SUPERVISOR TYRE – 925492
(GBU Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• The scopes of your role will include but not limited to monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide services to the satisfaction of all tyres and users;
• Responsible for tyre repair and tyre fitter crew safety;
• Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list: front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule, tyre condition check on the unit in DOOD;
• Ensure the operated unit is assembled with appropriate tyre, rock ejector, tyre valve caps, valve bracket and bolt/nut;
• Monitor and maintain important tyre tools and equipment such as: pneumatic wrench, pneumatic torque tools, pneumatic grinding and buffing tools that all must be provided with maintained and clean air/water separator, pressure regulator and line oiler;
• Cooperating with tyre administration in performing inventory of tyres, rims and tubes stock every month: Preparing consumable spare such as tyres, rims and its component, repair good and tools as we as tyre tools.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School or TCI Apprentice graduate; Substantial experience in a similar or related role. You should; proactive; communicative; good management responsible & adaptable.
SUPERVISOR AUXILARY – 925501

Some of your duties will include:
• Accountable to ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved;
• Ensure work safely and follow all work place safety procedures;
• Organise subordinate for job execution as per plan & supervisor direction; Ensure daily job execution is followed as per supervisor or superintendent instruction;
• Perform scheduled & unscheduled mechanical job;
• Ensure all jobs are reported to Info mine for input into OCDC and monitoring of machine status; Initiative asking about job to supervisor, communicate to supervisor or inspector for daily basis;
• Prepare paper work related to daily work execution (area inspection, PRF, safety target etc.); Analyse faults and repairs to the machine;
• Work towards minimizing DOOD and equipment down time;
• Ensure all mechanical inspections and failure reports are carried out correctly;

• A Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical Engineer, 10 years working experience in the area of mechanical repair and supervision in mining industry, planning of mechanical repair and previous experience worked to budgets.
SENIOR ENGINEER MINE PLANNING – 925478

Some of your duties will include:
• Organise and provide direction for engineers to provide the technical mine design, scheduling, monitoring function and data analysis for the mining operation by ensuring maximum productivities, coal recovery in the most cost effective safe manner;
• Providing competent and professional long term mine planning.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of Bachelor degree of Mining Engineering or Geology with minimum of 8 years’ experience in open pit coal mining operation, previous experience at a mine site preferred and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role as Sr Engineer Mine Planning/ Long Term;

Some of your duties will include:
• Conduct mapping and sampling qualities, quantities of coal seams;
• Conduct pit monitoring to know the wall issue during progress;
• Check in interrogate models supplied by client, communicate with others regarding model variances;
• Reporting, pit reconciliation and recoverable reserve status by quantity and quality each month;
• Reporting, provide a coal daily plan related with target daily production target short term engineer;
• Coordination with member engineer, mining team and client to avoid geological issues;
• Monitoring ROM coal stockpiles related quantities and qualities; provide detailed report and documentation (including photos and drawing where applicable) of ground observations
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering with minimum of 5 years professional experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering a s Geologist;

Some of your duties will include:
• Responsibility for the efficient utilisation of the laser scanner, adopted survey techniques for point cloud data capture and data management systems across his/her daily functions;
• Ensure that all survey personnel are suitably trained to recognise the hazards associated with machine interaction whilst performing survey tasks;
• Assist to provide high quality and appreciated Survey services, including tender advice, project start up capability and on-going monthly reconciliation support;
• Develop and implement efficient practises using available resources and technology;
• Identify and recommend alternate solutions, which may provide more efficient outcomes and greater profitability.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Tertiary qualifications in Surveying / Geodetic Engineering with 5 years’ experience as Surveyor;

Some of your duties will include:
• Co-ordinate the implementation of the project safety management program to ensure the identification and control of workplace risks to minimize exposure to personal injury and plant and equipment damage;
• Assist line Supervisor and Superintendent to meet their OH&S accountabilities;
• Participate in all safety work related activities to gain understanding of all TCI safety management systems and programs develop a monthly safety flash based on incident trends;
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly bases safety report including plant safety performance, SBO achievement, inspection, 10 high risk jobs;
• Follow-up and monitoring to relevant person for all corrective action from OSM, inspection, internal audit, corporate audit including external safety audit update and review plant risk assessment periodically maintained plant safety management systems implementation including planning, implementation, check & monitoring, and review based on OHSAS18001 "Safety Management Systems"

• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications, have experience on mining operation practice is more preferable, with minimum of 5 years’ experience as Safety Officer.
• The candidate should have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, OHSAS 18001:2007, M-Safe) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels, Focus on Risk Management.

• Implement the Community Relations Management Plan to achieve Project direction and Action Plans;
• Support sites in the planning and implementation of Community Programs;
• Maintain the relationship between company and community in partnership with clients;
• Implement budget for Community Relation and Development on a site by activity basis;
• Support and implement in Community Relations, conflict resolution, with the Site Project areas that may arise from local communities to ensure community development efforts are fully productive and aligned;
• Cooperate and support the HR Supervisor in implementing community relation and development program, and also develop and review the project Community Relation procedures;
