PT Ocean Metal Indo is a national private company with the main business of coal mining in Indonesia, currently needs some dynamic – creative professional human resources, with a good track record, to join and grow with us for below position and qualifications:

1. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (Job Code: KTT)

Qualifications :
a. Male, 37 - 47 years old. 
b. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills. 
c. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. 
d. Minimum 10 years experiences in the mining operations & 5 years in the same position. 
e. Hold a POP, POM & POU Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate. 
f. Hold a K3 Umum Certificate
g. Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis. 
h. Good knowledge in coal geology & quality
i. Good knowledge in integrated drainage system, mine infrastructure and stockpile management
j. Good knowledge in mining regulations and reporting
k. Good in leadership and communication, with interpersonal and organizational skills. 
l. Strong commitment to site safety. 
m. Strong leadership is a must. 
n. Willing to be located at our Job Site.

Responsibilites :
a. Lead job site and synergy with all employees, contractors, Distamben and social job site environment. 
b. Monitoring & reporting all mining operation, such as production, safety, environment, 
c. Coordinate with head office all procurement, financial and human resources operations. 
d. Create RKAB & RKTTL
e. Coordination with government, Distamben, BLH, etc
f. Good collaboration with stakeholders at job site.

2. SENIOR MINE ENGINEER (Job Code: SME)

Qualifications:
a. Male, 30 – 38 years old
b. Bachelor / Master degree in Geology / Mining Engineering, or related discipline
c. Minimum 5 years experiences in coal mining exploration
d. Hold a POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate
e. Experience in mapping & sample technical program
f. Good communication and technical reporting in English
g. Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc. 
h. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
i. Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis
j. Good communication, leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills
k. Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site

Responsibilities:
a. Will preparing all the data for engineering cost control 
b. Manage Short term and long term operation plans
c. Made design pit and waste dump

3. SUPPLY CHAIN (Job Code: SC)

Qualifications:
a. Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining, Geology Shipping. 
b. Minimum 5 years experiences in coal logistic
c. Strong network contacts & relations
d. Detersive source information
e. Strong computer skills
f. Willing to be located in Jakarta & Kalimantan Tengah and travelling to our customer

Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for all aspects of coal logistic activity including organization and sourcing
b. Good knowledge of coal quality and sources
c. Develop specific supplier solutions based on strong financing, structuring, logistic and risk mitigation capabilities

4. CIVIL ENGINEER (Job Code: SC)

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree graduate Civil Engineers
b. Experience of supervision of civil works and buildings and other infrastructure, especially in the work of the project coal terminal facility or a coal processing plant, including roads, jetty, bridge, and river. 
c. Having good knowledge how to read and interpret correctly the images of technical designs and specifications of the work of a project, testing soil, concrete, foundation stake in the ground and in the river, construction materials and equipment to be implemented in the completion of the project work. 
d. Possess BOQ and execution time for the completion of a project
e. Having a basic knowledge of civil, geotechnical and soil mechanics, slope stability, water management and control of technical calculations that can be implemented in the project work. 
f. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
g. Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
h. Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

Responsibilities:
a. Coordinate with contractors or executing civil works associated with the work plan from the beginning to the completion of the work. 
b. Full control (day to day) on civil works and ensure the completion of work in accordance with design drawings, specifications, budget, schedule completion and safe. 
c. With the knowledge of the Superintendent, give instructions directly to the contractor or implementing civil works, in connection with the design changes, the performance of the contractor, the addition of jobs, etc. 
d. Inspection and testing of the completion of the civil work items, for approval and then submitted or published reports job mismatches (Non-Conforming Letter) to then do the repair by the Contractor. 
e. Joint examination for work progress of the contractor at the end of month or at the end of completion of the work. 
f. Creating reports and diaries as well as fill out the check - list according to standards of the Company, in connection with all civil works and reported to the Project Construction Superintendent.

5. HUMAN RESOURCE (Job Code: HR)

Qualifications: 
a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in psychology. 
b. Having min. 2 years experience as HR Staff. 
c. Understand Labor Law, HR procedure and policy. 
d. Understand payroll, 21 income tax, psychological test and Jamsostek. 
e. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
f. Fluent in English. 
g. Proficient in MS. Office application. 
h. Able to work independently and or as a team.

Responsibilities:
a. Handling HR administration. 
b. Recruitment process and psychological test. 
c. Industrial relation matters. 
d. HR related duties.

6. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (Job Code: FA)

Qualifications: 
a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in accounting. 
b. Min. 3 years of accountings experiences. 
c. Good knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures. 
d. Proficient in MS. office application. 
e. Excellent English is a must. 
f. Having good communication skill. 
g. Have pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, fast learner, work detail, energetic, self motivated and result oriented. 
h. Good understanding of Indonesian tax. 
i. Able to work individual or as a team.

Responsibilities:
a. Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that company’s finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. 
b. Receive and verify invoice and requisitions for goods and services. 
c. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. 
d. Prepare, verify and process invoices and coding payment document. 
e. Record all cheque. 
f. Keeping all financial data properly. 
g. Prepare and submit financial report, cash flow and balance sheet. 
h. Prepares payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements and reconciling accounts. 
i. Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes. 
j. Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.

7. CORPORATE SOCIAL & RESPONSIBILITY (Job Code: CSR)

Qualifications:
a. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in social or communication. 
b. Having min. 3 years experience in national or multinational mining company as CSR or relevant experiences with reputable companies. 
c. Experienced in land acquisition. 
d. Advanced in handling crisis in communication as well as handling media channel. 
e. Good presentation skills, knowledge in the communication strategy. 
f. Good interpersonal, and negotiation skills with any levels. 
g. Excellent English is a must. 
h. Proficient in MS office application. 
i. Having good communication skill, negotiation, lobbying and dealing with local community, government institution and company’s relevant public. 
j. Understand local culture is an advantage. 
k. Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill. 
l. Able to work independently and to work under the pressure. 
m. Willing to be located at site.

Responsibilities:
a. Mapping the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates, implement relationship building and initiate capacity building with the priority stakeholders. 
b. Developing CSR strategies, initiating and implementing programs at corporate and project level. 
c. Advising the management with key community issues that can significantly influence company reputation. 
d. Keeping harmonious relationship with stakeholders through effective communications following company strategies and standard. 
e. Support other department in their internal and external communication both for image building (integrated communication). 
f. Ensure the confidentiality of the company’s documentation and compliance to company’s standard procedures and business ethics. 
g. Perform other duties/tasks within company’s organization as necessary and required

8. SITE MANAGER (Job Code: SM)

Qualifications:
a. Male is preferable, minimum 37 years old
b. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
c. Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
d. Minimum 10 years experience in the mining operations & 5 years in the same position
e. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
f. Hold a POU and K3 Umum Certificate
g. Strong commitment to site safety
h. Strong leadership is a must
i. Willing to be located in Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibilities:
a. Lead job site and synergy with all employees, contractors, Distamben and social job site environment 
b. Monitoring & reporting all mining operation, such as production, safety, environment

9. PROJECT MANAGER (Job Code: PM)

Qualifications:
a. Male, 37 - 47 years old. 
b. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills. 
c. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. 
d. Minimum 10 years experiences in the mining operations & 5 years in the same position. 
e. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices. 
f. Hold a POU and K3 Umum Certificate. 
g. Strong commitment to site safety. 
h. Strong leadership is a must. 
i. Willing to be located at Central Kalimantan.

Responsibilities:
a. Lead job site and synergy with all employee, contractors, Distamben and social job site environment. 
b. Monitoring & reporting all mining operation, such as production, safety, environment, 
c. Coordinate with head office all procurement, financial and human resources operations. 
d. Coordination with government, Distamben, BLH, etc
e. Good collaboration with stakeholders at job site.

10. BUSINESS OPERATING SUPPORT (Job Code: BOS)

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in Engineering / Accounting. 
b. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position from mining company. 
c. Good knowledge about material (electrical, furniture, civil, etc.) 
d. Good knowledge about material prices. 
e. Excellent skill to dealing with vendors
f. Fluent in English both spoken & written. 
g. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. 
h. Will be located in Jakarta, willing to travelling to our job site as needed

Responsibilities:
a. Receiving and processing any purchase requisition accordance with the procedure
b. Making & collect database vendor. 
c. Monitoring purchasing & procurement process until it’s closing
