We provide product and services for a number of reputable Mining Contractors and Mining Owners all over Indonesia.
TECHNICAL SERVICE
To address the technical support services requirements and implement the drill and blast improvement projects, effectively supporting and promoting DNX products and services at the key customer sites area in a profesional manner to get the best explosive result and to deliver the best service to customer for technical and product specialty.
The Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience as Engineer in mining services or hard rock experience is preferred
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience.
• Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
• Hold a Driver’s license
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system.
Core Accountabilities
Essential Functions: 
• Implement and manage agreed technical support services to customers in the Indonesia area as per the contractual agreements.
• Identify the drill and blast improvement projects in key customer’s mine sites and solutions to improve them. Manage their implementation by delivering to the agreed outcomes.
• Identify the opportunities to implement Value in Use products such as Dyno Nobel bulk delivery systems and bulk emulsion technology at Key customer sites and demonstrate their value through practical measurements.
• Develop strong and long term relationships with key mine personnel to enhance Dyno Nobel’s technical credibility and capability.
• To act responsibly and safely, and to adhere to DNAP policies, procedures and standards for HSEQ.
• Support and promote dnx initiation systems and bulk products and product literature.
• To manage the Dyno Nobel CDR Process and Ideation Process in Indonesia.
• Actively coordinate the technical training program for internal and external customers
HSE COORDINATOR
Requirement: 
• Min of 3+ years’ experience in HSE field
• Under graduate in OHS, Mining, and Chemical.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience
• Experienced in managing and supporting the delivery of HSE plan, policies and procedures
• Experience to undertake Risk Assessments and Incident Investigations
Core Accountabilities
• Ensure implementation of the HSE standards, policies and procedures aligned with the DNX Zero Harm Strategy. Identifies behaviors that are not aligned to our values and act swiftly to ensure the right measures and interventions are put in place to promote a safe, healthy and inclusive workplace.
• Act as Project Manager of continuous improvement projects as directed by the HSE Manager
• Coach, advice, and partner with our Site Managers and Site Leadership team in systems and processes. Provide training as required.
• Ensure HSE standards, culture and systems meet our performance goals, Mine Owner requirement, and HSE standard. Daily review of incidents to provide advice and assistance to Site Managers.
• Draft Safety and Hazard Alerts for incidents. Facilitate regular review work instruction and Procedures. Identification and application of solutions for potential gaps within existing operational procedures and systems through the analysis of audit reports.

Health Services Coordinator
Requirement: 
• Min of 3+ years’ experience in HSE field
• Under graduate in OHS, Mining, and Chemical.

Senior HR Generalist
Technical Competencies
• Education: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent industry experience. Prefer from at Least Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role, exposure to generalist activities and have much knowledge that related to Industrial Relation. Having experience in Learning and Development Function will be value added
• Technical: Exposure to or understanding of HRIS systems, Demonstrated advanced understanding of Manpower legislation and regulation related to the Mining Industry, Working knowledge of Indonesian Employment Legislation, Demonstrated competence in HR Information Systems, MS Office, Lotus Notes, IPL Operating system
Core Accountabilities
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards, objectives and as well as acts, and regulations and the commitment to achieving Zero harm through behavioural based safety leadership.
• Provide support and advice to employees and midlevel managers at DNX sites throughout Indonesia in relation to all HR related processes such as: induction; probation; regulation; termination. Assist managers with the creation and/or updating of position descriptions for DNX Indonesia.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant company regulation, and manpower legislation to ensure that accurate information is provided to employees. Assist the HR Manager to create HR policies where applicable. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the business by educating employees, supervisors and managers. Particular attention to this need to be paid to employees located on our remote sites.
• Assist with the provision of HR performance metrics by collection, analysis and reporting of HR data to the HR Manager and/or Indonesian Management team. (e.g. exit interviews, ATLAS reports). Provide support for performance activities including delivering information, assist HR Manager to create performance indicator, ensure that performance system is implemented correctly.
• Ability to actively mentor and participate in on the job training of other HR team members as needed.
• Managing the payroll system. Effectively deal with payroll complaints or queries in a timely manner whilst maintaining a customer focused outlook.
• Responsible for the recruitment process for mid managers, supervisors, engineer. Providing interviews, offering letter and contract if necessary.
• Responsible for coordinating all the Labour Hired Company to comply with DNX Indonesia regulations in accordance to Human Resources Policy.
OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Assist in the management of site operations as established in procedures and guidelines set by the company with the aim of achieving Operational Excellence, and to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements: 
• Min. Bachelor Degree in mining or studies related area.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the explosives/mining industry.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
• Computer literacy with reporting experience.
• Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
• Hold a Driver’s license; for heavy vehicle would be an advantage.
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system
Core Accountabilities
• Ensure compliance with applicable DNAP HSEQ, Performance standard, objectives, and as well as act, regulation as identified in DNAP legal database. Responsibility for coordinating the HSEQ management systems on site.
• Manage site operational resource to ensure customer demand are met. Ensure compliance with daily report requirement.
• Ensure OTIF delivery of product and services. Assist with field trial of new products and services where required.
• Ensure all operational personnel are trained and skilled to perform assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Manage compliance to the OTS to ensure 100% compliance is achieved on an ongoing basic.
• Communicate improvements in equipment, procedure, system and management to the business area.
• Manage maintenance for all company assets to minimum company standards. Work closely with engineering to coordinate design, construction and commissioning of new equipment.
• Eliminate all forms of waste from site operations included used drum.
• Assist in the management of site assets to achieve optimal utilization. Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to raise financial benefit and/or reduce overall cost of doing business.
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR
To facilitate the deployment of BEx across operations in Berau area to the agreed schedule and plan with the purpose of delivering business excellence against agreed targets.
General Requirements: 
• Engineering degree in Industrial and related science, preferable in mining
• Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience, LEAN / Six Sigma Process / Business Improvement
• Demonstrated ability to work with management and employees at all levels
• Experience: Trainer of technical skills/procedures and processes.
• Technical: Knowledge of Mining and Explosive Industries or any engineering industries
• Technical: Computer literacy. Intermediate or Advanced Excel Skills is desired but not essential.
• Technical: Demonstrated Project Management skills and experience.
• Education: Appropriate formal qualification is preferred ie trade or business/ relevant role experience.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER
General Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the explosives/mining industry.

• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system.
Responsibilities: 
• Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations
• Registering all assets in site and complete the asset number Register to make sure preventive maintenance (PM) running well
• Setting PM interval for each asset based on manual and complete all PM checklist
• Assist Site Admin/Purchasing on monitoring Back Log & creat work order trough SAP
• Assist Site Admin/Purchasing on monitoring PM unit & all scheduled work order in SAP
• Assists Site Admin/Purchasing completing outstanding & in progress work order in SAP.
• Assist Site Admin/Purchasing to register all Critical Parts to be uploaded to SAP
• Assure that availability resources (supporting document, labor, part, tool, etc) is ready when execute work order
• Open & monitor all Work Order, PM, & Backlog
• Assist Maintenance Manager to analyze Maintenance application for each site as interface between Site & Maintenance Manager
• Planning and scheduling all Maintenance job & monitoring all released Work Order
MECHANIC
General Requirements: 
• Minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred;
• requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical & Auto Electrical HE Repair and Plant Supervision in mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in experience
• Able to work in individual or in team
• Have a leadership skill, initiative, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed anywhere
Responsibilities: 
• Ensure compliance with applicable DN HSEQ Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations.
• Perform schedule maintenance as scheduled, with due regard to health and safety guidelines
• Perform breakdown maintenance as repairs as requested, with due regard to health and safety guidelines
• Assist in the development of existing plant and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Liaise with the operation supervisor and leading hands in order to reduce plant down-time and improve production scheduling ROCE.
SHOTFIRER
General Requirements: 
• Minimum Senior High School,
• Minimum 3 years in field operation ( shotfirer )
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• able to work under pressure are preferred character traits
• Having Blaster certificate level 2 and driving license
Responsibilities: 
• Ensure all blasting procedures (tools checking, area inspection, etc.) adhere to strict safety requirements in accordance to HSE standard
• Conduct Blasting operation in accordance with government regulation.
• Conducting and/or being part of risk assessments with relation to blasting activities
• Direct blast crew and Mobile Processing Unit operators
• Prepare and set-up of a blast area includes; demarcate the blast loading area by ensuring adequate barriers and/or bunting is correctly erected, set up of signs, flashing lights where applicable, dipping of holes and recording (where required) on drill/blast plan, and identify holes that are damaged or contain water and require re-drilling.
• Implement good preparation for the firing of shots including inspection of the tie in (walk the shot), allocation of blast guard locations, ensuring all blast guards are trained and competent in their duties, and liaising with blast guards and other personnel prior to clearing the area
• Responsible for blasting location and process.
MPU OPERATOR
General Requirements: 
• Minimum Senior High School,
• Minimum 3 years in field operation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• able to work under pressure are preferred character traits
• Having Forklift certification and driving license
Responsibilities: 
• Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations.
• Conduct daily pre start check for MPU. Able to maintain MPU cleanliness and keep away emulsion spills & AN around Bin. Calibration and maintenance as scheduled.
• Drive MPU from or to emulsion plant to blasting location.
• Load product from emulsion plant to MPU, Safe handling and processing of emulsion from MPU to blast hole.
• Able to perform MPU and QC Equipment calibration. Ensure delivered product on specification.
• Able to eliminate blocking hose while charging.
