Overview
Manage all recruitment and selection processes for non-staff and staff for the project through effective coordination with users and related parties in order to ensure the fulfillment of manpower needs in the project according to the needs and qualifications specified in the limits budgets, procedures and applicable HSE standards.
Qualification
• Male or female, maximum age 35 years
• S1 Psychology
• Have experience min. 2 years
• Have experience to be a tester
• Have experience in mining industry is more preferred
• Understand the mining process and HSE procedures
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at PT Darma Henwa, Tbk site area
Conditioning Monitoring
(Subject:CM_Name)
Monitor and analyze all parameters of equipment & component health data to be used or developed further to prevent the severity of components/equipment damage, strives for non conformance component/part by supplier or dealer in cost saving also knowing the causes of non conformance component to take more effective precautions by communicating them to supplier/manufacturers. Doing failure analysis, dealer relation, component improvement program, warranty claim & negotiation.
Qualification
• Male or female, maximum age 40 years
• Min D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Fresh Graduate / Have 1 year experience
• Understand the mining process and HSE procedures
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at PT Darma Henwa, Tbk site area
