To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:
CRANE TRUCK DRIVER (PRO 1603012)
This position will be based at Martabe site working on schedule 4 weeks on; 2 weeks off and reports directly to the Material Handling Supervisor.
The role of Crane Truck Driver is responsible for driving the crane truck which will be used for
• Carrying materials around plant site
• Using the crane truck for small lifting tasks.
• Carting materials form the lowlands to the process plant.
• General helping hand in process plant when not busy
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience :
1. Valid Truck Licence
2. Have Minerba SIO Crane
3. Knowledge of driving trucks
4. Knowledge of cranes or lifting gear
5. Be able to do manual work
6. Be able to work long hours (12 hours)
7. Be flexible with work days (may need occasional weekend work, rare)
