Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.

Sr Analyst Local Content Utilization
(Jakarta Base)

Responsibilities: 
• To perform local content verification of contractor commitment in the contract. 
• Report the local content achievement of each contract/PO. 
• Develop local content strategy for maximization of local content utilization.
• Monitor and verify the realization of local content achievement of each contract/PO to ensure SKK Migas/ESDM local content target achieved. 
• Involve in tender and contract process.

Requirements: 
• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline. 
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as local content assessor preferable for Oil and Gas Industry and at least 1 year in procurement department. 
• Professional in Supply Chain Management. 
• Good knowledge and skill in local content assessment, procurement process & related regulation for local content & procurement in Oil & Gas Industry. 
• Certified PTK 007. 
• Certified Local Content Assessor issued by recognized government institutions. 
• Having skill in Computer Literacy. 
• Good Communication, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Making. 
• Good Negotiation Skill, Patient in Dealing, Honest, Logic and Rational. 
• Good verbal and written English communication.

Project Administrator
(Jakarta Base)

Responsibilities: 
• Compiles, prepares, follows up, and manages all office administration and corresponding. activities that are necessary for the Project Department office daily activities. 
• To coordinate service assistance with third party vendors, suppliers and consultants.

Requirements: 
• Minimal Diploma III, majoring in Administration, Secretarial or Management. 
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience project administration of Oil & Gas Industry. 
• Has knowledge in filing and handling project documents, project administration etc. 
• Communicative, teamwork and good interpersonal skill. 
• Good verbal and written English communication.
