial hygiene activities.
Planning, coordination and communication of related activities across the offshore team.
Plan and facilitate offshore HSE training.
Core member of offshore emergency command team.

The Requirement

Educational Qualifications
Degree in Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering, NEBOSH or equivalent.
Minimum 20 years related experience in the oil/petrochemical industry, preferably with FPSO Operations experience
Thorough knowledge of company loss management, environmental, health and safety procedures.
Relevant Experience
Experience in implementing an effective loss control program.
Thorough knowledge of installation layout with emphasis on environmental monitoring, safety, evacuation and life-saving equipment.
Proven planning and cost management awareness.
Experience with personnel training and competence assurance.
Thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as well as industry and regulatory codes relating to the function.

Proficient in English both written and oral.
Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).

🔎Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

The Job
To ensure calls are answered, screened and transferred correctly and promptly;
To ensure that the reception area and conference /meeting room are presentable at all time;
To receive all visitors and arrange for safety briefing before connecting with host;
To monitor of the meeting/conference rooms\' booking and liaise with the Tea Ladies for refreshment to be served, if required;
To sort out couriers/parcels/letters received at the front desk and to call the respective department secretaries for pick up;
To assist in administrative support works; typing letter & documents, faxing, photocopying, filing, updating of client list and collection of documents, etc;
To assist in managing the day to day administration of office functions when required such as payments (PO, invoice), tracking of stationaries, pantry, etc;
To assist in organizing Company event i.e. exhibition, CSR, internal corporate events.

The Requirement
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience.
Experience in handling calls, receiving guests, monitoring admin related services such as tracking inventory of pantry, stationaries, arranging for courier and postage.
Has related experience in other admin related matters such as administering parking, office maintenance, document controlling, etc.
Should have involvement in supporting events management; internal and external.
Strong interpersonal and good people skills of all levels are a must.

🔎Legal Counsel / Legal Executive
The Job
The job would require assisting and in certain situations, leading and managing in-house legal matters of the respective divisions within the Group.
Apart from the operational revenue driven legal services required to be provided, this position may also involve participation in the legal areas of capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and corporate exercises.

The Requirement
A recognised Degree in Law from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of post qualifying experience, all of which may be gained from legal practice or as an in-house counsel.
Familiarity with oil & gas industry would be advantageous but not mandatory.
Good commercial orientation and strong analytical, delivery, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.

🔎Planner cum Document Controller
The Job
Execute engineering investigations and design as need to support Operations facility for the computerized maintenance management system that set up on board and interconnection to shore base.
Organize Periodical equipment maintenance arranging as per CMMS requirement.
Arrange annual Flag & Class inspection preparation
Establish a warranty program for new equipment, to ensure warranty claims.
Ensure the CMMS system is run in good conditioning and updated all the time and the work is conducted in accordance with Company and relevant third party standards.
Process project documentation on a timely manner and ensure that project documents are processed as per approved Company and Project procedures.
Other tasks as directed by Technical Superintendent

The Requirement
Degree in Engineering – Mechanical or Marine Engineering is preferable.
Minimum of ten (10) years relevant Industrial experience, at least three of which should be Oil and Gas specific.
Understanding of computerized maintenance management system respect to the ship/ offshore facility operation maintenance system.
Fully fluent in both written and spoken English, able to make detailed and comprehensive reports.
Previous experience within the ship operation and/or FPSO operation, with a working knowledge of hydrocarbon operations, safety systems and permit to work procedures essential.
Technical skills with a broad range of equipment maintenance in the field of ship operation, crude oil & gas processing facility or gas/thermal power plant.
Ability to work with diverse groups of people ranging from technical staff, contractors and on site operational staff with an understanding of cross culture diversity.
