Qatar Petroleum is a state owned petroleum company in Qatar. The company operates all oil and gas activities in Qatar, including exploration, production, refining, transport, and storage.

1. Senior Supply Chain Optimization Analyst – Purchasing

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent. 
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain optimization or lean six-sigma implementation in manufacturing related industry. 
• Lean Six-Sigma black-belt or master black belt certification from accredited institutions. 
• Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Management principles, standards and processes. 
• Strong background and expertise in Lean Supply Chain Management and Six-Sigma Tools. 
• Strong background in performing data analytics and usage of data analytical tools. 
• Experience of senior Lean.

2. Technical Assistant – Purchasing

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Must have Higher Secondary Education; a Diploma or a Bachelor preferred. 
• Minimum of 4 years of diversified experience in various disciplines. Experience in Procurement, Buying and Purchasing function ideally in large international industrial company. 
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, good editing capabilities, computer literacy in English are required. Arabic is a plus. 
• Has the ability to win the confidence of others for buy-in and approval. 
• Highly motivated, dynamic and able to exercise influence with outstanding communications skills.

3. Expeditor – Purchasing

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Post-Secondary Technical or Business Diploma, however, university degree is preferred. 
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in purchasing and or expediting, preferably in an Oil and Gas environment. 
• Knowledge of technical specifications and international standards for equipment and materials and related certifications. 
• Proficiency in verbal and written English skills is required. 
• Proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS Word and MS Excel applications. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. 
• Knowledge of unit of measure, INCOTERMS and general import/export regulations.

4. Senior Warehouse Supervisor – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• University Degree in Industrial Management / Logistics or equivalent. 
• 8 years’ experience, 5 years in supervisory role. 
• Excellent English/ Arabic an advantage.

5. Chief Storekeeper – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• 2 years diploma or equivalent. 
• 7 year’s experience in oil/gas materials environment. 
• Experience in logistics/technical operation is desirable. 
• Valid Driving License. 
• Though knowledge of oil/gas industry materials specifications, codes and standards. 
• Safety, environment and hazardous awareness

6. Senior Storekeeper – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Secondary Education 12 years. 
• Good level of English (written & spoken) 
• Computer literate 
• 5 years experience in materials warehouse operations. 
• Knowledge of Oil / Gas Industry materials specifications, codes & standards. 
• Knowledge of lifting equipment and materials handling. 
• Requires valid driving licence. 
• Knowledge of operating fork-lift 
• Safety, Materials handling & hazardous awareness

7. Storekeeper – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Secondary Education 12 years. 
• Good level of English (written & spoken) 
• Computer literate 
• 3 years experience in materials warehouse operations. 
• Knowledge of Oil / Gas Industry materials specifications, codes & standards. 
• Knowledge of lifting equipment and materials handling
• Requires valid driving licence. 
• Knowledge of operating fork-lift 
• Safety, Materials handling & hazardous awareness.

8. Senior Stock Count Supervisor – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Degree in Engineering or Material Management or Equivalent 
• Approximate 10 Years minimum in Oil / Gas / Petrochem operations or similar materials environment. 
• Good understanding of ERP process in materials and procurement management. 
• Computer literate with an extensive knowledge in managing maintenance and Engineering spare parts inventory control electronically preferably SAP. 
• Analytical skills in material requirement forecasting. 
• Comprehensive understanding of petrochemical industry engineering materials, specifications, standards, drawings and spare part interchangeability.

9. Senior Inventory Supervisor Commodity – Materails

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 12 years experience in Materials Inventory Planning and Supply Chain Management in Oil/Gas/Petrochem industry. 
• Excellent level of verbal and written English for reporting purposes. 
• Well versed with ERP and MRP process in Materials Inventory, Procurement and Maintenance (Work order) System, preferably on SAP. 
• Computer literate, with extensive knowledge in electronically managing Maintenance and Engineering spare parts Inventory through SAP. 
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

10. Senior Technical Assistant Technical Evaluation – Materials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
• Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline. 
• Degree with 5 years experience or Diploma with 8 years experience in supply chain environment required, preferably in oil and gas, of which a minimum of 3 years should be in Cataloguing of Engineering Materials. 
• General knowledge of process system, Equipment & Materials used in Refineries and the Oil & gas Industry. Shall have good practical skills; hands-on experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or maintenance filed. 
• Knowledge and Experience in reviewing Engineering drawings, process data sheets, parts list, Certificates, SPIR and Manufacture Catalogues. 
• Knowledge of Engineering and International Standards. 
• Shall be Computer literate with specific knowledge of Material Equipment/Spare Parts cataloguing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
