We are reputable Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Company especially for Oil and Gas industry is seeking high caliber candidates to fill vacancies for the following positions:

Community Facilitator

Qualification:
• Having working experience as facilitator of multi stakeholder engagement and or community organizing, minimally for 10 years with at least 3 years working in village level and 2 years working in district level. 
• Having good capacity of theories and practices of: Business Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Multi Stakeholder Engagement , Risk Management, Security Enforcement , Post-conflict development, Local Economic Development ( LED),Community Development and Business Intelligence. 
• Understand Culture and value in Aceh, Specially in Aceh timur, Langsa and Aceh utara 
• A minimally 35 years old and Bachelor Degree (Sarjana S-1), preferable from social science background. 
• Fluent in: English and Bahasa Indonesia, speaking & writing
• Willing to be placed day-to-day in villages within The Oil & Gas Companys areas Aceh
• Highly skilled in operating IT Instrument: Microsoft Offices and basic internet skills. 
• Having recommendation from trustable 3 individuals as referrer
• Good skill in writing reports (in Bahasa Indonesia and English)

General Qualification :
• Having specific capacity in these issues : grievance redress mechanism, stakeholder engagement and monitoring & evaluation. 
• Having working experience as facilitator in post-conflict areas. 

• Worked with national and international institutions related with social & environmental project. 
• Having very good understanding about issues: Security, resiliencies ,sustainable development and human rights. 
• Having Strong and good network with local external stakeholder of The Oil & Gas Company
• Fluent in Local language of Aceh Timur.

Public Affair

Qualification:
• Having working experience as PA ( Public Affair) of multi stakeholders engagement and or community organizing,minimally for 5 years with at least 3 years working in village level and 2 years working in district level. 
• Having good capacity of theories and practices of: Business Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Multi Stakeholder Engagement , Risk Management, Security Enforcement , Post-conflict development, Local Economic Development ( LED),Community Development and Business Intelligence. 
• Understand Culture and value in Aceh, Specially in Aceh timur, Langsa and Aceh utara
