1. Senior Production Operator

Job Description:
• Monitoring and controlling crude oil and gas production operation in a safe and efficient manner to meet all applicable standard and procedures via PLC at MCR/CCR
• Monitoring day to day operation of Utility Equipments e.g. Generators, Instrument Air Compressors, Utility Air Compressor through MCR PLC mimic panels. 
• Keep monitoring for ensuring the product specification as set by Company and make necessary adjustment to production parameter and control as applicable. 
• Periodically take and record all required process parameter into the record sheet and keep file orderly. 
• Perform periodic production electronic reporting in a standard format and calculation, correct entry data and in a timely manner. 
• As per required by Company, acting for Supervisor Production. 
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement Senior Production Operator
• Diploma Engineering or High School Graduate or equivalent 
• At least 7 years experiences as Production Operator in Oil & Gas production and or well testing
• Has solid knowledge of oil and gas properties and production operation and well testing
• Has a good computer knowledge Microsoft Office
• Has experience and able to operate the PLC Control System

2. Production Operator

Job Description:
• Monitoring and controlling of crude oil and gas production operation in a safe and efficient manner to meet all applicable standard and procedures. 
• Keep monitoring for ensuring the product specification as set by Company and make necessary adjustment to production parameter and control as applicable. 
• Periodically take and record all required process parameter into the record sheet and keep file orderly. 
• Monitoring and controlling of Utility Equipments operation e.g. Generators, Instrument/Utility Air Compressors, Water Maker in a safe and efficient manner to meet all applicable standard and procedures. 
• Keep monitoring, take and record all required Utility Equipments parameter into the record sheet and keep file orderly. 
• Follow, develop and maintain all applicable EHS, ISO/OSHAS procedures and keep diligent file record keeping. 
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Recruitment Production Operator 
• Diploma Engineering or High School Graduate or equivalent
• At least 5 years experiences in oil and gas production and or well testing. 
• Has a solid knowledge of oil and gas properties and production operation and well testing. 
• Has a good computer knowledge Microsoft Office.

3. Senior Electrical/Instrumentation Technician

Job Description:
• Responsible for maintaining all instruments devices and all electrical equipment; process control system, all control valves, generators, gas turbine compressor, electric motors, breakers, air conditioning, switch board, etc to keep these equipments are readily available for operation. 
• Responsible for performing routine and periodic check and maintenance to all gas and fire detection system and panel to be function properly. 
• Responsible to keep all instrumentation and electrical system are in proper operation. 
• Perform daily surveillance on all instrumentation and and electrical equipment onboard to ensure all are working properly. 
• Perform corrective maintenance (CM) for all instrument devices and electrical equipment, and close all preventive and corrective maintenance job through CMMS. 
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement Electrical/Instrument Technician 
• Bachelor Instrumentation Engineering or Electrical Engineering/Sr Technical 
• Has a solid Technician Instrument and Electrical skills, knowledge, and abilities. 
• At least 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas as Electrician and Instrument Technician
• Have competencies: Process Control System and PLC/DCS. 
• Has a good knowledge of Electrical codes and standard. 
• Has a good computer knowledge Microsoft Office

4. Mechanic Technician

Job Description:
• Perform of maintaining or repairing all rotating equipment, gas compressor, gas turbine, boiler, diesel engines, pumps, all utilities equipment, valves, piping, etc. 
• Perform periodic maintenance to all mechanical and rotating equipment as per schedule and as per Work Instruction. 
• Perform daily surveillance on all mechanical equipment onboard to ensure all are working properly. 
• Follow and maintain all applicable ISO procedures and keep diligent file of record keeping. 
• Perform lifting activities
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement Mechanic Technician
• Diploma Mechanical Engineering/Sr Technical High School or equivalent
• Has a solid Mechanic skills, knowledge, and abilities. 
• At least 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas production as Mechanic. 
• Has a valid rigger and signalman certificate
• Has good knowledge of Mechanical codes and standards. 
• Has a good computer knowledge Microsoft Office

5. Production Technician

Job Description:
• Reporting to Production Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor, carries out operation and light maintenance program of the allocated offshore production facilities
• Perform of maintaining or repairing all production wellheads, production manifold, utility gas scrubber, diesel system, methanol inhibitor injection, closed & open drain system, AC/DC Power Source, Navigational Aids, Instrumentation panels, General alarm Panel, PLC Monitor, Wet Gas Metering, well Pressure Recorder, Chemichal Injection Pump, Pig launcher & Reciever, and Telecomunication aids
• Keep monitoring for ensuring the product specification as set by Company and make necessary adjustment to production parameter and control as applicable. 
• Carries out in daily well testing, reviewing, analyzing and reporting of well information into the record sheet and keep file orderly
• Carries out adjustment of plant operating controls to obtain efficient working and required product quality and throughput. 
• Periodically take and record required measurement and/or readings and completes related logs and records. Prepares prescribed production reports, up to date and upkeep of plant records
• Be responsible in doing General Maintenance jobs
• Inspect all equipment and facilities as per schedule and work plan for serviceability and safety, and reports any deficiencies and suspected malfunction. Works closely with other disciplines of Maintenance team to mitigate identified deficiencies. 
• Perform Lifting activities
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement Production Technician 
• Diploma Instrument or Mechanical Engineerin or Sr Technical High School or equivalent
• Has a valid Crane Operator Liesence (SIO) 
• Has a valid Rigger and Signalman Certificate 
• 7 years working experience in Oil and Gas production as Instrumentation, Mechanic or Production. 
• Has a good knowledge and exposure in the area of Instrumentation, Mechnical and Production. 
• Has a good computer knowledge Microsoft Office

6. General Helper

Job Description:
• Assist Maintenance, Production and Marine in doing their day to day activities. 
• Reporting to Production Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor, carries out operation and light maintenance program of the allocated offshore production facilities
• Perform chipping and painting of barge facilities and perform routine housekeeping deligently
• Perform lifting activities
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement General Helper
• Sr Technical High School or equivalent
• Has a valid Rigger and Signalman Certifcate 
• At least 2 years working experience in Oil and Gas operation 
• Has sufficient computer knowledge Microsoft Office

7. EHS Medic

Job Description:
• Adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Company Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) standards. 
• Manage and be responsible for all applicable EHS procedures ensuring compliance by all operations personnel onboard including contractor personnel and visitors. 
• Responsible for performing routine and periodic checks and maintenance to all safety equipment onboard to ensure they are readily available. 
• Responsible for maintaining all safety equipment certificates ensuring they remain valid. Develop a schedule for re-certification. 
• Perform daily safety surveillance of all operations onboard to ensure procedures are followed and safe practices are implemented. 
• Responsible to manage Medic activities including managing medic room. 
• Develop roster and schedule for inspection, drills and safety meetings in coordination with Supervisors. 
• In coordination with Company Safety Coordinator develop campaign to enhance the EHS compliances and retain daily, weekly and monthly safety performance records. 
• Responsible to manage and sustain ISO-14001
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement EHS Medic 
• A degree in Medic with at least 10 years experiences as Safety Medic in oil and gas production 
• Has good knowledge of Safety in oil and gas production operations and maintenance
• Have a solid knowledge in Medic and Health emergency response 
• Mastering English language oral and written. 
• Has proven leadership skills and good communication skill
• Has developed sufficient computer knowledge

8. Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
• Responsible for planning and implementing of all routine and corrective maintenance activities and ensuring safe and efficient work practice. 
• Provide technical advice on specific technical aspects pertinent to the maintenance of platform systems and equipment. 
• Ensure immediate corrective action is taken to maximise production availability within the constraint on safety and take whatever executive action is necessary to achieve this. 
• Supervise Maintenance Team in daily maintenance activities; perform daily computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) through the electronic recording/reporting in a standard format, correct entry of data and in a timely manner. 
• Coordinate closely with the Production Supervisor to carefully plan and interface all maintenance activities related to production equipment and essential services to ensure optimum timing and minimal impact on achieving daily production targets. 
• Provide Superintendent a Weekly Maintenance Report, Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance, Preventive Maintenance (PM) Effectiveness using CM/PM Ratio as a measure to determine key maintenance performance indicators, Reliability & Availability (R & A) Records of Critical Equipment on board and a Long Range Plan to maintain the reliability of critical equipment on board in compliance with > 97 % equipment reliability achievement. 
• Provide a direction and coach Planner to optimize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS-MP2 System). 
• Responsible for the implementation of Material Management and Inventory System using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS-MP2 System) to optimize maintenance cost. 
• To ensure all spares and stores are as per the sparing philosophy, keep sufficient equipment and consumable spare parts onboard to support the equipment maintenance purposes, has Max-Min targets and updates through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - MP2 System). 
• Liaise with Company Maintenance Engineer to determine and improve maintenance strategy to maintain reliability and minimise downtime of critical equipment on board and to implement maintenance program in compliance with Operation Department’s KPI Targets. 
• Liaise with Company Instrument/Electrical Engineer to improve the performance of critical Electrical/Instrument devices with reference to Company EHSMS 11.7 (Critical Protection System) and implement Critical Protection System Program in compliance with Operation Department’s KPI Targets. 
• Liaise with Company Asset Integrity Engineer to improve mechanical integrity of facilities with reference to Company EHSMS 11.5 (Mechanical Integrity) and implement Asset Integrity Program in compliance with Company Operation’s KPI Targets. 
• Manage and responsible for all main utilities, machineries, gas turbine, gas compressor and production equipment are maintained in proper operational order to support the continuity of production operations in a safe and efficient manner meet all standards and procedures. 
• Propose utilities modification or change through the “Change Management System” within applicable industry standards to enhance utilities efficiency and reduce resources. 
• Motivate and coach maintenance personnel to develop their ability to be more experienced in handling any critical support equipment and troubleshooting
• Regular review and maintain all applicable maintenance procedures and keep diligent file records. 
• Manage and responsible for Maintenance activity that conducted in accommodation and workshop to use JHA. Accommodation and Workshop areas are categorised as area that any works are not requiring work permit (Work Permit Procedure Rev.7.3 paragraph 3.5), therefore Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the persons before performing maintenance or servicing any equipment in the accommodation or workshop should report and preparing JHA so that the task can be carried out in safely manner. 
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement Maintenance Supervisor 
• A minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Instrument Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years experiences in oil and gas production as Maintenance Supervisor or well testing equipment with supervision background. 
• Has a good knowledge on area of Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical. 
• Has a good knowledge on rotating equipment: Gas Turbine Compressor, Gas Engine Generator, etc. 
• Understand Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) 
• Has a good computer knowledge Microsoft Office
• Mastering English language oral and written
• Has proven leadership skills
• Has Ability to lead a team
• Has good communication skill with superiors, peers and subordinates

9. Marine Supervisor

Job Description:
• Responsible to manage Marine Fleet and operations of all vessels activities at offshore operations and perform of vessel performance test
• Responsible to prepare technical specifications of vessel criteria and requirements and to review and assess of contracts document of all vessels, 
• Responsible for Marine Safety which include Support Vessel, Utility of Production Barge, Cargo Management of SG, Ballasting, Marine safety equipment
• Responsible to review and assess or prepare marine operating procedures
• Responsible to liaise with respective contractors for vessel maintenance and other required technical coordination
• Responsible to control the purchasing and delivery of fuel and other operations consumable items are in good condition and in timely manner, 
• Responsible for managing and reporting of the utilisation, distribution and stock balance of fuel, fresh water and other consumable items for vessel activity at offshore operations including at the shore-bases and evaluating vessel report daily 
• Manage Safety Operations of Floating Strorage Oil (FSO) 
• Lead Off-take of Crude Oil Transfer Operations
• Supervise primary & secondary tug boats movement during off-take operation
• Monitor daily Ullage activity and provide daily reporting of FSO 
• Responsible to control the tools and equipment for fuel and water bunkering and transferring are appropriate use in the operations and comply with the standard and procedures
• Provide assistance for Sub Sea activities which include to Pipeline, Well Head Platform and Spurline inspection
• Responsible to handle Vessel & Marine Documentation
• As per required by Company, perform other responsibilities

General Requirement Marine Supervisor 
• A minimum Diploma in Shipping or Merchant Marine Sciences 
• At least 10 years experiences in oil and gas production as Marine Supervisor or Supervisory Level, with minimum 5 years experience as a Master or Chief Officer or Chief Mechanic in marine vessel operations
• Has a solid knowledge on vessel and barge operations and management 
• Has a good computer knowledge Microsoft Office
• Has a solid experience to handle offtake operations
• Mastering English language oral and written
• Has a good leadership and reporting.

10. Operation Superintendent

Job Description:
• Responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of Offshore activities, including production facilities FPSO, Wellhead Paltfornm, FSO and Marine Operations to ensure safe operations, high reliability of facilities and to comply with EHS standard, government regulations and other relevant regulations ; 
• To manage routine field activities such as well integrity, workovers, down hole data gathering and subsea inspection and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) with all relevant partners to minimize interruptions and ensure that the activities are done timely and safely; 
• To lead and responsible for non routine activities such as shutdown project, wireline activities, field construction as as well as act as Project Leader in order to achieve the project target running within budget allocation, timeframe and conducted in safely manner. 
• To establish, implement and update all operation and site procedures, work instructions related to Safety matters
• Act as On Scene Commander during emergency situation in order to normalize and control the situation back to normal promptly with no or minimum impact to personnel and asset on FPSO and FSO; 
• To prepare annual field operating and maintenance cost and budget in order to get budget allocation for maintaining good reliability of the facilities, including managing cost and budget spending 
• To conduct regular EHS audit, Work place inspection, PTW Inspection, ISO 14001 internal audit, etc
• To identify, assess and respond to all limitations of technical facility integrity of platform areas to comply with government requirement; 
• To develop and coach direct report: Production, Maintenance, Marine, Safety Medic Officer and Planner in order to established a strong and full competent person for their role and career development.; 
• Responsible for commissioning, operation and maintenance readiness of new assets in order to ensure that the activities are conducted in safely manner. 
• To prepare of daily, weekly and monthly activities and Oil and Gas production reports in order to provide update information to Operations department and Buyer; including managing crude offtake operational and billing statement;

General Requirement Operation Superintendent
• S1 Engineering or Technical with having at least 15 years experience in Oil and Gas industry with a solid experience leading a team. 
• Experience in Handling Emergency Management Response 
• Environment management System Training. 
• Experience in handling budget, operation and maintenance
• Sound practical experience and extensive knowledge in oil and gas field operations and maintenance principles. 
• Have strong knowledge in Maintenance area 
• Project commissioning and development of operating procedures. 
• Preferred experience as an OIM or production/operation Superintendent
• Or a demonstrated long term role as a field superintendent/supervisor responsible for HSE management, production performance and management of contractors in upstream oil and gas operations.
