Construction Manager (Block A - Project)

JOB PURPOSE
Manage, coordinate and monitor the EPC Construction execution onshore gas production plant, flow lines and pipelines (two major lump sum contracts i.e EPC 1 and EPC 2) and other site related construction work directly managed by Company, to be done in accordance with Company project specifications/contract documents safely, cost effectively, and within schedule.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
1. Safe and efficient onshore construction and also to meet Project goals and overall Objectives. 
2. Manage; coordinate the EPC execution involving during detail engineering phase through construction and commissioning/start-up phases in order to ensure adequate flow of information and materials to the field to meet established schedule, cost and productivity objectives. 
3. Implement good construction methods, safety system and quality system to timely completion of work managing all construction resources as a part of PMT team and work closely with all EPC contractors. 
4. Support engineering works related to construction matters and procurement works related to materials/package fabrication inspections and shall actively involve in the constructability reviews with EPC contractors.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Formal Education Level: Bachelor of Engineering preferably with Mechanical engineering discipline.

Working Experience:
• Overall 15 Years of experience in Oil and Gas industries, 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Processing plant in particular should have one project with sour/acid gas processing facilities experience as Project Construction Manager. 
• In-depth knowledge of Project Completion standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria. 
• Familiar with industry practices, processes, and expectations with respect to Mechanical Completion, Preservation, Commissioning and onshore Operations management planning. 
• Previous successful leadership role during Mechanical Completion including Commissioning, and Operations planning. 
• Transition to steady-state operations experience is preferable. 
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Project execution, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning amp; Completion practices. 
• Good leadership command over Contractor at site and act as Company Site Rep

Commissioning Manager (Block A - Project)

JOB PURPOSE
Manage, coordinate and monitor the EPC start up, testing and Commissioning execution onshore gas production plant, flow lines and pipelines (two major lump sum contracts i.e EPC 1 and EPC 2) to be done in accordance with Company project specifications/Contract documents safely, cost effectively, and within schedule.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
1. Safe and efficient onshore start up and commissioning and also to meet Project goals and overall Objectives. 
2. Manage and coordinate the EPC execution involving during detail engineering phase through construction and commissioning/ start-up phases in order to ensure adequate flow of information and materials to the field to meet established schedule, cost and productivity objectives. 
3. Implement good commissioning & start up methods, Safety system and quality system to timely completion of work managing all commissioning resources as a part of Client PMT team and work closely with all EPC contractors. 
4. Support engineering works related to commissioning and start up matters and shall actively involve in the system completion reviews with EPC contractors. 
5. Approve commissioning software proposed by Contractors

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Formal Education Level: Bachelor of Engineering preferably with Chemical or Mechanical engineering discipline.

Working Experience:
• Overall 15 Years of experience in Oil and Gas industries, 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Processing plant in particular should have one project with sour/acid gas processing facilities experience as Project start up and Commissioning Manager.

• Transition to steady-state operations experience. 
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Project execution, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning; Completion practices.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager (Block A – Project)

JOB PURPOSE
Manage, coordinate and monitor and control quality of work in the two major EPC lumpsum contracts and also some work directly managed by Company construction team like Offsite works (site preparation and administrative building and some brown field work) are to be done in accordance with Company project specifications/Contract documents safely, cost effectively, and within schedule. The Project QA/QC Manager shall be the designated management representative for Quality of the Work and shall have independence, authority and responsibility to assure satisfactory implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance/Control.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
1. Safe and efficient implementation of Quality Assurance/Control methods and also to meet Project goals and overall Objectives. 
2. Manage Quality Assurance/Control; coordinate the EPC execution involving during detail engineering phase through Construction and commissioning/ start-up phases in order to ensure adequate flow of information and materials to the field to meet established schedule, cost and productivity objectives. 
3. Implement good Quality Assurance/Control methods/system and Safety system to timely completion of work managing all Quality Assurance/Control resources as part of PMT team and work closely with all EPC contractors. 
4. Support detailed engineering works related to Quality Assurance/Control matters and procurement works related to materials/ package fabrication inspections and shall actively involve in the Quality Audits for EPC main and major subcontractors. 
5. Approve all QA/QC related deliverables in EPC 1 , 2 contracts and site managed civil works including ITP, PMI, Criticality rating for major equipment and third party inspection and expediting team contracts

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Formal Education Level: Bachelor of Engineering preferably with Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering discipline.

Working Experience:
• Overall 15 Years of experience in Oil and Gas industries and 8 years in upstream Oil and Gas Processing plant in particular and at least he should have one project with sour gas /Acid gas processing facilities experience as Project QA/QC Manager. 
• In-depth knowledge of codes and standards (i.e NACE.API, ASME etc ) related with Quality Assurance/Control keeping utmost safety criteria. 
• Familiar with industry practices, processes, and expectations in all phases of EPC contracts (processing plant and pipelines) 
• Previous successful leadership role in Quality Assurance/Control position in major EPC lump sum project (sour and acid gas processing plant) and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of project execution, engineering, construction, commissioning amp & Completion practices
