Account Manager PIL

Position Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for : 
1. Achieving his/her own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and A/R in PIL/Private/IPP/LNG Segment 
2. Develop existing relations and create new relations with customers key people, especially with the decision makers 
3. Understand customers drivers for the industry and show creative thinking how this can contribute to our own business 
4. Identify, report and manage opportunities as well as potential risks detected in the assigned projects 
5. Understand the market trend, competitions, industry development, etc. and put into CRM as well. 
6. Collecting key customers feedback by planning, implement and make follow up action for CROL timely

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Skills:
1. Excellent selling skill 
2. Familiar with and comprehensive understanding of the Energy sector/generation, Engines and Service business 
3. Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills 
4. Pro-active person who can look beyond the horizon to see how certain concepts can be developed to support customer as well as Wartsila business.

Education:
Min. S1 Mechanical, Electrical and Marine background

Experience:
Min. 3 - 5 years with the same position

Service Engineer (Mechanical)

Position Description:

General Purpose of Job: 
- Perform repairs and overhauls on equipment families according to customer requirements as well as quality, health, safety and environmental and cost targets.

Main responsibilities: 
- Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan. 
- Perform overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops. 
- May interact with customers during the work execution. 
- May perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work. 
- Create the Service Work Reports. 
- Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS 
- Experience with diesel engine both marine and power plant application. 
- Service minded.

D3/S-1 (Mechanical)

Experience:
3-5 Year Experience

Service Engineer (Electrical)

Senior Service Engineer (Mechanical)

Position Description:

Warehouse Coordinator

Position Description:
Workshop Warehouse Coordinator

Accountabilities: 
1. On time delivery, right quantity, quality in all domestic delivery of parts, completed WS job components and service tools (FS & WS tools). 
2. Proper parts stock record (quantity), proper stock handling & zero discrepancy of stock. 
3. Proper warehouse and inventory management. 
4. Proper shipment management of parts & tools.

Education:
Bachelor degree or Diploma (Polytechnic)

Experience:
- Parts delivery (inbound - outbound process flow) 
- Warehouse and part inventory management 
- Forwarding and import/export process knowledge 
- Some years of warehouse management experience will be an added value

Workshop Engineer

Position Description:
1.Perform FS WS activities according to the work plan. 
2. Perform overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops. 
3. Ensure customer satisfaction with job performance & through positive interactions with customers 
4. Prepare workshop reports in accordance to Wartsila standards. 
5. Maintain current individual & subordinates time sheets & expense records to support the timely invoicing of jobs to customers. 
6. Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures. 
7. Willing to be assigned on site with minimum supervision 
8. Willing to perform multi tasking in WS 
9. Work within all Workshop activities and utilize necessary resources 
10. Follow all processes and process controls to accomplish workshop tasks

Desired Skills:
A. Perform or Lead Overhaul 4S components at WS : Cyl.Head, Liners, Injection Pumps,Injection Valve DF/TF, Injection Valve, SOGAV. 
B. Good understanding of Maintenance: 
-T/C ABB / Hispano / KBB / Napier is a plus 
-Governor Woodward is a plus 
C. 2S engine components overhauling is a plus 
D. Strong knowledge of diesel engines and tooling (Wartsila engines knowledge an added plus) 
E. Teamwork skills
