SECRETARY to DIRECTOR (SOD-SEM01) 
(Jakarta)

Requirement :
1. Female, Indonesian
2. Max. 35 years old (2015) 
3. Minimum D3 / S1 from Secretary/Business Administration, GPA. Min. 3.0 (Scale 4) 
4. Minimum experience 2-5 years as a secretary
5. Fluent in English both oral and written, Mandarin (a value-added) 
6. Good attitude, honest, integrity, good interpersonal skill, tenacious, confident, good personality
7. Fast learner and have good conceptual & analytical thinking, and hard worker.

Responsibilities :
1. Handling administration document, organize and carry out administrative activities include storage, recording, distribution, receipt, storage, security and confidentiality of documents according to administrative guidelines and guidelines for archival. 
2. Coordination implement administrative activities related to the smooth function of administrative tasks. 
3. Receive, reply, and communicate information needs of external and internal parties associated. Prepare for the meeting/conference including ensuring the completeness of meeting, conference, and the presence of an invitation.

FINANCE SUPERVISOR (FIN-SPV) 
(Jakarta)

Requirements :
1. Female maximum age 35 years only
2. Bachelor degree majoring in accounting or financial management from reputable university
3. Having experience as same position min 2 years
4. Having experience in bank facilities (invoice financing, revolving loan, short and long term loan, Letter of credit etc) 
5. Having experience in banking transaction (Check, Giro, RTGS, transfer, overbooked, internet banking, etc) 
6. Having experience in trading, shipping and mining company will be advantage
7. Excellent skill in MS Office application and accounting application. 
8. Able to work under pressure, detailed oriented, good analytical skill and good communication

Responsibilities :
1. Supervise and monitor daily accounting report
2. Prepare budget and payment planning
3. Handling daily transaction as like Account Receivable, Account Payable, and Tax
4. Monitor and supervise petty cash, bank, loan, lease and maintain banking facilities. 
5. Prepare daily cash flow report, budget and projection report etc. 
6. Supervise to data verification and prepare daily cash flow report, etc. 
7. Supervise to reconcile Bank account
8. Analyze and create financial report

INSURANCE STAFF (INSRC-STAFF) 
(Jakarta)

Requirements :
1. Female, max 30 years old
2. Minimal bachelor degree, preferably from same experience
3. Has experience minimal 2 years experience from same industry
4. Responsible for claim & insurance process, such as for heavy equipment
5. Good attitude & interpersonal skill
6. Preferably from shipping, mining or trading industry and good knowledge in industrial buying

Responsibilities :
1. Handle insurance for heavy equipment of mining
2. Filling and admin document insurance document

PORT ENGINEER (PORT-ENG) 
(Shipping/Banjarmasin)

Responsibilities
- Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet to minimize loss of revenue and cost of repairs. Reviews repair request and compares request with previous work accomplished on ship concerned and similar vessels to determine that expenditures are economically sound. 
- Prepares recommendations for work and initiates procurement of materials. 
- Inspect machinery, equipment or spaces outlined in work request, draws up job specifications, and obtains bids from contractors or shipyards to perform repairs. 
- Maintains contact with contractors or shipyards to perform repairs. 
- Investigates machinery casualties to determine cause and advises ship’s officers in operation to prevent recurrence of casualty or maloperation. 
- Maintains records of engineering cost for each vessel, such as repairs, supplies and personnel. 
- Cooperates with regulatory bodies to ensure that requirements for alterations, repair, or modifications are kept at minimum cost consistent with safety. 
- May represent ferry system interest in ferry and terminal construction and maintenance activities and in union contract negotiations.

Requirements
- Male, maximum age 45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Naval Engineering/Marine Engineering or related studies
- Preferable have experiences as same position (Port Engineering) in Shipping minimum 5 years
- Having compliance certificate (BST, PSCRB, AFF and MEFA) 
- Good Command in English both oral and written
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skill & able to work Underpressure

TECHNICAL MANAGER (TECH-MGR) 
(Shipping/Head Office-Jakarta)

Responsibilities
• Develop maintenance planning and scheduling with related departments
• Prepare and monitor needs of parts needed for weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance
• Monitor accomplishment of maintenance activities (monthly) 
• Repair ship and do the maintenance
• Prepare and report ship docking and attend docking
• Monitor, evaluate and solve problem related with ship
• Monitor class certification and flag
• Apply all HSE principle in work
• Lead and coach subordinate regarding job function

Requirements
• Male, maximum age 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Naval Engineering/Marine Engineering or related studies and hold min ANT III
• Preferable have experiences as same position (Technical Manager) in Shipping minimum 5 years
• Having compliance certificate (BST, PSCRB, AFF and MEFA) 
• Having good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities
• Good Command in English both oral and written
• Having good knowledge of marine contract administration and insurance claim
• Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel) 
• Have good attitude, honest and integrity
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations

PROJECT MANAGER (PROJT-MGR) 
(Shipping/Head Office/Dadap)

Responsibilities
• Responsible to all over ship activity problem
• Create annual report
• Monitor regional operators, contractors, operational, and creawing regulation
• Make recommendation of training & development to subordinate in order to encance their performance & skill
• Develop system and regulation regard on continous business in shipping

Requirements
• Male, maximum age 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Naval Engineering/Marine Engineering or Maritim Studies
• Has experience at least 5 years as PM and management level
• Preferably from shipping company
• Has experience in shipping operation system
• Able to operate computer program (Ms. Office) 
• Has knowledge of regional operators, contractors, operational and crewing regulation
• Has knowledge of operation/tug and barge safety
• Has good attitude, honest & integrity
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations

WELDER (WELDER-SHP)

Requirement :
1. Pria, Usia maksimal 30 Tahun
2. Pendidikan Minimal SMA/STM/SMK
3. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 Tahun sebagai Welder
4. Memiliki sertifikat pengelasan merupakan nilai tambah

2. Pendidikan Minimal D3/S1-Teknik Mesin
3. Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 Tahun sebagai Mekanik
4. Mampu membuat laporan kerja (keahlian di bidang komputer) 
4. Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan
5. Siap ditempatkan di areal kerja (Banjarmasin-KALSEL)

Responsibilities :
1. Mengerti tentang permesinan kapal (Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Cumming, dsb) 
2. Mampu melakukan perbaikan secara mandiri
3. Mampu melakukan overhaul mesin Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Cumming, dsb
4. Mengerti dan menguasai mengenai Gearbox (twindisc, reintjes, dsb) 
5. Melakukan monitor dan perawatan semua mesin serta gearbox
