1. Sr. QA Engineer

Primary Purpose of the Job
Perform Quality Assurance related tasks to support the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System in Mesaieed Operations.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline. 
- Preferably formal training in Management Systems development and auditing. 
- 5 – 10 years experience in development, implementation and audit of Management systems in industries. 
- Experience in MS auditing, statistics, data analysis and management reporting demonstration skills in understanding and applying information, analyzing problems and identifying viable solutions. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Ability to prepare concise and focused action oriented Management Report on various MS issues (audits, continual improvement, management review meetings, business performance management, etc.). 
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams 
- Ability to build effective working relationships with different departments and assume conflict resolution and leadership roles. 
- Be able to take responsibility for prioritizing and completing work on time and following through commitments. 
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
- Possess practical computer competency and other related skills.

2. Sr. Business Analyst

Primary Purpose of the Job
Acts as liaison person in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate strategic for Nlesaieed Operations business processes. Anayses business problems and opportunities in the context of Nlesaieed Operations business requirements and recommends solutions to achieve goats effectivey and efficiently.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• Bachelor degree in a Business or Engineering discipline, preferably a second degree/post graduate diploma in Bsiness Management. 
• Mature temperament and high integrity, excellent communiation and inter-personal skill, highly motivated and dynamic. 
• Able to assume conflict-resolution and leadership roles to exercise influence and achieve buy-ins. 
• Minimum 5 years experience in business/operation business.

3. Sr. Mechanical Engineer – Terminal

Primary Purpose of the Job
• Supervise and coordinates the work activities of assigned personel in carrying oout the preventive, corrective, prdictive, general & inspection related equipment and associated piping/related accessories in hydrocarbon process plant installed in Loading & Export Termial, multiproduct loading and berthing facilities (MPB), and associated utilities ares. Hold the responsibilitiy for all the mechanical maintenance and asset integrity jobs of crude oil, condensate, naphta and fire water pipe lines and loss prevention equipment installed in the area. 
• Supervises and coordinate the planning and execution of in house mechanical maintenance projects, Suppoer FEED and EPIC for the ongoing and upcoming projects related to the above areas. 
• Ensures that all the above activities are carried out timely, in line with CMMS/SAP requirements, following QP safety procedures/regulations with a view to attain optimum availabilityof plant and machinery for operations.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering discipliine. 
• Very good command in spoken and written English. 
• Minimum 10 – 12 years experience in mechanical maintenance operation/engineering, overhaul and repair process plant statis and rotating equipments and machinery associated with oil/gas/petrochemical industries. 
• Should have exposure to project management, materials/spare-parts management, contract management, maintenance planning and scheduling, etc. 
• Experienced in computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) is mandatory. Should be conversant with the fire and safety aspects of hydrocarbon industry, quality, environment and safety management systems. 
• Shall be computer literate and be able to handle the basic PC softwares, 
• Shall possess technical report writing skill, leadership, motivational skill and analytical skills related to technical problem solving.

4. Sr. Instrument Engineer

Primary Purpose of the Job
• Directs, coordinates and participates in the maintenance of field/control room instrumentation. 
• State of art control systems such as DCS/Fire and Gas/ESD/SCADA/Loading pumps & loading arms control. 
• Quality control analyzers/Fiscal crude oil and Naphta flow measurement packages. Thanks inventory management system, rotating equipment controls and vibration monitoring systems, NGL condensate/crude oil pipe line, the facilities spreading from Tank farm to Terminal. 
• Ensures that all instrumentaion works and activities under his reponsibility areas are executed as per the approved procedures and in compliance with requirments of ISO quality management systems to achieve maximum plants availibility and reability while safety is maintained in a cost effective manner. 
• Hold the responsibility as the lone instrument maintenance engineering position providing maintenance service to Terminal Metering Facilities, Products Storage Facilities, Export and Loading Facilities.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• BSc. In control ad instrumentation engineering. 
• Relevant short courses in DCS/ESD/G&G and SCADA controls plus relevant managerial, safety and engineering based courses. 
• Computer literate in approriate software. 
• Very good English is essential.

5. Lead Oil Movement & Tanker Agency Supervisor

Primary Purpose of the Job
• Fully responsible in coordinating in controlling, coordinating and directing in oil movements of crude oil, Naphta and other associated products of planning/scheduling and in forecast production for availability of Land Crude Oil, Refinery Naphta and ensue all delivery orders for export created in coordination with Marketing of oil/products, coordinates with consumers of domestic/international on requirement avoiding demurrage payments. 
• Attend all mothly coordination meetings on exports/refinery supply/NG and prepares departments management reports. 
• Responsible on the quantity to be loaded on tankers depending on stock availibity and as per contractual terms of sales and purchase contract. 
• Close coordination with Lead Tank Farm Supervisor in calculating the tanks for export and also with Lead Terminal Supervisor in export operations ensuring the quality of product to flobal customers.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• Bachelor degres in Engineering/Science or HND in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 
• Minimum 12 years similiar experience in oil, gas industry with bulk storage facilities and SAP IS OIL inventory management. 
• Fluency in written, spoken English and computer literacy. 
• Strong desire to accept additional responsibilities and advanced position. 
• Proven ability to work in and lead diverse teams, decision making skills as well as the ability to plan and organize work connecting with management and economic aspects.

6. Shift Supervisor – Terminal

Primary Purpose of the Job
• Responsible for the safe loading peration of crude oil, NGL condensate and naphta at offshore berth single-point mooring and multi product berth. Responsible for all terminal metering and loading operations on a 24 hour cycle basis and assumes responsibility of the oil transportation pipelines, oil metering stations, utilities, pumps, etc. of the terminal. 
• Supervision and control of all aspects of crude oil, naphta and condensate tanker loading operat ion DCS panel from multi product bert and single point mooring and check, finalises the Bill of Loading quantity.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is mandatory. 
• Bachelor of science or engineering in mechanical/chemicalis engineering prefered. 
• 8 years in oil and gas industry in terminal loading operations.

7. Shift Supervisor – Tank Farm

Primary Purpose of the Job
• Supervise the distribution of oil through transpeninsular transportation pipelines, check/operation of oil valve station and ensure that oil is transported safely from Dukhan mile 42 to Messaieed tank farm. 
• Responsible in the shift for the safe storage and operation of crude oil and naphta in coordination with the guidelines of Lead tank Farm Supervisor. 
• Identifying the operation and maintenance requirments on daily basis and report to Lead tank Farm Supervisor for smooth operation of storage, loading and export cpmmitments.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is mandatory. 
• Bachelor degree in science or engineering is prefered. 
• 8 years in oil and gas industry with terminal loading operations experience. 
• Profeciency of PC skills, Microsoft Windows and SAP.
