Area Operation Manager
(Code: AOM)

Function: 
Responsible for leading and guiding all terminal superintendents, HSSE supervisors and all other employees in the terminals in safe, efficient, reliable and incident-free operations. Maintain control of the principle operational parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in ensuring that all standard company process and procedures are strictly followed by every employee in the terminal. 
2. Accountable in the performance of each terminal in maintaining the quality and quantity of products inside the terminal; Operating and Receiving gains/losses are within acceptable limits; resolves issues on product quality and gains/losses. 
3. Responsible/monitors that the terminals operate within the approved Capex and Opex Budget; continuously drive for cost reduction and improving the level of service; coordinates with Engineering in monitoring and completion of Capex and major Opex projects; that projects are delivered on specs and on-time; recommends improvements in the terminal. 
4. Responsible/ensures that requirements and policies regarding HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) are in-place and strictly followed; ensures continuous education and improvement of HSSE performance in each terminal; monitors the development of programs and schedule seminars/training/exercise to all employees in the terminal. 
5. Ensures that the terminal meets or exceeds the expectations of all customers; fast and accurate order taking, on-time delivery with the right quantity and on-spec product. 
6. Conduct walkabout in the terminal with Terminal Superintendent, HSSE Supervisors and terminal operations to identify what needs improvement and best practice in-place; recommend actions for items that need improvements and disseminate best practice to other terminals. 
7. Take account of regulatory documentation required by local law and be the main point of contact with the local ministries: 
-Assurance of Vehicles policy compliance including vehicle repairs, purchases and sales. 
-Approval of equipment and services purchases. 
- Answer Ministry claims and requests. 
-Assure Ministry export permits for the company supplier.

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience as a Manager in a major Liquid Petroleum Terminal
2. Managing terminal engineering projects would be an advantage. 
3. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree. 
4. Post graduate degree in strategic, operational management or business administration is preferred. 
5. 8-10 years of experience related to similar operations, including up to 6-7 years in a leadership role managing or supervising personnel.

Customer Service Representative
(Code: CSR)

Function: 
Responsible for handling the front-end customer interface, managing customer calls or e-mails professionally and efficiently. Responsible for creating Offers and Orders within Navision and for adequately handling customer inquiries. Handles all back-end support activities related to invoicing, credit notes and debit notes, ensuring proper approval has been received prior to executing such transactions.

Safety Officer
(Code: SO)

Function: 
Responsible for the safer operation of the plant, responding to fires and emergencies according to Company policies. Carries out a series of both routine and random checks to ensure the adequacy of systems and equipment provided. Carries out fire training for plant personnel and supervises the first line firefighting crew. Reviews safety by carrying out safety audits on a regular basis. Follows up on all fire and safety incidents and recommends the ordering of newly identified equipment for fire and safety to meet the changing demands of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Acts as a fire crew leader, undertaking rescues, spills, fires and other emergencies in an efficient manner as laid down in established procedures 
2. Participates with crew in all emergency drills and ensures proper coordinated action as practiced in these drills to meet with real emergency situations
3. Practices the use of first aid equipment, breathing apparatus, foam and utilizes fixed fire suppressing system. 
4. Maintains and tests fire protection equipment following established services schedules and meeting all performance standards for equipment. Verifies equipment is in current working order after servicing. Directs fire crew in performing servicing. 
5. Tests or checks all fixed equipment on a regular basis according to established schedules such as static fire equipment, sprinklers, halos and powder extinguishers. Carries out daily checks on deluge sprinkler and detection system and on the foam tender. 
6. Carries out regular inspections of all air bottles and breathing equipment and personnel protection equipment. Ensures all fire crew equipment and static equipment used is replenished after fire or emergency. 
7. Ensures that there is an adequate provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting to the relevant authorities. 
8. Maintains a record of incident reports and if warranted has them analyzed by Safety Committee. 
9. Develops and implements a suitable and relevant health and safety policy. 
10. Assesses risks to health and safety, and implements measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments. 
11. Liaises as necessary with other organizations and relevant authorities, and assists in conducting audit and remedial actions. 
12. Makes sure that the workplace satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements for ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facilities.

3. Safety standards knowledge Familiar with ERP System

Senior Project Engineer
(Code: SPE)

Function: 
Responsible for Coordinating the development projects in East Indonesia, working with the local construction team and the country construction manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the design of various construction projects, coordinate desktop studies for onshore terminals and jetty / port greenfield and brownfield developments. Review the design prepared by contractors/consultants. 
2. Review proposals; Proposals Adjudication, keeping track of project finance and costing , highlight deviations in close teamwork with the local and regional engineering teams 
3. Day to day supervision of construction and commissioning , to ensure the site is controlled and managed as efficiently and effectively as possible, both on onshore tank farm projects and jetty constructions 
4. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. 
5. Work closely with the contractors and project management teams to ensure that projects are executed on schedule 
6. Ensure compliance to local and international codes, standards, regulation and practices applicable to the design and construction (e.g. API, ASME, ANSI, AGA, ISA, etc) including HSE and environmental compliance
7. Assist the local team during the permitting process and liaise with consultants and authorities

Requirements:
1. A degree in Engineering from a recognized institution – mechanical engineering degree is preferred

4. Experience in storage terminals erection and jetty construction works 
5. Cost estimation experience
6. Experience in using AutoCAD

Site Superintendent
(Code: SS)

Function: 
Responsible for managing the operation at the assigned Puma Energy terminal. Comply with the operations business plan and schedule. 100% commitment with the SAPS industrial safety program.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Commercial Management daily delivery of fuel, by means of the ordering program, one day in advance, so that deliveries are scheduled. 
2. Review and send to the General Management, Operations Management and Commercial Management daily inventory control, by means of the movement reports. 
3. Authorize the purchase of tools, materials and equipment by means of quotes and purchase orders, following regional procedures, and in order to keep the Terminal in good working conditions. 
4. Prepare and review reports concerning the state of condition of the Terminal, based on inspection reports of the Operators delivered by the Shift Supervisor; authorize maintenance or repair programs prepared by the Supervisor. 
5. Liaison between management and operations by means of reports; maintain good communication flow to ensure all parties involved are fully aware of daily activities and results. 
6. Authorize fire simulation and /or fuel spillage programs, in coordination with assistance bodies, to prepare the staff to act in case of accidents. 
7. Coordinate with Operations Management all programs for receiving tankers, including inventory control and consumption projections. 
8. Coordinate the adequate rotation of the inventory in the tanks of the Terminal. 
9. Prepare and execute procedures for the discharge from tankers
10. Prepare the monthly safety and security report. 
11. Prepare the monthly safety committee meeting.

3. Sound knowledge of Marine tanker operations, Loading Master and other terminal operations
4. Sound knowledge of engineering and technical details of the terminal facilities
5. Fluent in English. 
6. Based in South Sumatra
