Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.

SUPERINTENDENT WELL HEAD PLATFORM

Responsibilities:
• Prepare future production in Well Head Platform
• Support development of the fields from a productions perspective
• Ensure the alignment between field development and production processes
• Responsible for operation and maintenance activity of WHP during operations stage and ensure HSE-MS implementation
• Assist BD OIM to perform good communication & coordination with FPSO and GMS

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Engineering, or other related Engineering disciplines.
• 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• 5 years Experience in Offshore Production Operation & Maintenance or Gas Processing Plant.
• Preferrable with Electrical Background.
• Proficient knowledge in managerial and communication skill.
• Has supervisory experience (lead subordinates)
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Job holder may be requires to travel to sites.

HEAD OF HSE

Responsibilities:
• Ensure project execution compliance with company QA/QC and HSE policy and regulations / standards, related international standards and practice.
• Prepares an overview of what the project specific Safety Case will be end subsequently ensures that both contractors are working towards and developing such a Project Safety Case into a Design Safety Case, a Construction Safety Case and Operations safety case, and in so doing, are respecting and achieving the aspirational goals of the original Project Safety Case with regards to safety.
• Prepare the loss control engineering scope of work, review and agree this scope with project management.
• Providing safety engineering input to the project design.
• Responsible for review and approval contractor submitted QA/QC, HSE related procedures and specifications.
• Responsible for review and approval contractor submitted documents.
• Responsible for review and approval of vendor drawings related to QA/QC and safety engineering requirements.
• Responsible for review and agreeing all formal safety assessment studies.
• Ensuring the work has: inherent safety design, adequate QRA & Formal Safety Assessment studies, adequate ALARP principles meet all code, standards and regulatory requirements and achieves good practice.
• Organize and attend QA/QC and HSE related workshop during project execution.
• Coordinate with local government authorities regarding QA/QC and HSE work.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related background.
• Minimum 10 years experience in handling project development function in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Has performed in the role of in-charge person of an offshore Oil and Gas production platform, or subsea pipeline, of FPSO/FPU will be an advantage.
• Technical Oil and Gas knowledge.
• Has held a supervisory/structural role.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

SUPERVISOR FPU CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities:
To lead project construction activities related to the FPU’s connection between facilities and/or to buyer to ensure the activities run safe and in accordance with set planning.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or another related engineering background.
• 10 years of experience in relevant field, particularly FPU project and construction management in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Has knowledge in Oil and Gas FPU construction.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative, ability to work under pressure; smart/hard worker; sense of responsibility and HSE concern.
• Has held a supervisory/structural role.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:
• Compiles, prepares, follows up, and manages all office administration and corresponding. activities that are necessary for the Project Department office daily activities.
• To coordinate service assistance with third party vendors, suppliers and consultants.

Requirements:
• Minimal Diploma III, majoring in Administration, Secretarial or Management.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience project administration of Oil & Gas Industry.
• Has knowledge in filing and handling project documents, project administration etc.
• Communicative, teamwork and good interpersonal skill.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

HEAD OF FACILITIES

Responsibilities:
Coordinates and controls activities of technical team which include offshore and onshore facilities in assisting the Project Manager in making accurate judgment and decision to ensure facilities completed in safe, environmental friendly, high quality manner, and within budget and schedule.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Chemical/Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in technical and construction management in project in oil & gas industry.
• Possesses experience in engineering and field operations which also include project management, facilities training and engineering practices.
• Experience in gas field is preferable.
• Experience in MOPU or FPSO processing facility is preferable.
• Has a good knowledge in management and communication
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
