We invite you joining our BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT team as:

1. Jr Marketing Executive (Marketing Sector)

- Responsibilities :
Manage tender announcement daily (online + newspaper + etc ), manage BD Portal after revamp and update to BD leads, maintain communication & relationship with Clients.

- Qualifications :
a. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Marketing
b. Min 2 years experiences in marketing function
c. Good in English and computer literate

2. Senior Engineer Proposal and Estimation (Downstream Sector)

- Responsibilities :
a. The position will report to the Downstream BD Lead and will be primarily involved in proposal execution as direct coordinator with operations team.
b. Take direct responsibility for leading the Proposal execution team (Proposal Leader)
c. Manage a team comprising of project management – project controller, scheduler and cost controller as well as engineering and construction planning personnel.
d. Responsible for coordinating the preparation of cost estimates for engineering and consultancy services and EPC projects.

- Qualifications :
a. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Project Management Training/Certification will be an advantage
b. Min of ten (10) years’ experience involved in Engineering and EPC projects in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical industry, having direct experience as part of the Project Management Team as well as minimum five (5) years within an engineering discipline role. If have experience in similar roles will be given priority, and also have background in plant operations environment will also be considered as an asset.
c. Good in English and computer literate
d. Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills.
e. Demonstrate sound understanding of the downstream sector within Indonesia and be familiar with key stakeholders

3. Coal Fired Power Plant Specialist (Midstream and Power Sector)

- Responsibilities :
a. The position will report to the Midstream, Power & Industrial (MPI) BD Lead.
b. Primarily provide technical advice in the specific sector of coal fired power plant.
c. Involved in proposal execution and leading a team of Engineers, Project Management and Construction personnel.
d. Provide support and technical expertise to support execution of the project.
e. Responsible to provide inputs of market intelligence and networking/relationship with related stakeholders..

- Qualifications :
a. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Project Management Training/Certification will be an advantage
b. Min 15 years of experience in the related field (Coal Steam Fired Power Plant) as well as having minimum five (5) years in a leadership role and experience at least one (1) full cycle of Coal Steam Fired Power Plant process
c. Good in English and computer literate
d. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and technical capabilities of Coal Fired Power Plant Process

4. Material Handling Specialist (Midstream and Power Sector)

- Responsibilities :
a. The position will report to the Midstream, Power & Industrial (MPI) BD Lead.
b. Primarily provide technical advice in material handling system of Coal Fired Power Plant.
c. Involved in proposal execution team and provide support & technical expertise to support execution of the project.
d. Provide inputs of market intelligence and networking/relationship with related stakeholders.

a. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Project Management Training/Certification will be an advantage

6. Coal Fired Power Plant Refurbishment Specialist (Operation and Maintenance Sector)

- Responsibilities :
As business operation lead, to develop a Refurbishment Project proposal based on data gathering and acquisition as part of Plant Performance Enhancement Project and Integrated O&M Services (IOMS) that including Annual Budgeting Operation Plant and Long Term Maintenance Plan. The development based on related asset inspection and using required software on preventive maintenance, engineering and plant modification.

- Qualifications :
a. Min Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
b. Min 5 - 10 years of operation experience
c. Strong experience in designing coal and ash handling/ flue gas cleaning equipment/ systems of Coal Fired Power Plants
d. Good in English and computer literate
e. Knowledge and experience to handle asset performance and improvement on KPI based on agreed target
f. Preventive Long Term Maintenance Planning
g. Implement or having knowledge and experience power plant refurbishment project including development in range of power industry (utility or captive market)
h. Develop project organization and resource for power plant refurbishment project
i. Knowledge and Experience in power plant refurbishment including its resources analysis, management and execution planning

7. Maintenance Specialist (Operation and Maintenance Sector)

- Responsibilities :
a. As business operation lead, to provide operating plan of Integrated O&M Services in the area of O&M Business sub-sector ie Upstream, Power, Chemical and Dowstream market segment.
b. Lead the capability in translating Tripatra experience and expertise to meet client need with specifying Engineering Service value added to meet the requirement.
c. The operating plan include project/work organization and resources, development/appointment of scope with external parties ie vendor, subcontractor, specialist, facility owner, etc., budget development and analysis, project/work requirement setting and ensuring regulatory/policy compliance.

- Qualifications :
a. Min Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
b. Min 5 - 10 years of operation experience
c. Knowledge and experience to handle asset management and improve business process in various range of industry category such as Oil & Gas Upstream/Downstream, Power, and Chemical/ Petrochemical.
d. Reliability Asset Management and or Reliability Construction Management
e. Implement or having knowledge and experience to improve business process in various range of industry category
f. Implement Operation & Maintenance project in upstream, downstream and or power project
g. Knowledge and Experience in power plant refurbishment including its resources analysis, management and execution planning
