Project Coordinator Cum Admin Executive

The individual will be involved in planning,coordination and execution of administration activities involve in purchasing, accounting, assistant of CEO, and daily routine administrative tasks.

Job Scope:
- Skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Knowledge in basic account (salary calculation, GST, income tax, claim)
- Knowledge in basic HR (Recruitment, Staff movement, EPF, Socso)
- Knowledge in Registration, renewal and Updating Online System (Petronas, Shell, Goverment Portal, Online Banking)
- Knowledge in liaise with government and private sector for any matter related with company activities
- Knowledge in tender preparation

- Possess at least STPM, Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduation Diploma in Business admin or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in administration work especially in oil and gas field
- Own transport
- Good communication and writing in English & Malay
- Willing to work more than working hours
- Willing to travel
