We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
1. Senior Legal
Minimum Requirement :
• Max. 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law or Master Degree.
• Have min. 5 years experiences as a Senior Legal handling legal aspects in EPCI Company.
• Strong experience in Legal matters and Contract Laws.
• Good Communication and negotiation skill.
• Fidic Certification is most preverable.
• Strong analytical skills, Problem Solving and Solution Oriented.
• Have a good knowledge related to the Legal and regulatory aspects of the company, review contracts, permits legal, administrative court and legal documents.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
2. Project Control Manager
Minimum Requirement :
• Max. age 45 years old
• Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
• Have min. 18 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company
• Expert in Primavera & Ms. Office; Ms. Project
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
• Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
3. Estimator
Minimum Requirement :
• Max. 45 years old
• S1 Engineering or equivalent
• Have min. 3 years of experience in the same position at EPCI Company
• Familiar with design & drawing
• Able to calculate and analyze prices
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Computer Literate
• Good teamwork
4. GA Staff
Minimum Requirement :
• Max. 35 years old
• Min. S1 any field
• Have min. 3 year working of experience as a GA in EPCI Company
• Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
• Good Communication and negotiation skill.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
5. Project Procurement Lead
Minimum Requirement :
• Max. age 45 years old
• S1 Civil Engineering
• Have min. 5 years of working experience as Procurement and 2 years Lead Procurement in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
• Have working knowledge of codes & standards such as ASME, DOT, API, OSHA, and AWS inspection procedures.
• Expert in MS Project for project scheduling
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem solving, and project management skill.
• Willing to be located in Site Area (Serang)
6. Project Control Management (PCM)
Minimum Requirement :
• Max. age 45 years old
• Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
• Have min. 5 years of working experience at Project and 3 years at Corporate in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
• Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Having knowledge and understanding of scheduling, cost, cash flow.
• Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
7. Payroll Staff
Minimum Requirement :
• Max. 35 years old
• Min. S1 Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Economic or equivalent
• Have min. 3 year working of experience as a Payroll.
• Having knowledge and understanding about PPh 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and others
• Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
• Having experiences handling 500 / more than 500 employee
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
