We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our projects in SAKA Indonesia Pangkah Limited with following details:

1. Construction Supervisor
A. Main Job 
To supervise the construction project from development through commissioning. Performs all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, and government job requirements
B. Main Responsibilities 
• Manage projects with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost. 
• Coordinate with project management and engineering in supporting all construction activities. 
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding engineering and pipeline operations. 
• Coordinates control the mobilization of contractor’s manpower and the equipment to sites 
• Manage implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule. 
• Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner 
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. 
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members. 
• Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements. 
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions. 
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the team. 
• Maintain knowledge and ability to apply engineering standards as they relate to the specific project. 
• Check, inspect and test completed project work in term of quality in accordance with Inspection Test Plan and applicable codes. 
• Maintain knowledge of hazardous liquids midstream assets and operations.
C. Requirement 
• BS in Engineering, Construction, or Construction Management is preferred. 
• Requires 10+ years of oil and gas construction or supervision experience. 
• Must have demonstrated leadership experience and skills to manage large or multiple construction projects. 
• Need working knowledge of OSHA, DOT Part 195, API RP 1104, API RP 650, ASME B31.3 and B31.4 and B31.8, AWS, applicable construction codes, standards, regulations, and familiarity with the construction and environmental permitting process. 
• Requires the ability to organize and drive project activities. 
• Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required. Overnight travel will be required.

2. IT Project Coordinator
A. Main Job 
The scope of Project are including but not limited to applications development for Technical and Non-Technical. To define the requirement and develop the Project Implementation, which including scoping, planning, execution, transition and support strategy, responsible in executing some large and medium IT Project, reporting to IT Manager
B. Main Responsibilities 
• Determines business process feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirement, solution development, and proposed solutions. 
• Improves business process by conducting system analysis, recommending efficient procedures, and application design. 
• Develop Project Strategy, which including sourcing to partner / external parties. 
• Work with other IT function in providing Project Management 
• Work with other IT function in correlation with Infrastructure integration and Security.
C. Requirement 
• 5-8 years of experience in IT Project Management in developing Software and application. 
• 5-8 years of experience in providing solution and service to Oil and gas company 
• Strong Knowledge in Business Process, demonstrated by 5-6 relevant applications developed. 
• Fluency and hands in C, Java, Pyton, ASP.net, JSP, PHP, Sharepoint, XHTML 
• Fluency in most advance programing language such as : Monggo DB , Node JS will be a great advantage


3. Mechanical Technician – Offshore
A. Main Job: 
Report to Mechanical Supervisor, this position is accountable to analyze, plan, and perform/execute safe preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of rotating and static mechanical equipments and machinery, and compliance with HSE rules and company’s standard.
B. Requirement 
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. 
• A minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical maintenance area with oil and gas processing plant. 
• Having experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of static and rotating equipment. 
• Knowledge on the vibration analysis, conditional monitoring and reporting, certified in vibration analysis level‐1 would be an advantage. 
• Familiar with relevant piping, equipment specifications and standards and should be able to prepare various work reports and records. 
• High computer literate and familiar with computer based maintenance management system 
• High knowledge in the JSA, work permits and HSE standard and regulations.



4. Safety Engineer
A. Main Job 
• Conduct a HSE analysis in planning, engineering, construction, commissioning and startup of the facility 
• Develop a project HSE Management Plan to achieve excellence HSE on the entire project from FEED to Startup 
• Perform process hazards analysis (PHA), including an inherently safer process review, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Safety integrity level (SIL) assessments 
• Develop the conceptual design of fire-protection systems and safety instrumented system (SIS) 
• Incorporate HSE into equipment layout and facility design decisions 
• Cooperate with other project engineers and HSE department to ensure the HSE best practices from their disciplines are followed.
B. Requirement 
• Bachelor degree in engineering 
• Min 15 years of experience of HSE issues, mainly safety in oil and gas industry. Both on the field and office assignment 
• Min 10 years of experience as Process Engineer / Safety Engineer 
• Proven experience in HSE Risk Assessments (Good understanding of risk assessment techniques), HAZOP, HAZID, JSA, Modern Safety Management, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards 
• Proficient in written and spoken English 
• Computer Literacy 
• Strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams 
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines 
• Willing to be based at the construction site to oversee the extensive HSE programs


5. Commissioning & Start Up Lead
A. Main Job

The Commissioning & Start-up Lead shall be responsible in the commissioning, start-up and initial operations of the assigned Facilities till Handover to the Operations organization. 
• Provide overall commissioning engineering expertise to project activities 
• Review and contribute to the Detailed Design contractor’s production of the mechanical deliverables. 
• Assist, review and provide discipline input for all aspects related to equipment selection, design, installation, commissioning and start up planning. 
• Provide engineering input for HAZOPS, Risk Management activities and Design review for safe and operable features. 
• Provide commissioning guidance and advice to the Detailed Design contractor’s engineering and design organization. 
• Prepare and submit engineering progress data, including narratives, charts, graphs, etc. 
• Contribute to and attend Inspection and test plans, including plans for Site Integration Tests (SITs) 
• Contribute to the development of an overall commissioning and start up procedure and schedule, to ensure seamless transition and handover from Construction to Commissioning and to Operations. 
• Prepare and submit engineering progress data, including narratives, charts, graphs, etc. 
• Support the establishment of the strategies, plans and targets for the commissioning hook up & startup phase to ensure that key project objectives are met in respect to design, HSE, quality/ performance, schedule and cost. 
• Support the implementation of the Flawless Project Delivery in the execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. 
• Review and comment on the Contractor’s documents including method statements, ITPs, work procedures and practices. 
• Drive the Contractor’s completion plan and transition from area to systems completion, pre-commissioning and handover. 
• Cooperate and support the CSU Operations team in the execution of Commissioning & Start-up activities.
B. Requirement 
• Bachelor degree in Engineering 
• Min 15 years experience in oil & gas 
• Significant relevant experience in the design, construction and commissioning of mechanical equipment, both rotary & static, in the upstream or downstream Oil & Gas facilities. 
• Skilled in Commissioning & Start-up planning and execution and capable of overseeing embedment of Flawless Start Up initiatives in projects. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good communications skills are essential. 
• Thorough understanding of the risks and the technical / commercial issues associated with the development of oil and gas projects and operation of such plants/facilities 
• Capable of monitoring and where necessary supporting and/or directing contractors in the C&SU and Operations support areas of their scopes of work
• Experience in computerized Project Completion and Certification System 
• Proficient in written and spoken English, 
• Computer Literacy 
• Strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams 
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines


6. Formalities Support
A. Main Job 
• Administer company licenses, permits and association certificates, 
• Ensure all company licenses, permits and association certificates are up to date, 
• Arrange the submission of renewal / new permit or licenses including processing application and tracking review result, 
• Prepare the submission of regularly company’s and government’s related report Maintain and update the regulatory file systems to assure clear traceability, 
• Liaise with other department (internal) associated to project completion. 
• Maintain and implementing HSE program to ensure the effectiveness of the programs and conform to official standard and requirements.
B. Requirement 
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major 
• Having minimum 6 years related experience in Oil & Gas industry 
• Good Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills 
• Basic Knowledge in related regulation, such as SKKMigas PTK 007, Offshore Permit 
• Good understanding on Permit process flow in government bodies including local authorities, 
• Self‐motivated and organized with the ability to keep track of paperwork 
• Proficient in written and spoken English, 
• Computer Literacy 
• Strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams 
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines


7. QA / QC inspector
A. Main Job 
• Perform internal and external inspections to determine if a product or equipment meets the acceptance criteria of a specific code, standard or document 
• Properly interpret regulations, codes and industry standards. (i.e. ISO, ASME, AWS, ASTM, API) 
• Compile and submit completed inspection report in a timely manner 
• Facilitate resolution of inspection criteria interpretation problems 
• Provide technical clarification and assistance 
• Conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities, including internal quality audits 
• Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual 
• Follow up QA Procedures Implementation Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per SIPL Standards 
• Prepare QA/QC reports as required 
• Communicate to respective team the QA System and monitor the implementation 
• Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications. 
• Lead non-conformance investigation with relevant departments and agree (CAR) corrective actions 
• Assists as necessary the Engineering department in the evaluation and correction of specific quality control problems and issues 
• Coordinate with EPC Contractor all inspections, monitor and record inspections and tests made as per the approved ITP and Project Specifications 
• Maintain the Quality file system.
C. Requirement 
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant from a recognized institution 
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with 5 years’ experience in similar position for major oil / gas projects 
• Have participated and contributed in regular quality assurance and technical audits to be performed during the execution of EPC phase of projects 
• Have handled EPC works for major oil & gas project 
• Familiar with welding procedures and welding qualification 
• Proficient in written and spoken English 
• Computer Literacy 
• Strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams 
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
