• Legal drafting, Analyze and review contract / agreement 
• Handling legal documents related to company’s business, and legal matters 
• Providing advice on company legalities requirement 
• Handling HR & Legal matters 
• Work with HR Supervisor to create a high performance company culture 
• Other duties appointed by HR Supervisor

Desired skills and background: 
• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university, preferably having major in Law or HR Management 
• Male/female, maximum 30 years old 
• Preferably 2 year experience in HR department 
• Able to priorities task at hand 
• Knowledge in Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, Employment Act, and labor law 
• Demonstrable experiences in legal drafting, able to analyze and review contract / agreement , all legal documents related to company’s business, and legal matters 
• Previous experience in Administration and Legal Process 
• Experiences in handling HR & Legal cases 
• Must be Computer literate 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Able to work in a team environment, honest and able to self-motivate 
• Fluent in English, both oral & written

Code: HSE

• Initiating and Handling Occupational Health and Safety Program 
• Review OHS program and provide input to the Executive Director 
• Enforcing OHS procedure and regulation 
• Conducting work place safety and security induction 
• Conducting regular OHS briefing and awareness program to all staff 
• Responsible for the success of OHSAS 18001 program 
• Responsible for the success of ISO 14001 program 
• Assisting Marketing department in regards to the OHS matters 
• Incident investigation, analysis & reporting 
• Other Duties appointed by Executive Director

Desired skills and background: 
• S1 Graduated from reputable university, preferable majoring in Health and Safety Engineering (K3) 
• Male/female, maximum 30 years old 
• Preferably 2 year experience in OHS department 
• Have Experience and knowledge in SMK3 and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) 
• Well versed in Safety and Environmental regulation 
• Knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process 
• Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes 
• Good personality, excellent communicator, proactive, and team player 
• Fluent in English, both oral & written

Code: R&DS

• Providing support to Research & Development Department 
• Providing test report to the R&D Manager 
• Other duties appointed by R&D Manager

Desired skills and background: 
• SMK Machine graduate 
• Male/Female (Preferably Male), maximum 30 years old 
• Minimum 1 year experienced in similar position 
• Understanding of different materials and testing procedure 
• Familiar with International Standard of testing and preferably ASTM International Standard 
• Proactive, team player, and hard worker
