ENGINEER MINING PROJECT – 925631
(Melak Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Provide and deliver plan of a earthworks facility designs to support long term objectives
• To ensure the target set by the project are met in a time and quality manner;
• To ensure mine planning provided productively in the most cost effectively and safe manner;
• To ensure agreed mine planning followed by mining operation;
• Communicate project planning issues to mining operation and or civil section;
• Promote continuous improvement in the design function;
• directing to mining operation in field for progress mining in daily basis;
• provide daily and weekly plan for directing mining operation to achieve the target.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of Bachelor degree of Mining Engineering/ Geology/ Civil Engineering with minimum of 5 years’ experience in open pit coal mining operation, previous experience at a mine site preferred and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role as Engineer Mining Project;
• Proficient in mining principles, mine design concepts & operations in both coal, mine operation regulatory requirements; proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilising software such as Minescape, Xpac, Talpac will be an advantage; possess government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test);
• strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical, responsible and adaptable; Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
COORDINATOR SAFETY OPERATION – 925635
(Melak Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Implementing and coordinating of the safety program for all department activities in compliance with TCI and client standards and procedures and act as an expert safety trainer, advisor, inspector, and investigator as required;
• Lease with the project Superintendent Safety to identify programs to ensure Safety compliance;
• Conducts internal monthly audits of all department and subcontractor;
• formulate operation safety improvement program and monitor of the implementation of the program;
• Conduct inspection of specific high risk work activities and follow through on outcomes;
• Ensure compliance with TCI Safety program and checking programs are in place;
• Prepare Operation safety yearly program as guidance;
• Participate and conduct risk assessments and participate in risk assessment programmes were required;
• Participate in all high risk incident investigations and ensure that records are kept as per TCI and client requirements;
• Participate in and keep records of weekly checks, monthly internal TCI audit and follow up action plans, ensuring that accurate Safety records are always available for Auditing;
• Provide direction, advice, assistance and materials to Department Heads and members to helps them fulfil their Safety responsibilities ;
• Promote safety through safety training, coaching supervisor to build their capability with regard to work safely;
• Client liaison and other Safety duties and responsibilities as directed by the Safety.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications, have experience in open pit coal mining operation practice is more preferable with 5 years’ experience as Coordinator Safety position;
• The candidate should have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, OHSAS 18001:2007, M-Safe) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels, Focus on Risk Management.

OFFICER SAFETY – 925632
(Melak Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Co-ordinate the implementation of the project safety management program to ensure the identification and control of workplace risks to minimize exposure to personal injury and plant and equipment damage;
• Assist line Supervisor and Superintendent to meet their OH&S accountabilities;
• Participate in all safety work related activities to gain understanding of all TCI safety management systems and programs develop a monthly safety flash based on incident trends;
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly bases safety report including plant safety performance, SBO achievement, inspection, 10 high risk jobs;
• Follow-up and monitoring to relevant person for all corrective action from OSM, inspection, internal audit, corporate audit including external safety audit update and review plant risk assessment periodically maintained plant safety management systems implementation including planning, implementation, check & monitoring, and review based on OHSAS18001 "Safety Management Systems"
• Manage all elements of safety data to improve safety performance.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications, have experience on mining operation practice is more preferable, with minimum of 5 years’ experience as Safety Officer.

Senior Supervisor Commercial – 925559 (MSJ Based)
Some of your duties will include: 
• Assist Manager Commercial to control the projects financial outcomes to meet or better company objectives; and Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes in commercial;
• Provide support to the Deputy Project Manager in the preparation and evaluation of all issues relating to the AROAMS mining contract; assist the management of the Commercial Department and other contracts of the Site Mining Operations while ensuring a safe professional environmental is maintained.
What skills and experience do you need? 
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Commercial, Mechanical Engineer or Mining Engineer with minimum of 10 years’ experiences in either mining & civil discipline and minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role as Senior Supervisor Commercial
• Experience in quantity and financial modelling appropriate to task requirements.

• Coordinating all supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter-burden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area;
• To actively coordinate with trainer to achieve productivity and production;
• To lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results. Set an example for all in the workplace to follow in safety, leadership, attendance and personal behaviour.

• Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets;
• Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; optimize major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning;
• Manage the relevant mobile plant assets to ensure 90% availability by proactive and continuous improvements to the asset base;

SUPERVISOR SERVICE – 925491

Some of your duties will include:
• Ensure all necessary actions are taken to rectify any faults identified by the inspections in accordance with the correct procedures;
• Responsibility to avoid re-work jobs; quality assurance for all workshop/servicebay and field tasks, achieved by continual monitoring of work in progress and the procedures that are being used; all maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time;
• Ensure personal accurately complete personal time cards daily;
• Ensure when approving store issues that parts are required and the most cost effective repair option is being used;
• Ensure all parts required for Service and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning; ensure correct manpower levels for Service work with planning department; ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified; ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE.
What skills and experience do you need?
• a minimum Senior/technical High School recognized industry trade qualification; minimum 1 year experience in a same role at mine site or minimum 2 years experience in leading hand of mechanical service department; experience in leading a team, good Computer literacy, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
